The moisturizing emulsions provided in application examples 1 to 8 and the moisturizing emulsions provided in application comparative examples 1 to 7 were subjected to in vitro weighing method moisturizing performance measurement by the following method: weighing 0.2g of sample to be measured, respectively and uniformly coating the sample to be measured on a 5cm multiplied by 5cm glass plate stuck with the microporous ventilating adhesive tape, putting the glass plate into a dryer with constant temperature and constant humidity, respectively weighing the mass of the glass plate after being placed for 4 hours, and calculating the moisture retention rate. The moisture retention rate calculation formula is as follows:

The test data in table 5 show that the moisturizing rate of the moisturizing emulsion prepared by adding the composition with moisturizing effect for 4 hours is above 90%, which indicates that the composition with moisturizing effect contains three components, namely polyglycerol, lactobionic acid and nicotinamide, which are matched with each other, has a synergistic effect, and can permanently improve the water locking and moisturizing effects of the skin, so that the excessive keratinization effect of the skin is avoided, the moisturizing degree of the skin is improved, and the skin can be kept moist after the composition is used.
Test example 3
Moisture retention efficacy test and verification
(1) The test scheme is as follows: evaluating the moisturizing function of each group of moisturizing emulsion products by detecting the water content of the skin on the inner side of the arm; the test instrument includes: skin moisture tester (MPA4), cosmetic cotton, 2mL syringe; the test samples included: examples 1 to 8 and application comparative examples 1 to 7;
(2) volunteer recruitment: the recruiter 12 people, age 18-50 years; the skin of the arm is healthy and has no damage, no allergy history and no disease history;
(3) data statistics and analysis: detecting the water content of the skin on the inner side of the arm before, after 1h, after 3h, after 8h and after 24h respectively;

As can be seen from the test data in table 6, the moisture content of the skin of the moisturizing lotion prepared by adding the composition with moisturizing effect of the present invention increases to more than 90% after 1 hour, increases to more than 92% after 3 hours, slightly decreases but maintains more than 90% after 8 hours, and maintains more than 90% after 24 hours. The composition with the moisturizing effect shows that the three components of the polyglycerol, the lactobionic acid and the nicotinamide are matched with each other, so that the composition has a synergistic effect, and both the instant moisturizing effect and the long-acting moisturizing effect are very obvious, so that the water locking and moisturizing effects of skin can be improved for a long time, the long-term water-retaining property of the stratum corneum is achieved, the molting phenomenon is improved, and the barrier function is enhanced.
The applicant states that the composition with moisturizing effect and the application thereof are illustrated by the above examples, but the invention is not limited to the above examples, that is, the invention does not mean that the invention is implemented only by relying on the above examples. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that any modification of the present invention, equivalent substitutions of the raw materials of the product of the present invention, addition of auxiliary components, selection of specific modes, etc., are within the scope and disclosure of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A composition with moisturizing effect is characterized by comprising polyglycerol, lactobionic acid and nicotinamide.
2. The composition with moisturizing effect as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the polyglycerol, the lactobionic acid and the nicotinamide is (2-4): (1-2), preferably 3:3: 1.
3. Composition with moisturizing efficacy according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the polyglycerol comprises any one or a combination of at least two of polyglycerol-2, polyglycerol-4, polyglycerol-6, polyglycerol-8 or polyglycerol-10, preferably polyglycerol-6.
4. Use of the composition having moisturizing effect according to any one of claims 1 to 3 for preparing cosmetics.
5. The use according to claim 4, wherein the moisturizing composition is added in an amount of 5-20% by mass of the cosmetic.
6. The moisturizing emulsion is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 5-20% of the moisturizing composition according to any one of claims 1-3, 0.5-2% of an emulsifier, 1-5% of oil and fat, 0.05-0.5% of a thickener, and the balance of water.
7. The moisturizing emulsion of claim 6, wherein the emulsifier is polyglyceryl-3 methyl glucose distearate;
preferably, the grease is mineral oil;
preferably, the thickener is a carbomer;
preferably, the moisturizing emulsion further comprises 0.1-0.3% of a pH regulator;
preferably, the pH adjusting agent is triethanolamine;
preferably, the moisturizing emulsion further comprises 0.1-1% of a preservative;
preferably, the preservative comprises any one or a combination of at least two of methylparaben, ethylparaben or phenoxyethanol;
preferably, the moisturizing emulsion further comprises 0.01-0.05% of a solubilizer;
preferably, the solubilizer is PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil;
preferably, the moisturizing emulsion further comprises 0.01-0.05% of a fragrance;
preferably, the fragrance is a perfume.
8. The method for preparing a moisturizing emulsion according to claim 6 or 7, comprising the steps of:
(1) mixing and stirring an emulsifier and grease to obtain an oil phase mixed solution; mixing and stirring a thickening agent and water to obtain a water-phase mixed solution;
(2) mixing the oil phase mixed solution and the water phase mixed solution obtained in the step (1), and shearing at a high speed to obtain a pre-emulsion;
(3) and (3) mixing and stirring the pre-emulsion obtained in the step (2) and the rest components to obtain the moisturizing emulsion.
9. The preparation method of the moisturizing emulsion according to claim 8, wherein the temperature for mixing and stirring the emulsifier and the oil in the step (1) is 60-90 ℃, and the time for mixing and stirring is 10-30 min;
preferably, the temperature for mixing and stirring the composition with moisturizing effect, the thickening agent and the water in the step (1) is 70-90 ℃, and the time for mixing and stirring is 10-30 min;
preferably, the rotation speed of the high-speed shearing in the step (2) is 10000-;
preferably, the temperature of the mixing and stirring in the step (3) is below 45 ℃, and the time of the mixing and stirring is 10-20 min.
10. The method for preparing a moisturizing emulsion according to claim 8 or 9, comprising the steps of:
(1) mixing emulsifier and oil at 60-90 deg.C, stirring for 10-30min to obtain oil phase mixed solution;
mixing thickener and water at 70-90 deg.C, stirring for 10-30min to obtain water phase mixed solution;
(2) mixing the oil phase mixed solution and the water phase mixed solution obtained in the step (1), and shearing at a high speed of 10000-;
(3) mixing and stirring the pre-emulsion obtained in the step (2), the composition with moisturizing effect, a pH regulator, a preservative, a solubilizer and an aromatic at the temperature of below 45 ℃ for 10-20min to obtain the moisturizing emulsion.
