Comparative examples 2, 3 and 4, which lack ergothioneine, artichoke leaf extract and palmitoyl tripeptide-5, and tetrahydro-methylpyrimidine carboxylic acid, respectively, show that they have a better moisturizing effect, although slightly inferior to that of example 1.

As can be seen from the graph, the product prepared by the preparation method provided in example 1 of the present application has a water loss rate through the epidermis of 33% after 4 hours of use and 27% after 8 hours of use. It can be seen that the products provided by the examples of the present application have the function of enhancing the skin barrier.

In comparative example 5, in which the composite nanoemulsion (sunflower seed oil glycerides, caprylyl glycine, potassium lauroyl wheat amino acid, water) was absent, it can be seen from the data that the skin barrier function improvement effect was slightly inferior compared to examples 1 and 2, in the data of 4 hours after use (the water loss rate through the epidermis was reduced by 23%) and 8 hours after use (the water loss rate through the epidermis was reduced by 13%).
Comparative examples 2, 3, 4, lacking ergothioneine, artichoke leaf extract and palmitoyl tripeptide-5, tetrahydromethylpyrimidine carboxylic acid, respectively, still had some skin barrier improvement effect, and the final use effect was slightly inferior to example 1/2.

Comparative example 3, lacking Cynara scolymus leaf extract and palmitoyl tripeptide-5, compared to example 1, shows no significant wrinkle improvement (7% reduction in wrinkle area after 2W application; 10% reduction in wrinkle area after 4W application)
In summary, the nano anti-wrinkle essence cream provided by the embodiment of the application can improve skin conditions and wrinkles from multiple dimensions of moisturizing, enhancing skin barrier, resisting oxidation, reducing photodamage, increasing collagen synthesis and the like.

7. The nano anti-wrinkle essence cream according to claim 6, wherein: the anti-wrinkle essence milk further comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.5 to 2 percent of preservative.
8. The nano anti-wrinkle essence cream according to claim 7, wherein: the preservative is a mixture of phenoxyethanol, 1, 2 hexanediol and caprylyl hydroximic acid.
9. The preparation method of the nano anti-wrinkle essence cream according to any one of claims 1 to 8, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1: weighing glycerol, methyl propylene glycol and a preservative according to the weight percentage, and adding part of water to mix and stir to form a first water phase;
s2: then adding an emulsifier into the first water phase prepared in S1, mixing and stirring for 10-15min to form a mixed water phase;
s3: placing the mixed water phase at 80-90 deg.C, and adding oil emollient into the mixed water phase to mix well;
