9. The preparation method according to claim 8, wherein in the step (1), the electric conductivity of the ultrapure water is less than 0.5 μ s/cm, the heating temperature is 80-85 ℃, the heat preservation and sterilization time is 30min, and the low-speed stirring speed is 20-30 rpm.
10. The preparation method according to claim 8, wherein in the step (2), the temperature is reduced to 40-50 ℃; in the step (3), the low-speed stirring speed is 20-30 rpm, and the mesh number of the filter cloth for filtering is 500 meshes.
