Therefore, the hair growth essence provided by the application can activate hair follicle tissues, promote the transformation of hair follicles from a resting period to a growing period, promote hair growth and achieve the effect of hair growth.
According to the test results of the test groups 1-8 and 19-25, the hair growth essence which can stimulate hair follicle tissues and promote hair to grow rapidly is prepared by mixing plant extract mixtures such as geranium extract, roselle extract and the like with bacteriostatic agents in the embodiments 1-8 of the application; when one or both of the geranium extract and the roselle extract were not added in comparative examples 2 to 5, the obtained hair tonic did not improve hair follicle tissue of scalp. Further experimental investigation revealed that the hair growth-promoting effects and the hair follicle-improving effects of the hair growth-promoting essences obtained in examples 1 to 8 were significantly superior to those of the hair growth-promoting essences obtained in comparative examples 6 to 7, indicating that the present application controlled the amount of each plant extract to be added within the following ranges: 1.15-2.1 parts of geranium extract, 0.5-1.15 parts of roselle extract, 0.4-1 part of cacumen biotae extract, 0.25-0.5 part of delphinium extract, 0.75-1 part of mulberry extract, 0.3-0.6 part of pine needle extract, 0.25-0.5 part of cactus extract and 0.3-0.6 part of peony root extract, and the obtained hair growth essence can accelerate the growth rate of hair, can also promote the transformation of hair follicles from a resting stage to a growing stage, effectively activate hair follicle tissues and promote the growth of hair.
According to the test results of the test groups 2 and 9-15, the hair growth rate, the hair length and the hair follicle number of the mice in the test groups 11-15 are obviously superior to those of the mice in the test groups 2 and 9-10, which shows that the hair growth effect of the hair growth essence prepared by using the bacteriostatic agent prepared from any two of 1, 2-hexanediol, 1, 2-pentanediol and tea polyphenol is superior to that of the hair growth essence prepared by only using one bacteriostatic agent. Further comparison shows that the skin of the mice in the test groups 11-14 changes from pink to black within 5-6 days, the skin of the mice changes from black to gray within 12-13 days, and the number of hair follicles reaches more than 67, which indicates that the hair growth essence adopts the mixture of 1, 2-hexanediol and tea polyphenol as a bacteriostatic agent, can further improve the environment of the hair follicles in the scalp, promote the hair follicles to transform to the growth phase and further accelerate the growth of the hairs.
According to the detection results of the test groups 12 and 16-18, the hair length of the hair of the mouse in the examples 2 and 17 at the 28 th day is more than 8cm, and the number of hair follicles is more than or equal to 68; the hair length of the hair of the 16 mice in the test group at the 28 th day is about 7.36cm, and the number of hair follicles is 63-64; the hair length of the hair of the test group 18 mice on day 28 was about 6.92cm, and the number of hair follicles was 66 to 67. Therefore, the hair growth effect and the hair follicle transformation effect of the obtained hair growth essence are better when the addition amount of the bacteriostatic agent is controlled within the range of 1.1-1.8%.
According to the results of the tests of test group 2 and test group 26, it was found that the skin color change time of the mice of test group 26 was long after using the hair growth essence provided in comparative example 8, and the hair length on day 28 was only about 5.16cm, and the number of hair follicles on day 28 was only about 52, indicating that the hair growth essence obtained by the method for preparing the hair growth essence provided in comparative example 8 was not excellent in the use effect. Therefore, the components of the plant extract are sequentially added, and the adding interval time of the two adjacent components of the plant extract is controlled to be 3-10min, so that the effect weakening caused by long-time stirring of part of the extract can be avoided, the optimal synergistic effect among the plant extracts can be realized, and the hair growth effect of the hair growth essence is better.
Hair growth effect test
