Tyrosinase activity inhibition experiments were performed.
The principle is as follows: tyrosinase is a key enzyme in skin melanin biosynthesis, and acts on dopa to form dopaquinone, which spontaneously undergoes a series of reactions to finally form melanin. Tyrosinase can catalyze the conversion of dopa to dopaquinone in a phosphoric acid solution with pH 6.8, and the absorbance can be measured at 475nm of a spectrophotometer. The raw material with tyrosinase activity inhibition effect can reduce conversion of dopa into dopaquinone, so as to reduce light absorption value, and the inhibition effect of the cosmetic on tyrosinase activity is evaluated according to the change of the light absorption value. Further, the inhibitory effect of the cosmetic on skin melanin production was evaluated.
Preparation of test sample solution: 1mL of each of the essences of example 1, the blank control group and comparative examples 1 to 9 (see Table 1) was taken, diluted 1mL with a disodium hydrogenphosphate-citric acid buffer solution (pH 6.8), and mixed to prepare sample solutions.

Experimental example 3
And (5) an anti-wrinkle effect test.
Selecting 110 female volunteers with healthy skin, randomly dividing the facial wrinkles or fine lines into 11 groups of 10 persons each; the essences of example 1, blank control and comparative examples 1 to 9 were used, respectively. After 8 weeks of continuous use, the reduction degree of the wrinkle area, the number of wrinkles and the wrinkle depth of the face was evaluated by comparing the results at 0 week with the VISIA skin test apparatus, and the test results are shown in table 5.
Table 5 results of the effect test

The results in table 5 show that the essence containing a single component in the same amount has a certain anti-wrinkle effect, and can reduce the area or degree of facial wrinkles of a volunteer, but the anti-wrinkle effect is not significant, and the anti-wrinkle effect of the essence containing the composition is significantly improved, which further indicates that the composition can achieve a synergistic effect in anti-wrinkle. The anti-wrinkle effect of the functional composition provided by the invention is inferior to that of the example 1 because the myrtle leaf extract, the verbena extract and the lichen extract in the functional composition are replaced by the Tianshan eclipta extract, the magnolia alba extract and the evening primrose extract correspondingly in equal amount, which shows that the synergistic effect of the functional composition provided by the invention is better than that of other extracts, and the anti-wrinkle effect is reduced because of the replacement of other extracts.
Experimental example 4
And (5) testing the whitening effect.
1) Test method
The volunteers are 40-50 years old, half of both males and females have obvious wrinkles or fine lines on the faces, voluntarily participate in the test, sign an informed consent before the test, cannot use any cosmetics 2 days before the test, and cannot use any cosmetics except for the test sample in the test process. After washing the face with warm water, the whitening and repairing essence of example 1 was applied to one face once in the morning and at night, and the test was conducted for 5 weeks. On the other half of the face, the serum of the blank control group (serum prepared by replacing the efficacy composition with an equivalent amount of glycerin only) was used.
2) Evaluation criteria
The test subjects evaluated their own skin changes.
3) Evaluation results
Through statistics, 90% of the testers evaluate that the facial skin of the testers is greatly improved, and particularly, the facial gloss of the testers is improved, the skin wrinkles are improved, the skin becomes smooth, and the whitening effect is obvious after the whitening and repairing essence is used.
