Description

Refreshing and moisturizing composition containing hydrogenated starch hydrolysate
Technical Field
The patent refers to the field of 'cosmetic preparations'.
Background
The skin, as the largest organ of the human body, functions such as: resisting the damage of external environment (such as ultraviolet) to human body; resistance to bacterial virus invasion; regulating body temperature, keeping the internal environment of the human body relatively stable, and the like. The integrity of the skin depends on the relative stability of its composition. Loss of moisture and oil can lead to skin chapping and aging. Moisture retention (water retention) is the most critical component of modern basic skin care. Therefore, how to more effectively retain moisture to the skin becomes a technical difficulty. Most researchers have tried to improve the moisture retention of the skin by using a polyhydric humectant, but the skin feels sticky and greasy due to the polyhydric alcohol humectant, and the feeling of the skin is very heavy, which causes discomfort. In the trend of pursuing a refreshing after-use experience, the invention innovatively discovers that the following composition can achieve a refreshing skin feeling experience and can effectively give a long-acting moistening effect to the skin at the same time.
Disclosure of Invention
One of the objects of the present invention is to provide a refreshing moisturizing composition containing hydrogenated starch hydrolysate for maintaining normal moisture content of skin; meanwhile, the skin barrier effect is enhanced and the percutaneous water loss effect of the skin is reduced by improving the osmotic pressure of the skin stratum corneum, so that the skin is moistened for a long time and has fresh and pleasant skin feeling.
The invention also aims to provide application of the refreshing and moisturizing composition containing the hydrogenated starch hydrolysate in preparation of cosmetics and/or medicines with moisturizing and hydrating effects.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a refreshing and moisturizing composition containing hydrogenated starch hydrolysate comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
0.1-20.0% of hydrogenated starch hydrolysate
0.1-45.0% of betaine;
0.01-1.5% of 1, 2-hexanediol;
0.004-1.0% of p-hydroxyacetophenone;
the balance of a cosmetic or dermatologically common external preparation matrix and/or water;
the hydrogenated starch hydrolysate comprises the following components: maltopentaol, maltotetraol, maltotriol, maltodiol, sorbitol;
the betaine is anhydrous betaine and does not contain crystal water.
The composition of the invention moisturizes and moisturizes the stratum corneum of the skin from the following two different directions and simultaneously provides fresh and comfortable moist skin feeling:
1) in the composition of the hydrogenated starch hydrolysate, because a large number of polar groups such as hydroxyl, carboxyl and the like exist in the molecular structure of the hydrogenated starch hydrolysate, hydrogen bonds can be generated with oxygen atoms of water molecules, and the large number of hydrogen bonds restrict the escape and volatilization of the water molecules from liquid, so that the water molecules are mutually restricted to play a role in water retention (moisture retention), and in addition, because the molecular weight of the hydrogenated starch hydrolysate is relatively low, the hydrogenated starch hydrolysate can be limitedly absorbed by skin and enters into the epidermal layer or even the dermis layer of the skin, so that the selective retention of water in the stratum corneum is improved, and the effect of maintaining the normal water content of the stratum corneum for a long time is provided; the skin has moist skin feeling.
2) Betaine is capable of rapidly penetrating into the skin's horny layer (since skin proteins contain a large amount of amide structures and are extremely easily bound thereto) by utilizing the small molecule property of its own amide structure, and is bound to the liquid crystal layer in the horny layer (the liquid crystal layer is a double-layer structure mainly composed of ceramide, fatty acid, and cholesterol). Can form a layer of stable liquid crystal structure through extremely strong hydrogen bonding action of an amide group with lecithin and ceramide; and the hydroxyl at the other end is combined with a large amount of water molecules to form a stable hydration film. Finally, a more stable and water-containing natural structure of 'brick + mud' is formed, and at the same time, the betaine improves the osmotic pressure of the skin stratum corneum, so that the moisture on the skin surface (epidermis) is maintained and the barrier property of the skin is kept; thereby giving the skin a fresh and comfortable feeling.
Through the interaction of the two main components, the amide structure of the betaine assists the hydroxyl carboxyl structure of the hydrogenated starch hydrolysate to quickly enter the skin cuticle for water replenishing and moisture preserving, a composite water replenishing and moisture preserving system is formed, the water replenishing and moisture preserving effect is obvious, the effect is long-lasting, in addition, the amide structure of the 1, 2-hexanediol, the p-hydroxyacetophenone and the betaine and the hydrogenated starch hydrolysate form special fresh and cool lubricating skin feeling, and meanwhile, the corrosion resistance of the system can be ensured.
The hydrogenated starch hydrolysate is prepared by performing enzymatic hydrolysis on starch, decoloring, hydrogenating, removing impurities and concentrating, and the content of the hydrogenated starch hydrolysate is 70-80%. The structure of the skin moisturizing cream belongs to polysaccharide substances containing a plurality of hydroxyl groups, and the skin moisturizing cream has strong hydrophilicity, so that the skin moisturizing cream can balance the secretion of skin grease and improve the smoothness and elasticity of skin.
The betaine is chemically synthesized, has no bound water, and can be used as a humectant and an osmotic pressure regulator. As is well known, water is an essential element of all organisms, and cells are composed of 85-95% water. In water life, water permeates according to active osmolytes, and betaine is a major osmolyte of cells. As a natural osmolyte, betaine has several benefits: 1) does not interfere with the mechanism of the cell; 2) does not disturb the electrostatic balance of the cell; 3) does not affect the structure of the cell. Betaine can protect the metabolic activity in cells and resist the influence of osmotic pressure on cells, and can be used as a carrier of water to keep the water balance of cells.
The invention relates to a refreshing and moisturizing composition containing hydrogenated starch hydrolysate, which is characterized in that the weight part ratio of the hydrogenated starch hydrolysate to the betaine is 3: 8.
1, 2-hexanediol is used as a component for adjusting skin feeling, and can improve the refreshing property and moisturizing effect of skin; at the same time, the system can be provided with anticorrosion performance.
The p-hydroxyacetophenone is also used as a component for regulating skin feel, and can improve the skin refreshing property; at the same time, the system can be provided with anticorrosion performance.
Preferably, the refreshing moisturizing composition containing hydrogenated starch hydrolysate is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass:
1.0-18.0% of hydrogenated starch hydrolysate
3.0-42.0% of betaine;
0.1-1.3% of 1, 2-hexanediol;
0.04-0.8% of p-hydroxyacetophenone;
the balance of a cosmetic or dermatologically common external preparation matrix and/or water;
the hydrogenated starch hydrolysate comprises the following components: maltopentaol, maltotetraol, maltotriol, maltodiol, sorbitol;
the betaine is anhydrous betaine and does not contain crystal water.
More preferably, the hydrogenated starch hydrolysate-containing refreshing and moisturizing composition is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass:
14.0-15.0% of hydrogenated starch hydrolysate
39.0-41.0% of betaine;
0.9-1.1% of 1, 2-hexanediol;
0.3-0.5% of p-hydroxyacetophenone;
the balance of a cosmetic or dermatologically common external preparation matrix and/or water;
the hydrogenated starch hydrolysate comprises the following components: maltopentaol, maltotetraol, maltotriol, maltodiol, sorbitol;
the betaine is anhydrous betaine and does not contain crystal water.
In addition, according to specific efficacy requirements, other corresponding active ingredients can be added into the cosmetics containing the refreshing and moisturizing composition containing the hydrogenated starch hydrolysate to achieve the target effect.
The invention also discloses application of the refreshing and moisturizing composition containing the hydrogenated starch hydrolysate in preparation of cosmetics and/or medicines with moisturizing and hydrating effects.
The refreshing moisturizing composition containing the hydrogenated starch hydrolysate can be directly applied to the skin surface, and can be further used for producing cosmetics to be applied to the skin surface.
The dosage form of the cosmetics and/or the medicines is cream, emulsion, gel or aqua, and can be specifically prepared into products such as emulsion, milky lotion, cream or facial mask and the like.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
