Description

Anti-hair loss composition and application thereof in preparation of anti-hair loss washing and protecting product
Technical Field
The invention discloses an anti-hair loss composition, belongs to the technical field of scalp care, and particularly relates to an anti-hair loss composition and application thereof.
Background
Survey data shows that the number of people with alopecia in China is as high as 1.6 hundred million. In men, every 4 people have alopecia, and with the action of external factors such as aggravation of environmental pollution, irregular diet, high working pressure and the like, the people suffering from alopecia have increasingly obvious aging, and the public health and beauty awareness is increasingly strong, so that the problem of alopecia is more and more emphasized.
Alopecia can be classified into normal alopecia and pathologic alopecia according to the difference of the cause. Normal alopecia refers to hair loss in catagen or telogen, and normal people have 70-100 hair loss per day, which is caused by metabolism of hair follicle cells of scalp and belongs to normal metabolism of human body; pathological alopecia refers to the loss of normal hair follicle cells due to hair nutrition deficiency caused by degeneration or entering the resting stage. Pathological alopecia often causes baldness, alopecia areata and the like.
Aiming at the increasing of the population suffering from pathological alopecia, a plurality of types of anti-alopecia products appear on the market. The products can be roughly divided into two types, one type of products is based on the traditional Chinese medicine theory, compound herbal extracts are adopted, and the effects such as nourishing or oil control and the like are correspondingly generated according to different formula raw materials so as to achieve the aim of preventing alopecia, but the analysis of the feedback condition after the use of consumers shows that the effect of most products is not obvious; the other kind of products are hair care products added with western medicines, mainly uses sildenafil, minoxidil and the like as active ingredients, and the products have obvious hair loss prevention and hair growth promotion effects in the early stage of use, but have obvious side effects (sexual dysfunction, low blood pressure and the like) after long-term use, and the result is unreliable.
Related studies have shown that alopecia is mainly caused by insufficient nutrition supply to hair due to degenerative atrophy of hair follicle cells in the scalp, and thus to effectively solve the problem of alopecia, it is essential to provide sufficient nutrition to hair follicle cells; meanwhile, the hair loss can be effectively prevented by matching with a proper hair follicle growth factor, but the hair follicle entering the dormancy stage is promoted to grow again, and new hair grows out, so that the problem of hair loss is completely solved. At present, in the existing technologies or products, the factors inhibiting the normal metabolism of hair follicles are eliminated through oil control so as to delay the shedding of hairs, or the blood flow of the hair follicles is increased ("blood circulation activation") so as to promote the supply of nutrition to the hair follicles, and the problems of hair loss and hair regeneration cannot be fundamentally solved.

Detailed Description
The invention is further illustrated by the following specific examples, which are intended to be purely exemplary of a more detailed description and are not intended to limit the invention in any way.
The invention discloses an anti-hair loss composition and application thereof. The anti-hair loss composition comprises inosine, lupin protein hydrolysate (Lupine protein hydrolysate) and caffeine. Inosine, lupin hydrolyzed protein and caffeine are used in combination, so that the hair growth promoting composition has a remarkable hair loss stopping effect, and has the effect of promoting hair growth.
Inosine, also called inosine or inosine, is a nucleoside compound formed by binding inosine to ribose. Inosine is a component of ATP, coenzyme A, ribonucleic acid and deoxyribonucleic acid in the organism, participates in substance metabolism and energy metabolism of the organism, can improve the ATP level of the organism, can be converted into various nucleotides, and participates in protein synthesis, and after entering blood, exogenous inosine can enter cells through cell membranes to activate coenzyme A and pyruvate oxidase, so that the cells in a low ATP state continue to be metabolized smoothly; for the symptom of hair loss caused by degeneration and atrophy of hair follicle cells in scalp, inosine is supplemented properly, an ATP generation system of the hair follicle cells can be activated, the hair follicle cells are promoted to grow again, and the hair can grow out of hair papilla again, so that the alopecia can be effectively solved.
Lupinus micropranthus Guss is commonly called Lupinus glauca, the leaf base generates clumps, the palm-shaped compound leaves are supported by long stems to be similar to a feather fan, and therefore the name Lupinus is obtained, and the Lupinus micropranthus Guss is a perennial herb of Lupinus. Relevant researches show that lupin protein hydrolysate has antioxidant effect, and its antioxidant activity is related to the amino acid composition of polypeptide and its hydrogen and electron donating capacity. The hair follicle cells in the scalp are subjected to various oxidation pressures to generate a large amount of free radicals, the free radicals existing in the hair follicle cells can destroy various normal physiological processes of the cells, particularly the free radicals attack on a cell membrane system to cause the function loss of a cell membrane system, so that the cells are subjected to apoptosis, and therefore the appropriate intake of the antioxidant peptide can reduce the level of the free radicals in the body, delay the apoptosis of the hair follicle cells and further reduce the shedding of hairs.
Research shows that about 70% of alopecia population belongs to seborrheic alopecia (androgenetic alopecia), namely, Dihydrotestosterone (DHT) is generated by testosterone in vivo through the action of 5 a-reductase, hair follicle cells are extremely sensitive to the DHT, and the excessive DHT can stimulate the cells to generate various cytokines (such as TGF-beta 2) to cause the degeneration, premature senility and atrophy of the hair follicle cells, so that the nutrient supply of hair roots is reduced, and finally, the hair is shed. It has been shown that caffeine can help treat androgenic alopecia, thereby counteracting the negative effects of dihydrotestosterone on hair growth inhibition, and the mechanism of action is mainly due to inhibition of phosphodiesterase activity, thereby causing an increase in cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) in messenger compounds, thereby promoting hair follicle growth and prolonging the hair growth cycle.
Arginine (argine), also known as proteinogenic amino acid, is an amino acid compound. Studies have shown that arginine plays a physiological role in vivo in the major form of L-arginine; the main function of arginine in its physiological functions is to participate in protein synthesis, and the two most important of arginine are:
1) promote wound healing, and arginine can promote collagen tissue synthesis, so that the wound can be repaired. An increase in arginase activity is observed in wound exudate, which also indicates an increased arginine requirement in the vicinity of the wound; arginine promotes microcirculation around the wound, thereby promoting the wound to heal early.
2) Arginine can improve the immune function of an organism, and the conditioning effect of arginine is mainly shown in the aspects of up-regulation of immunosuppression, down-regulation of overhigh inflammatory reaction and maintenance of the immune balance of the organism. The hair follicle cells of the scalp are damaged by the external environment and are easy to cause apoptosis, so that the hair rooted in the hair follicle cells falls off, the arginine is supplemented to the damaged hair follicle cells, the healing of the damaged hair follicle cells can be effectively accelerated, and the effect of stabilizing the hair is achieved.
Ornithine is an essential intermediate metabolite in human metabolism, a non-protein amino acid. L-ornithine is one of basic amino acids, plays a very important role in the final metabolic cycle of human nitrogen, can convert amino acid generated by human protein metabolism and ammonia generated by amino acid into urea for detoxification, promotes the final metabolism of nitrogen, and promotes the urea cycle; after the ornithine enters the hair follicle cells with active metabolism, the ornithine can promote the conversion of ammonia generated by metabolism in the cells, detoxicate the cells and ensure the normal metabolism of the hair follicle cells.
The chitosan is a product of chitosan after being deacetylated by a chemical method, is the only basic polysaccharide existing in the nature, and has good biocompatibility; research shows that the chitosan with small molecular weight has the effects of bacteriostasis and sterilization; the temperature and humidity environment of the scalp is very suitable for the growth and propagation of microorganisms such as fungi, bacteria and the like on the surface layer of the scalp, and metabolites of harmful microorganisms in the growth process can stimulate scalp cells to cause itching of the head and dandruff increase, so that the scalp and hair follicle cells are damaged, and therefore the micromolecular chitosan acts on the scalp, can effectively inhibit and even kill the harmful microorganisms on the surface layer of the scalp, and achieves the effects of relieving the itching of the head and reducing the dandruff.
Polygonum cuspidatum (Polygonum cuspidatum), a perennial coarse herb of Polygonaceae, has the effects of clearing heat and promoting diuresis, relieving cough, reducing phlegm, promoting blood circulation and relaxing bowels, and has the treatment effect on hepatitis, arthritis, pneumonia, blood fat and other diseases. Modern pharmacological research shows that resveratrol in the polygonum cuspidatum extract has multiple effects of resisting oxidation, resisting inflammation and the like, and the polygonum cuspidatum extract acts on hair follicle cells of scalp, so that active free radicals in the hair follicle cells are removed, the oxidation pressure of the cells is relieved, the healing of damaged hair follicle cells is accelerated, the metabolism of the hair follicle cells is normally carried out, sufficient nutrition is provided for the growth of hair, and the hair is black and bright.
The components are all commercial products. The components are scientifically and reasonably matched, and respectively have comprehensive effects in multiple aspects of energy demand of hair follicle cell growth metabolism, oxidation pressure relief, hormone regulation, cell metabolism detoxification, inflammation repair, scalp microecology adjustment and the like, compared with a single component (or combination in other forms), the hair follicle stimulating agent has more remarkable and comprehensive effects, can effectively provide nutrition and energy for hair follicle cells in a shedding stage, improves the activity of the hair follicle cells, delays the atrophy of hair papilla, prevents the hair from shedding, stimulates the hair follicle cells in a resting stage with hair shedding, activates the function of the hair follicle, enables the hair follicle cells to grow new hair again, and further plays a role in hair growth, thereby fundamentally solving the problems of hair loss and hair regeneration.

1. Effective hair follicle density and anti-hair loss condition detection
1.1 test setup:
the test groups are set to 6 groups, which are respectively numbered as 1-6 (wherein the number 6 is a blank group), and each group comprises 40 testers (including 20 males and 20 females) and the age is 25-55 years old, wherein the hair loss grades of the males of the 40 testers selected in each group are II-IV type, and the hair loss grades of the females are I type or II type.
Classification of male hair loss grade:
male alopecia generally starts from both sides of the forehead, gradually extends towards the top of the head, recedes towards the hairline of the forehead, or starts from the top of the head. Alopecia continues with the front hair line receding from the sides and the forehead becoming higher, forming what is commonly referred to as "high forehead". The hair gradually becomes thin and delicate, and the new hair becomes thinner and thinner, and is soft and powerless. Bald areas have smooth skin and fine vellus hairs are visible. It is usually accompanied by desquamation, except for slight itching, there are no other subjective symptoms.
Type I: normal or substantially normal hairstyle:
type II: the frontotemporal hairline moves backwards in a triangle, and the distance between the frontotemporal hairline and the coronal line connected with the two auditory canals can reach 2 CM;
type III: the two temporal corners recede beyond the anterior 2CM of the coronal line, and the tops are sparse;
type IV: the two temples and hairlines recede significantly, with the midforehead receding, but with intermediate density bands of hair spaced:
and V type: the frontal temporal and apical denuded areas are enlarged, during which the hair band is narrow and sparse;
type VI: horseshoe alopecia, increased lateral and posterior baldness;
type VII: in severe forms, hair loss occurs around the ear and around the occiput, except horseshoe hair loss.
Classifying female alopecia grades:
in general, female alopecia is caused by diffuse loss of hair at the top of the head, so that the top of the head is gradually thin but not completely removed, and the progress is slow.
Grade 1 (mild): the hair in the front of the coronal region becomes thin, the hairstyle needs to be changed to cover, and the forehead hairline is complete; the second part of clinical experiments researches the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and typing of androgen-derived alopecia and the analysis of hair electron microscope experimental observation;
grade 2 (medium): the hair in the front of the coronal region becomes thinner more obviously, the range of the alopecia region is enlarged, and the change of the hair style is difficult to mask;
