Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of daily cosmetics, and provides a moisturizing, repairing and anti-aging composition containing ceramide, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 10 to 15 percent of glycerin, 5 to 10 percent of butanediol, 2 to 5 percent of phospholipid, 1 to 1.3 percent of ceramide NP, 0.2 to 0.5 percent of cholesterol, 2 to 5 percent of emulsifier and the balance of water to 100 percent. The invention utilizes the phospholipid liposome coating technology, takes phospholipid as a carrier to coat ceramide NP which is difficult to dissolve in oil ester and water in the liposome, and prepares the phospholipid ceramide liposome into the liposome transparent microemulsion with the nano-scale particle size, so that the coated ceramide can be directly applied to aqueous products and is stable and not separated out, and the moisturizing, repairing and anti-aging composition containing ceramide has the advantages of good stability and convenient use, and can be well applied to cosmetics.

Most of the currently marketed ceramide cosmetic formulations are common creams, and the active ingredients have poor skin permeability and low retention. Meanwhile, the ceramide NP is a high-crystallinity substance, has poor dispersibility in water and most of oily esters, has extremely low solubility, is easy to crystallize and separate out in the standing process, and is not beneficial to the absorption of active substances and the stability of products. Therefore, there is a need for further studies on the absorption and stability of ceramide to be more effectively applied to the cosmetic field.

(3) Adding the heated water phase into the oil phase, quickly and uniformly stirring, and homogenizing for 3-5 min to prepare emulsion;
(4) Circulating the emulsion for 3 times by a high-pressure homogenizer under the pressure of 800-1500 bar to obtain a transparent ceramide liposome solution;
(5) Cooling, adding appropriate amount of antiseptic, and mixing to obtain the final product.
Optionally, both the oil phase in the step (1) and the water phase in the step (2) are heated to 80-85 ℃.
Optionally, the preservative in step (5) is a mixture of caprylhydroxamic acid and ethylhexyl glycerin.

(3) Adding the heated water phase into the oil phase, rapidly stirring, homogenizing for 3min to obtain emulsion;
(4) Circulating the emulsion for 3 times by a high-pressure homogenizer under the pressure of 800bar to obtain a transparent ceramide liposome solution;
(5) Cooling to 45 deg.C, adding antiseptic composed of caprylyl hydroximic acid and ethylhexyl glycerol, and mixing to obtain the final product.
The moisturizing, repairing and anti-aging composition containing ceramide in example 2 is prepared by the following steps:
(1) Proportionally mixing phospholipid, emulsifier, ceramide NP, cholesterol and antioxidant, heating to 85 deg.C, and stirring to obtain oil phase; wherein the emulsifier is PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, and the antioxidant is coenzyme Q10.
(2) Mixing water, glycerol, and butanediol at a certain proportion, heating to 85 deg.C, and making into water phase.
(3) Adding the heated water phase into the oil phase, rapidly stirring, homogenizing for 5min, and making into emulsion;
(4) Circulating the emulsion for 3 times by a high-pressure homogenizer under the pressure of 1000bar to obtain a transparent ceramide liposome solution;
(5) Cooling to 45 deg.C, adding antiseptic composed of caprylhydroxamic acid and ethylhexyl glycerol, and mixing well to obtain the final product.
The moisturizing, repairing and anti-aging composition containing ceramide in example 3 is prepared by the following steps:
(1) Proportionally mixing phospholipid, emulsifier, ceramide NP, cholesterol and antioxidant, heating to 85 deg.C, and stirring to obtain oil phase; wherein the emulsifier is a mixture of PEG-20 sorbitan cocoate and PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil in a ratio of 1.
(2) Mixing water, glycerol and butanediol at a certain proportion, heating to 85 deg.C, and making into water phase.
(3) Adding the heated water phase into the oil phase, rapidly stirring, homogenizing for 5min, and making into emulsion;

(3) Adding the heated water phase into the oil phase, rapidly stirring, homogenizing for 5min, and making into emulsion;
(4) Circulating the emulsion for 3 times by a high-pressure homogenizer under the pressure of 1200bar to obtain a transparent ceramide liposome solution;
(5) Cooling to 45 deg.C, adding capryl hydroximic acid antiseptic, and mixing to obtain the final product.
The moisturizing, repairing and anti-aging composition containing ceramide in example 5 is prepared by the following steps:
(1) Proportionally mixing phospholipid, emulsifier, ceramide NP, cholesterol and antioxidant, heating to 85 deg.C, and stirring to obtain oil phase; wherein the emulsifier is polyglycerol 10 myristate, and the antioxidant is idebene.
(2) Mixing water, glycerol, and butanediol at a certain proportion, heating to 85 deg.C, and making into water phase.
(3) Adding the heated water phase into the oil phase, rapidly stirring, homogenizing for 5min, and making into emulsion;
(4) Circulating the emulsion for 3 times by a high-pressure homogenizer under 1500bar pressure to obtain transparent ceramide liposome solution;
(5) Cooling to 45 deg.C, adding ethylhexyl glycerol as antiseptic, and mixing to obtain the final product.
Particle size measurement
The size and the distribution of the particle size are very important to the stability of the system, so that the stability of the moisturizing and repairing anti-aging composition system containing ceramide can be intuitively reflected by continuously detecting the particle size in different time periods.
