Background
White hair refers to hair that is totally or partially whitened. Under normal conditions, the inside of the hair papilla is rich in blood vessels, so that sufficient nutrition is provided for the hair papilla and hair bulb, and melanin granules are smoothly synthesized. When melanin granules are inhibited from forming on papillae or hair bulb, or formed, they are not transported into hair by some factor, and melanin granules in medulla and cortex of hair are reduced or eliminated, white hair appears. Wherein the reduction of the amount of tyrosinase is one of the pathological mechanisms of white hair.
Although white hair does not threaten life, the external appearance is greatly influenced, particularly, at present, the work and life pressure of people is great, people with early white hair are increased, and the mental pressure and the psychological burden of the people are increased.
White hair can be dyed black through the hair dye, but the hair dye contains benzene compounds, so that the hair quality can be damaged after long-term hair dyeing, certain influence can be caused to the body, and the hair dye can treat the symptoms and the root causes.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application clearer, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below. The examples, in which specific conditions are not specified, were conducted under conventional conditions or conditions recommended by the manufacturer. The reagents or instruments used are not indicated by the manufacturer, and are all conventional products available commercially.
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present application will be described in detail below with reference to specific examples.
The white-to-black essence comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.05-5 parts of polygonum multiflorum root extract, 0.1-3 parts of ganoderma atrum extract, 0.1-1 part of black mulberry fruit extract, 0.05-1.5 parts of pseudo-ginseng root extract, 0.01-1.0 part of black sesame extract, 0.05-0.5 part of southernwood leaf/stem extract, 0.05-0.5 part of divaricate saposhnikovia root extract, 0.05-1.0 part of argy wormwood leaf extract, 0.01-0.5 part of cnidium monnieri seed extract, 0.05-5 parts of rosemary extract, 0.05-2 parts of biota orientalis leaf extract, 0.05-2.0 parts of ginger root extract, 0.001-0.3 part of cinnamon bark extract, 0.001-0.5 part of kushen root extract, 0.001-1.0 part of licorice root extract and 0.001-1.0 part of grapefruit peel extract.
The polygonum multiflorum root extract has the effects of tonifying essence and blood, blackening beard and hair, strengthening bones and muscles and tonifying liver and kidney, has a good hematopoietic function, can promote blood circulation, can supplement nutrition for hair follicles of scalp so as to nourish hair, enables the hair to be tough and not easy to break, is rich in luster, can promote hair growth, and can increase hair density.
Pharmacological research shows that ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide can play a role in growing hair by promoting DNA synthesis of skin and accessory tissues thereof. Ganoderma has effects of resisting oxidation, scavenging free radicals, and delaying aging. Alopecia and white hair are all manifestations of aging, so the effects of ganoderma lucidum on promoting hair growth, alleviating alopecia caused by aging and blackening white hair are probably related to the effects of ganoderma lucidum on resisting oxidation and scavenging free radicals.
