The evaluation standard of the curative effect is as follows:
and (3) curing: the hair is not dropped, or the hair loss is less than 25 in every day, the hair is soft, smooth in combing, black in hair color, free of bifurcation, withered and yellow, fresh and cool in scalp, clear in head and moist in hair;
the effect is shown: the hair loss is obviously reduced, or the hair loss is between 25 and 50 in each day, the hair is soft, smooth in combing, black in hair color, basically free of bifurcation, withered and yellow, refreshing in skin, clear in head and moist in hair;
the method has the following advantages: the hair loss phenomenon still exists, but the hair loss is between 50 and 75 in each day, the hair quality is softer, the hair is easier to comb, the hair color is blackened, basically has no bifurcation, withered and yellow, the skin is more refreshing, the head is clearer, and the hair is more moist.
And (4) invalidation: the alopecia phenomenon is not changed, or the daily alopecia is more than 75, the hair is hard and crisp, difficult to comb, the hair quality is dry, and the hair color is scorched.

The tests included dry combing, wet combing tests, which were: cleaning 0.3g hair bundle, moistening with 2g 10% sodium lauryl sulfate water solution for 1min, washing with clear water, combing once with comb to remove excessive water, and measuring wet hair combing power W with hair tester1The above steps were repeated, 3 times for each sample and the average was taken. Drying the hair sample in air for 24 hr after wet combing test, measuring the dry combing power, repeating the above steps, measuring each sample for 3 times, and taking average value W2. Separately, 0.3g of hair tresses were washed, moistened with 2g of the anti-hair loss shampoos prepared in examples 1-6 and comparative example 1 for 1min, washed clean with clear water, combed once with a comb to remove excess moisture, and the wet hair combing power W was measured with a hair tester1', repeat the above steps, each sample is measured 3 times, and take the average value; after the wet combing test was completed, the hair sample was dried in the air for 24 hours, and the dry combing work W was measured2', repeat the above steps, measure 3 times per sample, and take the average. The carding work reduction value is calculated. Wet hair combing work reduction value (W ═1-W1')/W1X 100%. Dry carding work reduction value (W)2-W2′)/W2×100%。

As shown in Table 2, the anti-hair loss shampoo containing the modified codfish ossein peptide can moisten hair and improve the problem that the hair is dry and difficult to comb. Modifying the cod bone collagen peptide by taking trehalose and hyaluronic acid as raw materials to prepare modified cod bone collagen peptide; the anti-hair loss shampoo adopts transglutaminase as a cross-linking agent to cross-link epsilon-polylysine and cod bone collagen peptide and graft the epsilon-polylysine and the cod bone collagen peptide on trehalose and hyaluronic acid, so that the moisturizing performance of the anti-hair loss shampoo is obviously improved, and the stability of a plant extracting solution is improved. Hyaluronic acid and trehalose have good water solubility, and epsilon-polylysine and cod bone collagen peptide are grafted to form a three-dimensional network structure under the action of transglutaminase, so that the moisturizing performance is improved.
Test example 3
And (3) testing the chip removal performance: a 10-point scoring method was used. Wherein, 0 grade is without scurf; the l-2 level is small powdery grey rough scale; 3-4 grades are small to medium sized chips; 5-6 grades are large, thin chips loosely associated with the scalp; large adhesive chips on a 7-8 scale; grades 9-10 are thick scales from yellow to closely attached to the scalp. The test subjects were 60 female subjects with dandruff grade 7-8, divided into two groups of 30 subjects, who were shampooed with the hair loss preventing shampoo of examples 7-8, respectively, at a frequency of once every 3 days. During the test period, other washing and hair care products except the anti-hair loss shampoo of the invention are not used, and hair dyeing, hair perming and the like are not carried out. After five weeks, the scalp and the dandruff attached to the hair within 4cm from the root were rated according to a 10-point rating method.
