By adopting the technical scheme, the 1,2-hexanediol is used as a humectant and has a certain bacteriostatic effect; the dipropylene glycol has small irritation to the skin and can be used as a solvent and a humectant; the rhizoma anemarrhenae (ANEMARRHENA ASPHODELOIDES) root extract has good antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects; radix Cynanchi Atrati (Cynanchum ATRATUM) extract has antiinflammatory and skin whitening effects; the plant preservative is prepared by compounding 1,2-hexanediol, dipropylene glycol, a rhizoma anemarrhenae root extract, a cortex magnoliae officinalis extract and a cynanchum atratum extract, is extracted from plant components, is safe and low in skin irritation, has good antibacterial and preservative effects, can effectively prolong the storage time of the mask, has a certain whitening and moisturizing effect, and is good in compatibility with other components.
Further, the VB3 capsule particles were made of water, caprylic/capric triglyceride, gelatin, gum arabic, cellulose gum, and colorant.
By adopting the technical scheme, the caprylic/capric triglyceride is high-clear-degree grease, belongs to palm oil or coconut oil derivatives, has good compatibility with human skin, is not greasy, and has good effects of lubricating and improving skin softness; the gelatin, the gum arabic and the cellulose gum have small skin irritation, and have good emulsification temperature, thickening and film forming effects; the VB3 capsule particles obtained by compounding water, caprylic/capric triglyceride, gelatin, gum arabic, cellulose gum and a colorant are water-insoluble oily particles, and are placed in a stock solution to form oil droplets which are uniformly dispersed in the oil droplets, and in the process of mixing raw materials of the stock solution, the capsule particles can gradually adsorb nicotinamide in the stock solution and wrap the nicotinamide in the capsule particles, so that the hydrolysis of the nicotinamide is reduced, the activity of the nicotinamide is improved, the nicotinic acid generated by the hydrolysis of the nicotinamide in an unstable pH environment is reduced, the skin irritation is caused, and the irritation of the mask to the skin can be further reduced by the moisturizing and smoothing agent, the plant soothing agent and the plant preservative which are added in the stock solution, so that the mask is suitable for people who are easy to allergy.
In order to achieve the second object, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a preparation method of a nicotinamide capsule facial mask comprises the following steps:
1) preparing facial mask liquid:
A. taking deionized water, propylene glycol, glycerol, carbomer, glyceryl polyether-26, xanthan gum, sodium polyglutamate, hydroxyethyl cellulose and methyl hydroxybenzoate according to a proportion, heating to 83-88 ℃, uniformly stirring, and keeping the temperature for 15-25min to obtain a first water phase;
B. uniformly mixing grape seed oil, hydrogenated castor oil and propylene glycol to obtain a first oil phase;
C. cooling the first water phase to 42-47 ℃, adding triethanolamine, pure water, a moisturizing and smoothing agent, a plant soothing agent, an A91 preservative, a skin conditioner and a first oil phase, uniformly stirring, and cooling to below 38 ℃ to obtain a mask liquid;
2) preparing a stock solution:
a. heating deionized water, methyl propylene glycol, Tremella extract, carbomer and p-hydroxyacetophenone at a certain ratio to 83-88 deg.C, stirring, and keeping the temperature for 15-25min to obtain a second water phase;
b. uniformly mixing grape seed oil, hydrogenated castor oil and propylene glycol to obtain a second oil phase;
c. cooling the first water phase to 48-52 ℃, adding triethanolamine, uniformly stirring, cooling to 42-47 ℃, adding a moisturizing and smoothing agent, a plant soothing agent, sodium hyaluronate, a plant preservative, nicotinamide and a second oil phase, uniformly stirring, adding the VB3 capsule particles which are washed by filtering water, uniformly stirring, and cooling to below 38 ℃ to obtain a stock solution;
3) preparing a facial mask:
subpackaging the facial mask liquid into facial mask bags containing mask cloth, and separately subpackaging the stock solution to obtain facial masks; sealing the facial mask, and sterilizing.
By adopting the technical scheme, when the mask liquid is prepared, the first water phase and the first oil phase are respectively mixed and then are jointly stirred, so that the components can be more uniformly mixed; when the stock solution is prepared, the second aqueous phase is mixed with the second oil phase, then the VB capsule particles are added, the VB3 capsule particles are prevented from being broken as much as possible in the stirring process, and the VB3 capsule particles can gradually adsorb the nicotinamide in the stock solution along with the stirring process and wrap the nicotinamide in the VB3 capsule particles, so that the hydrolysis of the nicotinamide is reduced, and the activity of the nicotinamide is improved; the preparation process is simple, easy to operate and convenient for industrial production.
Further, a using method of the nicotinamide capsule facial mask is characterized in that: and (3) taking stock solution accounting for 20% of the weight of the facial mask solution, adding the stock solution into the facial mask solution for soaking the membrane cloth, and uniformly mixing the facial mask solution and the stock solution to enable the membrane cloth to be attached to the face.
By adopting the technical scheme, the membrane cloth is soaked in the mask liquid during storage, and the stock solution is stored separately, so that the storage stability of the stock solution can be improved, the hydrolysis of nicotinamide is reduced, and the activity of nicotinamide is improved; when in use, the original solution is added into the facial mask solution, the facial mask solution and the original solution are mixed, then the membrane cloth is soaked in the mixed solution of the facial mask solution and the original solution, then the membrane cloth is attached to the cleaned face, and after twenty minutes, the membrane cloth is taken down, and the face is cleaned and then is subjected to conventional skin care; by adopting the method, the facial mask still has the effect just after being stored for a certain time.
In summary, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the nicotinamide capsule mask disclosed by the invention consists of a mask cloth, a mask liquid and a stock solution, wherein the mask liquid and the stock solution have good moisturizing, moisturizing and whitening effects on skin, can adjust the water-oil balance of the skin and adjust the health state of the skin; the added plant soothing agent can reduce the irritation of the whitening component nicotinamide to the skin;

Preparation examples of moisturizing and smoothing agent in the following preparation examples, INCI name of BETA-GLUCAN is BETA-GLUCAN; the INCI name of GLUCURONIC ACID is GLUCURONIC ACID; INCI name for MANNOSE; the INCI name of LACTOBIONIC ACID is LACTOBIONIC ACID.
The moisturizing and smoothing agent is prepared by the following method: 55kg of deionized water, 15kg of beta-glucan, 12kg of glucuronic acid, 10kg of mannose and 8kg of lactobionic acid are taken and stirred uniformly to obtain the moisturizing smoothing agent.
Preparation example of plant soothing agent the INCI name of the EXTRACT of the ROOT of SOPHORA flavescens ait (SOPHORA ANGUSTIFOLIA) in the following preparation examples is SOPHORA ANGUSTIFOLIA ROOT EXTRACT; the INCI name of GLYCYRRHIZA INFLATA ROOT EXTRACT is GLYCYRRHIZA INFLATA ROOT EXTRACT; the ROOT EXTRACT of Scutellaria BAICALENSIS (Scutellaria BAICALENSIS) has the INCI name of Scutellaria BAICALENSIS ROOT EXTRACT.
The plant allergy relieving agent is prepared by the following method: taking 40kg of deionized water, 40kg of butanediol, 10kg of sophora flavescens root extract, 5kg of glycyrrhiza inflate root extract and 5kg of scutellaria baicalensis root extract, and uniformly stirring to obtain the plant allergy relieving agent.
Preparation of skin Conditioning agent the BARK EXTRACT of Magnolia OFFICINALIS (Magnolia OFFICINALIS) in the following preparation examples has the INCI name MAGNOLIA OFFICINALIS BARK EXTRACT; the INCI name of ALPHA-ARBUTIN is ALPHA-ARBUTIN; mandelic acid has the INCI name MANDELIC ACID; INCI name of tranoxamic ACID for tranecamic ACID; the INCI name of ASCORBIC ACID is ascorbyl ACID;
the skin conditioner is prepared by the following method: and uniformly stirring 30kg of cortex magnoliae officinalis extract, 30kg of alpha-arbutin, 15kg of mandelic acid, 15kg of tranexamic acid and 10kg of ascorbic acid to obtain the skin conditioner.
Preparation example of plant preservative 1,2-HEXANEDIOL in the following preparation example has an INCI name of 1, 2-HEXANEDIOL; the INCI name of DIPROPYLENE GLYCOL is dippylene GLYCOL; the INCI name of the root extract of common anemarrhena rhizome (ANEMARRHENA ASPHODELOIDES) is ANEMARRHENA ASPHODELOIDES ROOT EXTRACT; the INCI name of Cynanchum ATRATUM (Cynanchum ATRATUM) EXTRACT is CYNANCHUM ATRATUM.
The plant preservative is prepared by the following method: mixing 1,2-hexanediol 30kg, dipropylene glycol 30kg, rhizoma anemarrhenae 20kg, cortex Magnolia officinalis 10kg and radix Cynanchi Atrati 10kg, and stirring to obtain plant antiseptic.
Preparation of VB3 Capsule particles CAPRYLIC/capric triglyceride INCI name in the following preparation is CAPRYLIC/CAPRIC TRIGLYCERIDE; the INCI name of GELATIN is GELATIN; acacia senegal (ACACIA SENEGAL) gum has an INCI name ACACIA SENEGAL extact; the INCI name of the CELLULOSE GUM is CELLULOSE GUM; the colorant is CI 45380.
VB3 capsule particles are prepared by the following method: taking 55.5kg of water, heating to 80 ℃, adding 10kg of gelatin, 8kg of acacia gum, 2kg of cellulose gum and 0.5kg of colorant, and stirring at the speed of 200r/min for 20min to obtain a glue solution; adding 24kg of caprylic acid/capric acid triglyceride into the glue solution, and stirring at the speed of 500r/min for 30min to obtain microemulsion; spray drying the microemulsion by using a spray dryer under the conditions that the aperture of a nozzle is 0.4mm, the gas flow is 500L/h, the temperature of a sample inlet is 120 ℃, and the temperature of an outlet is 80 ℃ to obtain capsule particles; and (3) washing the capsule particles by using deionized water, and filtering impurities to obtain VB3 capsule particles.
Examples
The membrane cloth in the following examples is a non-woven fabric membrane cloth; the A91 antiseptic is selected from A91 antiseptic with a product number of ZL201805-1 provided by Sierrance Biotechnology Limited, and comprises octanoyl hydroximic acid, glyceryl caprylate, and propylene glycol as active ingredients; the grape seed oil is grapefruit (Citrus PARADISI) oil; the hydrogenated castor oil is PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil; the Tremella extract is extract of fruiting body of Tremella FUCIFORMIS (Tremella FUCIFORMIS).
Example 1: the nicotinamide capsule facial mask is prepared by adopting the following method:
1) preparing facial mask liquid:
A. heating 83.36kg of deionized water, 8kg of propylene glycol, 2kg of glycerol, 0.08kg of carbomer, 2kg of glyceryl polyether-26, 0.05kg of xanthan gum, 0.03kg of sodium polyglutamate, 0.05kg of hydroxyethyl cellulose and 0.15kg of methyl hydroxybenzoate to 85 ℃, stirring at the speed of 200r/min for 20min, and then preserving heat for 20min to obtain a first water phase;
B. taking 0.005kg of grape seed oil, 0.02kg of hydrogenated castor oil and 0.025kg of propylene glycol, and stirring at the speed of 400/min for 20min to obtain a first oil phase;
C. cooling the first water phase to 45 ℃, then adding 0.08kg of triethanolamine, 1kg of fenchun, 2kg of moisturizing and smoothing agent, 0.7kg of plant sensitizer, 0.4kgA91 preservative, 0.05kg of skin conditioner and the first oil phase, stirring at the speed of 200r/min for 30min, and cooling to below 38 ℃ to obtain facial mask liquid;
2) preparing a stock solution:
a. heating 82.46kg of deionized water, 10kg of methyl propylene glycol, 0.03kg of tremella fuciformis extract, 0.1kg of carbomer and 0.2kg of p-hydroxyacetophenone to 85 ℃, stirring at the speed of 200r/min for 20min, and keeping the temperature for 20min to obtain a second water phase;
b. taking 0.001kg of grape seed oil, 0.004kg of hydrogenated castor oil and 0.005kg of propylene glycol, and stirring at the speed of 400/min for 20min to obtain a second oil phase;
c. cooling the first water phase to 50 ℃, adding 0.1kg of triethanolamine, uniformly stirring, cooling to 45 ℃, adding 3kg of moisturizing and smoothing agent, 0.5kg of plant soothing agent, 0.1kg of sodium hyaluronate, 1kg of plant preservative, 0.5kg of nicotinamide and the second oil phase, stirring at the speed of 200r/min for 30min, adding 2kg of VB3 capsule particles after being filtered and washed, stirring at the speed of 100r/min for 30min, and cooling to below 38 ℃ to obtain a stock solution;
3) preparing a facial mask:
subpackaging 25mL of the facial mask liquid into facial mask bags containing membrane cloth, and separately subpackaging 5mL of the stock solution to obtain facial masks; sealing the facial mask, and sterilizing.
Examples 2-5 the preparation of the examples was followed except that the starting materials were used in the amounts shown in Table 1.
Examples 2-3 the preparation of example 1 was followed except that the parameters of the preparation were as shown in table 2.

A preparation method of a whitening and moisturizing mask comprises the following steps:
(1) cleaning the stirring pot, and then sterilizing;
(2) putting water, sorbitol, betaine, sodium hyaluronate, propylene glycol, nicotinamide and glycerol polymethacrylate into a stirring pot, uniformly stirring, adding xanthan gum into the stirring pot for pre-dissolving at 85-90 ℃, and pre-dissolving for 20 min;

Comparative example 2: the difference between the comparative example and the example 1 is that the plant allergy relieving agent and the skin conditioning agent in the facial mask solution are replaced by the same amount of deionized water, and the plant allergy relieving agent in the stock solution is replaced by the same amount of deionized water.
Comparative example 3: this comparative example differs from example 1 in that the plant preservative and VB3 capsule particles in the stock solution were replaced with an equal amount of deionized water.
Performance testing
Sensory, physicochemical, and hygienic indicators of the masks of examples 1 to 5 were measured according to the QB/T2872-2017 facial mask requirements, and the results are shown in Table 3.

According to data in table 3, the facial mask prepared by the invention meets the requirements of sensory indexes, physical and chemical indexes and sanitary indexes in the national execution standard QB/T2872-2017 facial mask.
Preparing masks by the methods of examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-3 respectively, dividing the masks into AB groups as samples, and storing the mask of group A for 3 days at 25 ℃ and 65% RH; placing the group B facial mask in a circulation box at the temperature of-5-40 ℃ for 3 months for use.
The using method comprises the following steps: adding the stock solution of the mask into the mask solution, mixing the stock solution with the mask solution, and soaking the membrane cloth; then applying the membrane cloth on the cleaned face, taking off the membrane cloth for 15min, and cleaning the face with clear water.
The evaluation method comprises the following steps: randomly selecting female volunteers of 20-35 years old, dividing the female volunteers into 16 groups, using facial masks of the group A and the group B respectively for 10 persons in each group, using the same lotion only containing moisturizing components for the volunteers except cosmetic water every day, applying the facial masks every 3 days with the test period of 30 days, testing the skin of the volunteers by using a skin tester before and after the test, wherein the test time is the same, and the test items are skin irritation condition, skin water content change rate, skin oil secretion change rate, skin roughness change rate and skin whitening degree change rate; the skin irritation condition is that when the facial mask is used, the skin generates abnormal phenomena such as red blood streak, pruritus, red swelling, stabbing pain and the like, if the abnormal phenomena occur, the test is not performed, the skin state of each group of volunteers is recorded, and the average value of the test results is shown in table 4.

According to the data in table 4, compared with the traditional mask, the mask prepared by the invention has small stimulation and good whitening and moisturizing effects; in the B group test, the facial mask still keeps good stability, and has good whitening, moisturizing and low irritation to the skin.
Compared with the example 1, in the A group test, the whitening and moisturizing effect of the facial mask of the comparative example 2 on the skin is slightly reduced, but the facial mask still has no obvious irritation on the skin, and in the B group test, the facial mask of the comparative example 3 not only has the obviously reduced whitening and moisturizing effect on the skin, but also has the obviously increased number of the skin allergic volunteers, which shows that the addition of the plant soothing agent and the skin conditioning agent can improve the stability of a product system to a certain extent and reduce the irritation of nicotinamide on the skin due to hydrolysis.
The stock solution of comparative example 3 did not contain a plant preservative and VB3 capsule particles; compared with example 1, in the group a test, the whitening and moisturizing effect on the skin of the comparative example 3 is slightly reduced, but still no obvious irritation on the skin, and in the group B test, the whitening and moisturizing effect on the skin of the facial mask of the comparative example 3 is obviously reduced, and the number of skin allergic volunteers is obviously increased, which shows that the stability of a product system can be obviously improved and the irritation on the skin caused by the hydrolysis of nicotinamide can be reduced by adding the plant preservative and the VB3 capsule particles.

Claims (8)

1. A nicotinamide capsule facial mask is characterized in that: comprises a membrane cloth, a mask liquid and a stock solution;
the mask liquid is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 5.025-10.025% of propylene glycol, 0-5% of glycerol, 0.06-0.08% of carbomer, 261.8-2.5% of glycerol polyether, 0.03-0.06% of xanthan gum, 0.01-0.06% of sodium polyglutamate, 0.03-0.06% of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 0.15% of methyl hydroxybenzoate, 0.06-0.08% of triethanolamine, 0.5-1.5% of a panthenol compound, 1.5-2.5% of a moisturizing and smoothing agent, 0.6-1% of a plant sensitizer, 0.4% of an A91 preservative, 0.05-0.1% of a skin conditioner, 0.005% of grape seed oil, 0.02% of hydrogenated castor oil and the balance of deionized water, wherein the total weight percentage of the raw materials is 100%;
the stock solution is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 8-12% of methyl propylene glycol, 0.02-0.05% of tremella extract, 0.08-0.12% of carbomer, 0.2% of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.08-0.12% of triethanolamine, 2.8-3.8% of moisturizing and smoothing agent, 0.3-0.8% of plant soothing agent, 0.05-0.12% of sodium hyaluronate, 1% of plant preservative, 0.4-0.8% of nicotinamide, 0.001% of grape seed oil, 0.004% of hydrogenated castor oil, 0.005% of propylene glycol, 1.8-2.2% of VB3 capsule particles and the balance of deionized water, wherein the total weight percentage of the raw materials is 100%.
2. A niacinamide capsule mask as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the moisturizing and smoothing agent is prepared from water, beta-glucan, glucuronic acid, mannose and lactobionic acid.
3. A niacinamide capsule mask as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the plant allergy relieving agent is prepared from water, butanediol, radix Sophorae Flavescentis extract, radix Glycyrrhizae Inflatae extract and radix Scutellariae extract.
4. A niacinamide capsule mask as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the skin conditioner is prepared from cortex Magnolia officinalis extract, alpha-arbutin, mandelic acid, tranexamic acid and ascorbic acid.
5. A niacinamide capsule mask as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the plant preservative is prepared from 1,2-hexanediol, dipropylene glycol, rhizoma anemarrhenae root extract, cortex Magnolia officinalis extract and radix Cynanchi Atrati extract.
6. A niacinamide capsule mask as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the VB3 capsule particles are prepared from water, caprylic/capric triglyceride, gelatin, acacia gum, cellulose gum and colorant.
