Abstract
The invention provides a cosmetic composition for moisturizing skin and a preparation method thereof, wherein the cosmetic composition comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.01-1% of tamarind seed polysaccharide, 0.1-5% of hydrogenated lecithin, 1-10% of vaccinium myrtillus seed oil, 1-10% of Papaveris japonica seed oil and 1-10% of Potentilla chinensis seed oil. According to the invention, the amphiphilic structure of hydrogenated lecithin is utilized to combine water-soluble acid soybean seed polysaccharide with three oil-soluble plant-derived oils (European cowberry seed oil, Paeonia japonica seed oil and Paeonia japonica seed oil) to construct a cutin barrier layer of skin, so that water can easily pass through the cutin barrier layer, thereby moisturizing and nourishing the skin and immediately and remarkably improving the skin lack of water and dry state.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a cosmetic composition for moisturizing skin and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Skin dryness is a problem that people often encounter in daily life. Reasons for dry skin include: (1) the physiological requirements of the human body, the water in the human body is consumed; (2) the air humidity is low, and the moisture of the skin is lost due to the dryness of the surrounding environment; (3) the stratum corneum of the skin loses function, the water loss is serious, the water channel between the epidermis layer and the dermis layer is not smooth, and the supplement is slow.
The moisture content of the human skin stratum corneum is about 15-30%, and if the stratum corneum becomes thin, the barrier function is reduced; if the water passage is not open, the moisture in the dermis cannot be transferred to the stratum corneum in time. If the barrier function of the stratum corneum is abnormal, the problems of dry skin, itching, easy allergy, easy skin aging, easy wrinkle and the like can be caused.
The existing moisturizing method is mainly used for exogenously supplementing skin moisture, and although the existing moisturizing method has a certain moisturizing effect, the existing moisturizing method cannot effectively improve the dry skin condition.
Patent document CN 104940047B discloses a cosmetic composition for moisturizing and a preparation method thereof, wherein macromolecular sodium hyaluronate forms a protective film to play a barrier role. In the moisturizing cosmetic composition of the patent, two components of alphos water and erythritol are used, and after reaching a target area, the alphos water and erythritol are continuously replenished with water; aquaporins in the skin exert a transport effect and improve the efficacy of moisturizing. However, this method of replenishing water has a disadvantage that it is not effective for filling up the water gap because it is simple to form a moisturizing film on the skin surface layer using a water-soluble polysaccharide.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a cosmetic composition for moisturizing skin.
The cosmetic composition for moisturizing the skin comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
0.01-1% of tamarind seed polysaccharide, 0.1-5% of hydrogenated lecithin, 1-10% of vaccinium myrtillus seed oil, 1-10% of Papaveris japonica seed oil and 1-10% of Potentilla chinensis seed oil.
Preferably, the cosmetic composition comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.1% of tamarind seed polysaccharide, 5% of hydrogenated lecithin, 5% of vaccinium myrtillus seed oil, 8% of Paeonia japonica seed oil and 8% of Pachyrhizus chinensis seed oil.
The cosmetic composition for moisturizing the skin comprises the following main components:
tamarind seed polysaccharide, a side chain polysaccharide consisting primarily of cellulose type (β - (1 → 4) -D glucose), contains xylose and galactose substitutions other saccharides may be present at low concentrations (e.g., arabinan), its high molecular weight provides unique skin feel in adhesive gel formulations.
The European cowberry seed oil contains omega-3 fatty ester (α -linolenic acid) and omega-6 fatty acid (linoleic acid) which are essential fatty acids in human body, and can improve the repair effect of skin barrier and reduce the loss of transdermal water.
Monkey breads seed oil: can moisten skin and improve skin barrier function.
White Potentilla seed oil: squeezing by completely cold squeezing process to retain active components. The molecule of the meadowfoam seed oil has a medium-length straight chain structure, and has a stable structure and a good skin moistening effect.
The inventor of the present invention has studied and invented that the keratin barrier is of a lipid structure, and water-soluble substances are difficult to permeate through the keratin barrier. In many cases, the water deficiency of the skin is caused by the deficiency of the barrier function of the stratum corneum, the water loss of the surface layer of the skin is too large, the skin is dry and lacks water, water-soluble substances can be supplemented only temporarily, and the repair effect of the barrier function cannot be improved. The cosmetic composition of the invention utilizes the amphiphilic structure of hydrogenated lecithin to combine water-soluble acid soybean seed polysaccharide with three oil-soluble plant-derived fats (European cowberry seed oil, Paeonia japonica seed oil and Pachyrhizus chinensis seed oil) to construct a cutin barrier layer of skin, so that water can easily pass through the cutin barrier layer, thereby moisturizing and nourishing the skin and immediately and remarkably improving the state of skin lack of water and dryness.
For convenience of use, the cosmetic composition of the present invention may be formulated into an emulsion, such as a serum emulsion, a milky lotion, a cream, etc. In the case of an emulsion, it is necessary to add a substance capable of improving the stability of the emulsion. Preferably, the emulsion further comprises one or more of a humectant, a thickener, a chelating agent, an antioxidant, a fragrance to improve the use experience of the cosmetic composition of the present invention. Preferably, the cosmetic composition comprises 1-10% of humectant, 0.05-0.15% of thickening agent, 0.04-0.05% of chelating agent, 0.1-1% of antioxidant and 0.03-0.10% of essence by mass percentage.
In one embodiment of the cosmetic composition of the present invention, the humectant is one or more selected from glycerin, propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, methyl propylene glycol, 1, 3-propanediol, butylene glycol, and PEG-400.
In one embodiment of the cosmetic composition of the present invention, the thickener is selected from one or two of carbomer U21, acryloyldimethyltaurate/vinylpyrrolidone copolymer (acryloyldimethyltaurate/VP copolymer).
In one embodiment of the cosmetic composition of the present invention, the chelating agent is EDTA; the antioxidant is vitamin E.
The present invention also provides a method for preparing a cosmetic composition, the method comprising the steps of:
(1) adding hydrogenated lecithin, European cowberry seed oil, Paeonia japonica seed oil and optional antioxidant into an oil phase pot, uniformly mixing, and heating to 65-75 ℃ to obtain an oil phase;
(2) adding water and acid soybean seed polysaccharide into a water phase pot, optionally adding one or more of a humectant, a thickener and a chelating agent, uniformly mixing, and heating to 75-85 ℃ to obtain a water phase;
(3) adding the oil phase obtained in the step (1) into the water phase obtained in the step (2), stirring and homogenizing, then cooling to below 40 ℃, optionally adding one or two of a preservative and an essence, stirring uniformly, discharging after the inspection is qualified, and packaging.
The invention utilizes plant polysaccharide to form a network moisturizing membrane, directly supplements the moisture of the horny layer and timely moisturizes the skin. The vaccinium myrtillus seed oil in the cosmetic composition contains rich unsaturated acid and has the function of repairing the barrier function of skin. The Papaveris seed oil and the Pachyrhizus oil are matched to achieve the effect of moistening the skin and construct the moisture keeping with balanced oil and water. The experimental result shows that the moisturizing cosmetic composition for moisturizing the skin has better moisturizing effect and healthier skin.

(2) adding water, tamarind seed polysaccharide, humectant glycerol and chelating agent EDTA into a water phase pot, mixing uniformly, and heating to 80 deg.C;
(3) and (3) adding the oil phase obtained in the step (1) into the water phase obtained in the step (2), stirring and homogenizing, then cooling to below 40 ℃, adding a preservative hexanediol, stirring uniformly, discharging after sampling and detecting to be qualified, and subpackaging into 200ml of essence milk per unit.
Example 2
The cosmetic composition of this example includes the following ingredients in mass percent, as shown in table 2.

(3) and (3) adding the oil phase obtained in the step (1) into the water phase obtained in the step (2), stirring and homogenizing, then cooling to 35 ℃, adding the preservative p-hydroxyacetophenone and the essence, stirring uniformly, discharging after the inspection is qualified, and subpackaging into 200ml of essence milk per unit.
Example 3
The cosmetic composition of this example includes the following ingredients in mass percent, as shown in table 3 below.

(2) adding water, lima bean seed polysaccharide, humectant propylene glycol, thickener carbomer U21 and chelating agent EDTA into a water phase pot, uniformly mixing, and heating to 85 deg.C to obtain water phase;
(3) and (3) adding the oil phase obtained in the step (1) into the water phase obtained in the step (2), stirring and homogenizing, then cooling to 30 ℃, adding the preservative p-hydroxyacetophenone and the essence, stirring uniformly, discharging after the inspection is qualified, and subpackaging into 100ml of moisturizing cream per bottle.

Firstly, hand moisturizing effect test:
the sample size of this test was 900 persons, and the cosmetic compositions of examples 1 to 3 of the present invention and comparative examples 1 to 3 were used, respectively. The test site is in cities such as Beijing, Xian, Tianjin and the like, and the time is 9-11 months in 2018; applied to the left and right hands 3 times daily for 1 month. in addition to moisturizing effects, safety is also a primary consideration of cosmetics. Accordingly, the applicant conducted a safety test on the cosmetic composition of the present invention.
250 volunteers were summoned and tested on the inside of the left and right arm, applying 0.5g of the product of the invention on the inside of the left arm each time, 2 times per day, and recording the skin reactions after 24 hours, 36 hours, 72 hours.
The results show that: after the cosmetic provided by the invention is applied for 24 hours, 36 hours and 72 hours, no skin redness or allergy phenomena such as erythema and the like appear, and the moisturizing cosmetic composition provided by the invention is safe.
Thirdly, testing the face moisturizing effect:
the sample size of this test was 600 persons, and the cosmetic compositions of examples 1 to 3 of the present invention and comparative examples 1 to 3 were used, respectively. The test site is in cities such as Beijing, Xian, Tianjin and the like, and the time is 9-11 months in 2018; applied to face 2 times each day (1 time each in the morning and noon) for 1 month. The moisturizing effect of the facial skin was evaluated after the end of the use.
The test methods are shown in table 2 below.

As is clear from tables 1 and 2, the cosmetic of the present invention has excellent moisturizing ability and can effectively supplement moisture required for the skin. Meanwhile, it can be seen from the data of comparative examples 1 to 3 that the moisturizing effect of the cosmetic composition without tamarind seed polysaccharide and/or hydrogenated lecithin is not significant, and even the moisturizing effect of the skin is not felt by the experimenter. In comparative example 2 and comparative example 3, although the amount of humectant glycerin was increased, the improvement of the quick moisturizing effect was not significant. The main reason is that the invention utilizes the amphiphilic structure of the hydrogenated lecithin to combine the water-soluble acid soybean seed polysaccharide with three oil-soluble plant-derived oils (European cowberry seed oil, Paeonia japonica seed oil and meadowfoam seed oil) to construct a cutin barrier layer of the skin, so that water can easily pass through the cutin barrier layer, thereby moisturizing and nourishing the skin and immediately and remarkably improving the dry state of the skin due to lack of water. If the synergy of both tamarind seed polysaccharide and hydrogenated lecithin is absent, it is difficult to obtain the intended moisturizing effect. Experiments prove that the moisturizing cream has good moisturizing effect and can quickly supplement the water missing from the skin.
Claims (8)
1. The cosmetic composition for moisturizing the skin is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass:
0.01-1% of tamarind seed polysaccharide, 0.1-5% of hydrogenated lecithin, 1-10% of vaccinium myrtillus seed oil, 1-10% of Papaveris japonica seed oil and 1-10% of Pachyrhizus chinensis seed oil.
2. The cosmetic composition according to claim 1, comprising the following ingredients in mass percent:
0.1% of tamarind seed polysaccharide, 5% of hydrogenated lecithin, 5% of vaccinium myrtillus seed oil, 8% of Paeonia japonica seed oil and 8% of Pachyrhizus chinensis seed oil.
3. The cosmetic composition of claim 1, wherein the cosmetic composition is an emulsion.
4. The cosmetic composition of claim 3, wherein the emulsion is a serum, lotion or cream.
5. The cosmetic composition of claim 3 or 4, wherein the emulsion further comprises one or more of a humectant, a thickener, a chelating agent, a preservative, an antioxidant, a fragrance.

The cosmetic composition according to claim 5, wherein the humectant, the thickener, the antioxidant and the essence are contained in amounts of, based on the total mass of the cosmetic composition: 1-10% of humectant, 0.05-0.15% of thickener, 0.04-0.05% of chelating agent, 0.4-0.5% of preservative, 0.1-1% of antioxidant and 0.03-0.10% of essence.

The cosmetic composition as claimed in claim 5, wherein the humectant is one or more selected from glycerin, propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, methyl propylene glycol, 1, 3-propanediol, butylene glycol, PEG-400; the thickening agent is selected from one or two of carbomer U21 and acryloyl dimethyl ammonium taurate/vinyl pyrrolidone copolymer; the chelating agent is EDTA; the preservative is selected from one or two of p-hydroxyacetophenone and hexanediol; the antioxidant is vitamin E.
8. A method of preparing a cosmetic composition, the method comprising the steps of:
(1) adding hydrogenated lecithin, European cowberry seed oil, Paeonia suffruticosa seed oil, Paeonia japonica seed oil and an optional antioxidant into an oil phase pot, uniformly mixing, and heating to 65-75 ℃ to obtain an oil phase;
(2) adding water and acid soybean seed polysaccharide into a water phase pot, optionally adding one or more of a humectant, a thickener and a chelating agent, uniformly mixing, and heating to 75-85 ℃ to obtain a water phase;
(3) adding the oil phase obtained in the step (1) into the water phase obtained in the step (2), stirring and homogenizing, then reducing the temperature to below 40 ℃, optionally adding one or two of a preservative and an essence, stirring uniformly, discharging after the inspection is qualified, and packaging.
