Experimental example
Test example I, safety test of repairing eye cream
Group of subjects: 180 volunteers with damaged skin barrier are selected, the ages are uneven between 18 and 45 years, and the volunteers are mainly skin sensitive volunteers with the skin being easy to redness, red blood streak, dermatitis, acnes and the like; the selection principle is that volunteers suffering from serious skin problems such as severe acne, hormonal face and the like for a long time are not selected, and the volunteers are divided into 9 groups, 20 people in each group are respectively tested in 1-3 groups, wherein the test 1-3 groups respectively use moisturizing, tightening and soothing creams prepared by the formulas of examples 1-3, and the test 6-9 groups respectively use moisturizing, tightening and soothing creams prepared by the formulas of comparative examples 1-6.
The using method comprises the following steps: according to the required principle, skin barrier-impaired volunteers in the test 1-3 groups and the test 6-9 groups respectively use samples twice a day in the morning and evening, and are respectively smeared on the face for use after washing the face for 3 months, other skin care products cannot be used in the period, and the volunteers themselves compare and evaluate the skin after three months, so that the results are shown in table 1.
The evaluation criteria were according to the following principle:
invalidation: compared with the three months before, the skin barrier is not sound, and the problems of sensitive redness, dryness, desquamation and the like are solved;

good: the effect is affirmed, the use feeling is good, compared with the phenomena of redness, acnes and the like, the moisturizing effect is excellent.

As can be seen from the results of Table 1, the effect evaluation in examples 1-3 is significantly better than that in comparative examples 1-6, the most effective individuals in examples 1-3 are, but the effect is poor in comparative examples 1-6, and the skin is continuously sensitive to skin and the moisture is rapidly dispersed through skin and is in an ineffective state after use because the comparative examples 1-3 do not contain components for repairing skin barrier functions such as the fermentation product filtrate of the Saccharomyces cerevisiae, the Lavender extract, the hydrogenated lecithin and the rice bran oil; in comparative example 4, since the components for promoting skin metabolism, such as the zanthoxylum bungeanum extract, the acacia flower extract and the cordyceps sinensis extract, are not contained, the skin health state is not good, and the acne problem is easy to occur, but the moisturizing and skin tightening effects are achieved; in comparative example 5, since the extract of Dongangelica root is not contained, the effect of solidifying capillary vessels cannot be achieved by promoting the proliferation of vascular endothelial cells, so that the generation of red blood streaks is reduced, and therefore, the facial redness symptoms caused by sensitive skin cannot be eliminated, but the effects of moisturizing and tightening skin are achieved; in comparative example 6, the cynara scolymus leaf extract is not contained, so that skin inflammation cannot be inhibited, the immunity of the skin to external stimulus is enhanced, the problem of allergy caused by sensitive skin cannot be improved as soon as possible, and when the skin allergy is described, the anti-inflammation is important to improve the problem of skin sensitivity.
Test example two, percutaneous moisture loss test
Group of subjects: 180 volunteers with damaged skin barrier are selected, the age is 18-45 years, the volunteers are uneven, the volunteers are not sex-separated, and the volunteers are mainly skin sensitive volunteers with the characteristics of easy redness, red blood streak, itching, peeling, water-oil imbalance and the like; the selection principle is that volunteers suffering from serious skin problems such as severe acne, hormonal face and the like for a long time are not selected, and the volunteers are divided into 9 groups, 20 people in each group are respectively tested in 1-3 groups, wherein the test 1-3 groups respectively use moisturizing, tightening and soothing creams prepared by the formulas of examples 1-3, and the test 6-9 groups respectively use moisturizing, tightening and soothing creams prepared by the formulas of comparative examples 1-6.
The using method comprises the following steps: after skin barrier impaired volunteers of test 1 to 3 and test 6 to 9 were cleansing the face daily in the morning and evening, the resulting creams were prepared in each example and comparative example on the face, and the percutaneous water loss value of the cheek portion was measured with TewameterTM300 after 1 week and 2 weeks of continuous use, before use, i.e., on day 0, in a state where the skin was dry and sweat-free, and in a state where the ambient temperature was 21 ℃ and the ambient humidity was 50%. The skin barrier function integrity is well reflected by the loss of skin moisture, an increase in the loss of skin moisture indicating an increase in skin moisture loss, and a decrease in the loss of skin moisture indicating a repair of the skin barrier, results are shown in Table 2 below.

As can be seen from the results of Table 2, the moisturizing, tightening and soothing creams prepared in examples 1 to 3 showed that the moisturizing, tightening and soothing creams prepared in examples 1 to 3 did not significantly reduce the loss of percutaneous water, and it was confirmed that the moisturizing, tightening and soothing creams of the present invention were able to repair damaged skin barriers, and were able to exert moisturizing effects, and the moisturizing, tightening and soothing creams prepared in examples 4 to 5 were able to exert a certain moisturizing effect due to lack of skin barriers, and were able to exert a certain moisturizing effect due to the lack of sensitive skin, and were able to exert immunity against external stimuli due to lack of cynara scolymus leaf extract in comparative example 6, resulting in poor skin barrier function, and poor moisturizing effect.
