S2, mixing the ceramide compound, the emulsification solubilizer and 30 percent of 1, 2-pentanediol at the temperature of 80 ℃ to obtain a mixture A.
S3, mixing the thickening agent, the water and the residual 70 percent of 1, 2-pentanediol at the temperature of 90 ℃ to obtain a mixture B.

s1, weighing 891g of water, 50g of glycerol, 30g of propylene glycol, 0.5g of sodium hyaluronate, 1.5g of xanthan gum, 1g of carbomer, 0.5g of EDTA disodium, 1.5g of allantoin, 1.5g of chlorphenesin and 1.5g of methylparaben, adding the materials into a reaction pot, heating and stirring the materials to 80 ℃, stirring the materials until the materials are completely dissolved, and cooling the materials to 45 ℃.
S2, weighing 1g of arginine and 10g of water, mixing until the arginine and the water are completely dissolved to obtain a phase B, adding the phase B into the reaction kettle for neutralization, and stirring uniformly.

s1, weighing 701g of water, 50g of glycerol, 30g of propylene glycol, 0.5g of sodium hyaluronate, 1.5g of xanthan gum, 1g of carbomer, 0.5g of EDTA disodium, 1.5g of allantoin, 1.5g of chlorphenesin and 1.5g of methylparaben, adding the materials into a reaction pot, heating and stirring the materials to 85 ℃, stirring the materials until the materials are completely dissolved, and cooling the materials to 45 ℃.
S2, weighing 1g of arginine and 10g of water, mixing until the arginine and the water are completely dissolved to obtain a phase B, adding the phase B into the reaction kettle for neutralization, and stirring uniformly.
S3, weighing 200g of the cosmetic composition provided in the embodiment 1, putting the cosmetic composition into the reaction pot, and uniformly stirring to obtain the transparent cosmetic essence.
Example 11
This example provides a cosmetic essence, which is formed by mixing a base and the cosmetic composition provided in example 1, and the preparation method thereof specifically includes the following steps:
s1, weighing 851g of water, 50g of glycerol, 30g of propylene glycol, 0.5g of sodium hyaluronate, 1.5g of xanthan gum, 1g of carbomer, 0.5g of EDTA disodium, 1.5g of allantoin, 1.5g of chlorphenesin and 1.5g of methylparaben, adding the materials into a reaction pot, heating and stirring the materials to 82 ℃, stirring the materials until the materials are completely dissolved, and cooling the materials to 45 ℃.
S2, weighing 1g of arginine and 10g of water, mixing until the arginine and the water are completely dissolved to obtain a phase B, adding the phase B into the reaction kettle for neutralization, and stirring uniformly.
S3, weighing 50g of the cosmetic composition provided in the embodiment 1, putting the cosmetic composition into the reaction pot, and uniformly stirring to obtain the transparent cosmetic essence.
Experimental example 1
This experimental example is a test for safety of the cosmetic composition provided in the examples of the present invention. Specifically, the test was performed on the subjects using the cosmetic compositions of example 1 and example 2. The potential possibility of the cosmetic composition on causing the adverse reaction of the human skin is detected through a human skin closed patch test. 30 qualified volunteers are screened, a laboratory is visited at a set time, 6 grooves are arranged on a spot tester, the cosmetic compositions in the embodiment 1 and the embodiment 2 are respectively placed in 2 grooves, no sample is placed in the rest two grooves, the corresponding relation record of the test samples corresponding to the groove numbers is made, the applying amount of the cosmetic composition is 0.02mL, the cosmetic composition is uniformly pasted on the inner side of the forearm of the volunteer, and the duration is 24 hours. After 30min (after the indentation disappears), 24h and 48h after the sample patch device is removed, observing the skin reaction according to the standard of the table 2, and recording the observation result (the testing method and the evaluation grade are from the human skin patch test of the technical specification 2015 edition of cosmetics safety), wherein the skin reaction grading standard of the skin closed patch test is shown in the table 1.

The results of the human skin patch test of the cosmetic compositions of examples 1 and 2 are shown in table 2.

As can be seen from table 2 above, the human skin closed patch test results of the cosmetic compositions provided in examples 1 and 2 showed that 0 of 30 volunteers had adverse reactions and the skin irritation score was 0; which illustrates that the cosmetic compositions provided by the embodiments of the present invention have minimal irritation to the skin.
Experimental example 2
This experimental example is a test of the efficacy of the cosmetic composition provided in the examples of the present invention, and the test procedure is as follows:
1. 30 qualified volunteers were screened, 15 volunteers used only the cosmetic composition provided in example 1, and 15 volunteers used the blank prepared from the stabilizing solution of example 1 (the stabilizing solution was prepared by mixing 7.5g of emulsification solubilizer, 300g of polyol, 2g of thickener and 690.5g of water, wherein the polyol is a mixture of 250g of butanediol and 50g of 1, 2-pentanediol; the thickener is xanthan gum; and the emulsification solubilizer is ceteareth-25), and the face was used as the test site.
2. And (3) testing period: the test period is 28 days, and before the sample is tried, the indexes are tested by using an instrument on the 7 th day, the 14 th day and the 28 th day after the use. In order to test the accuracy and the use timeliness, the test time is uniformly carried out between 8 o 'clock and 10 o' clock in the morning, any product cannot be used after the test is finished on the day, and a trial sample is used after the test is finished.
3. Sample use: other products cannot be used during testing. The volunteers used the samples for 28 consecutive days, and the composition was applied to the face in the morning (the day of the instrumental test was changed to the day of instrumental test, and then immediately after washing the face before sleeping, at an amount of 2 g/time.
4. The testing process comprises the following steps: data acquisition before use: before testing, sit in a constant temperature and humidity room with the temperature of 25 +/-1 ℃ and the humidity of 55 +/-5% RH for 20 min. Use of

The Combo (skin physiological index analyzer) moisture test probe, skin elasticity test probe, chromaticity test probe and facial image analyzer collect data before use at the test site, and take the average value as the data before use.
5. Data collection on days 7, 14 and 28 after use is the same as data collection before use.
The test instruments and models used in the above test are shown in table 3.

The results of the test on the influence of the samples provided in example 1 and the blank example on skin moisture are shown in fig. 1, the results of the test on the influence of both on the degree of skin elasticity are shown in fig. 2, the results of the test on the influence of the transdermal moisture loss rate are shown in fig. 3, and the results of the test on the face contour lifting effect are shown in table 4. The method for testing the face contour lifting effect comprises the following steps: as shown in fig. 4, the line of eyes of the human face is taken as the horizontal axis, the T area is taken as the vertical axis, the position of the characteristic 3 point (see A, B, C in fig. 4) on one side of the face contour is taken, the vertical distance from the horizontal axis to the position of the characteristic point is measured, and the face lifting effect is evaluated.

Furthermore, according to VISIA-CR images taken, 90% of volunteers subjectively considered a uniform, healthy and active skin color after using the cosmetic composition provided in example 1; only 5% of the volunteers subjectively believe that the samples provided in the blank were uniform in skin color, healthy and active.
From the above test results, it is apparent that the cosmetic composition provided in example 1 of the present invention has significantly increased skin moisture content, significantly increased skin elasticity, decreased TEWL (recovery of skin barrier function), significantly improved facial contour, and more line beauty after 28 days of use.
In addition, the cosmetic essence provided by the embodiment of the invention can be used for a face-patch type mask, is mild and non-irritant to skin, has no toxic or side effect, is applied for 1 time for 20 minutes, is completely absorbed by massage after the mask patch is taken off, can obviously improve the moisture content, is smoother and glossy for skin, is used for a long time, and has better effect after the contour lines are drawn.

Claims (10)

1. The cosmetic composition is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by mass: 1-30% of bacillus fermentation product, 1-30% of ergothioneine/agaricus extract, 1-10% of ceramide compound, 1-20% of saccharide isomer and 10-96% of stabilizing solution, wherein the sum of the mass fractions of the components is 100%.
2. The cosmetic composition of claim 1, wherein the stabilizing solution comprises an emulsification solubilizer, a polyol, a thickener, and water; the cosmetic composition comprises the following components in parts by mass: 1-30% of bacillus fermentation product, 1-30% of ergothioneine/agaricus extract, 1-10% of ceramide compound, 1-20% of saccharide isomer, 0.15-1.5% of emulsification solubilizer, 5-60% of polyalcohol, 0.05-1% of thickener and the balance of water, wherein the sum of the mass fractions of the components is 100%.
3. The cosmetic composition of claim 2, wherein the stabilizing solution comprises an emulsification solubilizer, a polyol, a thickener, and water; the cosmetic composition comprises the following components in parts by mass: 10-20% of bacillus fermentation product, 10-20% of ergothioneine/agaricus extract, 5-10% of ceramide compound, 10-20% of saccharide isomer, 0.25-1% of emulsification solubilizer, 20-40% of polyalcohol, 0.1-0.5% of thickener and the balance of water, wherein the sum of the mass fractions of the components is 100%.
4. A cosmetic composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the ceramide complex comprises ceramide 3, ceramide 1, ceramide 6II, salicyloylphytosphingosine, cholesterol, sodium lauroyl lactylate, carbomer, xanthan gum and water.
5. A cosmetic composition according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the polyhydric alcohol is one or more of butylene glycol, propylene glycol and 1, 2-pentanediol; the thickening agent is one or more of hydroxyethyl cellulose, xanthan gum and carbomer; the emulsification solubilizer is ceteareth-25.
6. A process for the preparation of a cosmetic composition according to any one of claims 2 to 5, comprising the steps of:
weighing the bacillus fermentation product, the ergothioneine/agaricus extract, the ceramide compound, the saccharide isomer, the emulsification solubilizer, the polyalcohol, the thickening agent and the water according to the mass fraction for later use;
mixing the ceramide compound, the emulsification solubilizer and part of the polyol at the temperature of 70-90 ℃ to obtain a mixture A;
mixing the thickening agent, water and the rest of the polyol at 85-95 ℃ to obtain a mixture B;
mixing the mixture A and the mixture B at 70-90 ℃, cooling to 30-50 ℃, and adding a bacillus fermentation product, an ergothioneine/agaricus extract and saccharide isomers for mixing to obtain the cosmetic composition.
7. A cosmetic composition obtained by the production method according to claim 6.
8. Use of a cosmetic composition according to any one of claims 1 to 5 and 7 for the preparation of a skin care cosmetic.
9. A cosmetic essence comprising a base and further comprising the cosmetic composition according to any one of claims 1 to 5 and 7.
10. The cosmetic essence of claim 9, wherein the mass ratio of the cosmetic composition to the base is (1-20) to (80-99).
