Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of daily chemicals, and particularly relates to a composition for preventing alopecia and growing hair and application thereof.
Background
The growth of hair is periodic and divided into growth phase, catagen phase and telogen phase. (1) And (3) growing period: the growing hair grows for 2-5 years, for 0.27-0.40mm per day, characterized by continuous growth, and then enters the catagen. (2) A return period: at this point the hair stops growing, is shed easily for several days to several weeks, and then enters a resting period. (3) Rest period: the telogen phase typically lasts 3-4 months until a new follicular cycle begins. Under normal conditions, more than 90% of hair is in the growth phase, 10% of hair is in the resting phase, only 1% of hair is in the catagen phase, which is the normal metabolism of hair follicles, normal people fall off less than 100 hairs every day, the phenomenon is normal, large-area sparsity cannot be caused, and the hairs can enter the growth phase again after falling off. If a problem occurs during this process, the follicle does not circulate properly: for example, hair follicles fall off after a resting period, but cannot enter a growing period again, and a large number of the hair follicles are present, so that hair is sparse, and hair loss occurs. There are many factors that cause the follicle to no longer enter anagen phase: malnutrition, hormones, stress, chemical or physical effects, drugs, genetics, etc.
The Chinese scalp health white paper shows that about 2 hundred million people suffering from alopecia in China, the market penetration rate of the hair care and treatment industry is estimated to reach 20% in 2020, and the economic scale of the whole hair care and treatment industry and related industries is expected to exceed 400 hundred million yuan. Data show that the Chinese alopecia has high incidence rate and rapidly develops at a growth rate of 15 to 18 percent each year. The number of people in the Chinese adult alopecia population is more, particularly in the male alopecia population, according to the data of the world health organization, 1 in every 5 Chinese men has alopecia symptoms, and in the alopecia population, the alopecia accounts for 84% before the age of 30, and the alopecia is more and more generalized and has a low-age trend.
In recent years, in scalp care, alopecia prevention and hair loss prevention become the rigid requirements of individual crowds, products for alopecia prevention and hair growth are more on the market, however, the effects of alopecia prevention and hair growth are not ideal, the range of applicable crowds is narrow, and the differentiation of the using effects of the crowds is obvious, so that the development of an alopecia prevention and hair growth product which is quick in alopecia prevention and hair growth effect, suitable for most crowds at the present stage and high in use safety and comfort has very important practical significance and wide market application prospect.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an anti-hair loss and hair growth composition and application, wherein the anti-hair loss and hair growth composition is prepared by combining 4 natural source components, can act on the period of hair growth, and plays an excellent role in hair growth and hair solidification.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
the invention provides a composition for preventing alopecia and growing hair, which comprises the following raw material components: hydrolyzed lupin protein, yeast extract, Glycyrrhrizae radix extract, folium Platycladi extract, and hydrolyzed sericin.
The hydrolyzed lupin protein added in the invention is rich in glutamic acid, peptide, trace protein and vitamin, acts on hair growth cycle mainly by regulating 3 aspects of hormone balance, vascular system and cell metabolism, 1, androgenetic alopecia is an important factor causing alopecia, the sensitivity of local scalp hair follicles of a patient to 5 α -DHT is increased, leading to hair follicle miniaturization, hair shaft thinning, and clinical manifestation of hair thinning and thinning, 5 α -DHT is transformed by testosterone under the action of 5 α -reductase II, the added hydrolyzed lupin the invention has the effect of inhibiting the activity of 5 α -reductase II, thus inhibiting the production of 5 α -DHT, thereby reducing androgenetic alopecia caused by 5 α -DHT, 2, the hair follicle has a very important role for normal growth of hair, especially for hair in growth phase, the hair contains growth factors, cytokines and other molecules required for regulating growth cycle, cytokines and other molecules, wherein VEGF is a known important vascular endothelial factor, is a vascular system which is a high vascular permeability promoting factor for hair growth, thus the growth factor can promote hair cell proliferation, cell proliferation and cell proliferation of hair growth cycle formation of hair cells are increased, cell proliferation is an important factor for promoting hair growth, the invention, the aspects of hair growth factor, the invention can promote hair growth cycle, the hair growth factor is capable of promoting hair growth, the growth of hair growth, the cell growth factor is capable of promoting hair growth, the cell growth of promoting hair growth, the hair growth of hair growth, the cell growth of promoting hair growth, the hair growth factor of promoting hair growth, the hair growth of hair growth, the growth of hair growth, the hair growth of hair growth, the hair growth of hair is capable of promoting hair growth of promoting hair growth of hair, the hair growth of promoting hair growth of.
Another component of the composition of the invention, yeast extract, provides a synergistic effect with the other components, mainly from 4 aspects: 1. mitochondrial dynamics aspects: the growth of hair follicles is a process requiring a large supply of energy, the energy production in cells is provided by mitochondria, which behave as a highly dynamic organelle within the cell, maintaining mitochondrial homeostasis, i.e., mitochondrial dynamics, by constantly dividing and fusing. Compared to fission, the fusion process between mitochondria with the involvement of mitochondrial outer membrane fusion protein 1(MFN1) enables organelles to enhance their metabolism and provide more energy in the form of ATP. The supply of this energy is to the hair in the anagen phase and is thus of great concern for maintaining the entire hair growth cycle. In addition, mitochondria are not only major energy-producing organelles in the cell, but also regulate the production of active oxygen, the production of free radicals, and the like. The data show that the results of tests performed on human hair follicle dermal papilla cells indicate that 0.04% yeast extract is able to increase the synthesis of MFN1 by 52%, indicating that yeast extract plays a very positive role in promoting mitochondrial fusion and, in turn, providing the energy supply required for hair follicle cell growth. 2. Aspect of signal molecule expression: signal molecules in the microenvironment of the papilla are also important for hair growth, and overexpression of 3 signal molecules including IL-6, DKK1, P16, which are currently known, is closely associated with androgenic alopecia. The data show that DHT treated human hair follicle dermal papilla cells tested in vitro with 0.04% yeast extract reduced IL-6 secretion by 97% and DKK1 and P16 expression by 91% and 71%, respectively, suggesting that yeast extract plays a role in correcting aberrant expression of signaling molecules responsible for androgenetic alopecia. 3. Epigenetic aspect: research has shown that iRNA plays an important role in hair biology, and is involved in regulating proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis of dermal papilla fibroblasts and hair keratinocytes. 3663-3p and let-7a-3p miRNA overexpression is associated with hair loss formation, and data show that DHT-treated human hair follicle dermal papilla cell in vitro tests show that 0.04% yeast extract limits 3663-3p and let-7a-3p miRNA expression by 50% and 89%, respectively, which indicates that yeast extract plays a positive role in reducing epigenetic disorders causing hair loss. 4. Dermal papilla activity: proteoglycans are characteristic markers of the hair in the anagen phase, the reduction of which suggests a shortening of the anagen phase, tests on 3D models of human hair follicle dermal papilla cells show that 0.04% yeast extract promotes proteoglycan synthesis. After treatment of the hair follicles with DHT, the yeast extract increased proteoglycan by 37% after 7 days and remained continuously synthesized, i.e., the yeast extract reduced the risk of hair loss by keeping the hair follicles in the anagen phase all the time, suggesting that it plays an important role in maintaining dermal papilla activity and promoting hair growth.
The composition also comprises a licorice extract, a cacumen biotae extract and hydrolyzed sericin, wherein the main active ingredients of the licorice extract comprise glycyrrhizic acid, ammonium glycyrrhizinate, sodium glycyrrhetinate, licorice flavonoids, semaphorin, formononetin, quercetin and the like, and the licorice extract is yellow to brown yellow powder. The Glycyrrhrizae radix extract has certain catalytic effect on antihistaminic and vasodilatation in human body, and can relieve skin inflammation reaction due to various skin appearance. Wherein glycyrrhizic acid has inhibitory effect on Gossypium granuloma, formaldehyde edema, tuberculin reaction, and subcutaneous granulomatosis of white rat. Ammonium glycyrrhizinate and sodium glycyrrhetinate can effectively influence the exudation phase and the proliferation phase of subcutaneous granulomatous inflammation, and the action intensity of the ammonium glycyrrhizinate and the sodium glycyrrhetinate is weaker than or close to that of cortisone. In addition, the licorice extract can effectively prevent the formation of melanin by inhibiting the activity of tyrosinase and dopachrome tautomerase (TRP-2), thereby having a certain skin whitening effect.
The cacumen biotae extract is branch tips and leaves of Franco of Platylladus orientalis (L.) of Cupressaceae, and is regarded as bitter and cold in Chinese medicine, enters liver channel, and liver governs wind, mainly stores blood, and hair is the rest of blood, so that the cacumen biotae extract can cool blood and blacken hair, and can be used for blood heat alopecia, early white beard and hair and the like. Modern researches show that the cacumen biotae extract has a strong inhibition effect on the biosynthesis of leucocyte LTB4 and 5-HETE (5-lipoxygenase), and also shows a strong inhibition effect on cyclooxygenase, which indicates that the cacumen biotae extract has a certain anti-inflammatory effect by inhibiting the activity of 5-lipoxygenase and the components of cyclooxygenase.
