Description

Toning lotion with long-acting moisturizing effect and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to moisturizing lotion, belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to moisturizing lotion with a long-acting moisturizing effect and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Whether the skin is tender, plump and healthy or not is the key point of the fullness of the skin moisture. The use of the lotion with moisturizing effect is an important way for consumers to prevent dry skin and keep the skin tender.
Currently, moisturizing lotions on the market are various in types and different in moisturizing effect, and most of common moisturizing components are water-soluble moisturizers: polyhydric alcohols such as glycerin and butylene glycol have a small molecular weight and are easily absorbed by the skin, but the effect of maintaining moisture is general. Other high molecular moisturizers such as trehalose, dextran, sodium hyaluronate and the like have long-term moisturizing effect, but have sticky skin feel and relatively high cost. Oily moisture retention components such as vaseline and squalane are hardly soluble in water, and are often used in emulsion or cream formulations.

The properties of the important raw materials used in the invention are as follows:
echinacea purpurea (ECHINACEA PURPUREA) extract (SymFinity 1298/Symrise): the 100% natural and fresh plant source is dried, concentrated and extracted, and the contained chicoric acid can effectively improve the activity of SIRT1 (deacetylase), and exert the gene regulation and control functions of cell senescence and apoptosis, glycolipid metabolism, inflammatory oxidation emergency reaction and the like involved in the activity, so that the chicoric acid plays a role in keeping moisture in the aspects of resisting oxidation, promoting hyaluronic acid generation and the like.
Acer saccharinum (Acer SACCHARUM) extract (Maple Water/ICHIMARU): the raw juice (the tree age is more than 40 years, the tree diameter is more than 20 CM) of the trunks of the sugared maples in partial areas of Quebec Canada is rich in polysaccharide, Ca, K, Mg, Mn and malic acid, and promotes the proliferation of fibroblast cells, thereby improving the water content of cells and the percutaneous water loss of skin, improving the water content of stratum corneum, and enhancing the barrier function of the skin in the aspect of the water source of the stratum corneum which is the outermost layer of the skin.
Yeast/rice fermentation product filtrate (fermentation filtrate FC 01/angel yeast gmbh): the organic glutinous rice which is produced from Changxiang Xiangxiang-Zhongxiang of 30 degrees north latitude is selected and fermented by natural yeast, contains abundant oligosaccharide, organic acid (tartaric acid), amino acid, micromolecule peptide and the like, can quickly enter into a corium layer through a stratum corneum gap, promotes the activity of fibroblast and the hyperplasia of collagen, elastic fiber and hyaluronic acid, activates cell membrane aquaporin, and endogenously increases the water content of skin.
Ceramide 3, ceramide 6II, ceramide 1: ceramides, also known as sphingolipids, are lipids present in the skin and form a water-resistant barrier on the skin surface. When the skin is dry, desquamation and cracking phenomena, and the barrier function of the skin is obviously reduced, the skin can quickly recover the moisture retention and barrier function by supplementing ceramide. The ceramide used in the invention is derived from tonka beans, is produced by biotechnology of yeast fermentation (SK-Influx/EVONIK), is consistent with the double-layer stereochemistry structure of the ceramide naturally existing in human skin, and thus enhances the skin barrier function in the aspect of lipid source.
By means of the technical scheme, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) the long-acting moisturizing complexing agent used in the cosmetic water composition disclosed by the invention organically combines hydrophilic and lipophilic moisturizing components, can quickly improve the hydration Content (CAP) of the skin stratum corneum, remarkably reduces the water loss rate (TEWL) of the skin stratum corneum and maintains the water-oil balance of the skin. After being used for 4 to 8 hours for a single time, the moisturizing cream still has good moisturizing effect.
2) The technical scheme of the invention is used as a whole in a mutually matched way, and the final formula achieves the effects by optimizing the content of the components.

From the results of table 2, it can be seen that: in the examples 1-4 and the control group M, the hydration content of the stratum corneum of the skin is improved to different degrees after the sample is used for 0.5-1 h. In examples 2-4, the hydration level of stratum corneum of the skin reached a maximum value of 65.28, 67.34, 67.91, respectively, 1h after using the sample, which was significantly different from the maximum value 42.52 of the control group M.
In addition, the hydration content of the skin stratum corneum of the control group M is almost recovered to the initial value after the sample is used for 4-8h, and the higher hydration content of the skin stratum corneum is still kept after 4-8h test in each embodiment of the invention 2-4, which shows that each embodiment of the invention 2-4 has better and longer-acting moisturizing effect by optimizing the compounding and adding proportion of the long-acting moisturizing compound agent.
From the results in table 3 it can further be seen that: compared with the control group M, the skin percutaneous water loss rate of the samples of examples 2 to 4 of the invention is reduced more remarkably after 0.5 to 1 hour. After 4-8h, the skin transdermal water loss rate of the control group M is close to the initial level, which indicates that the control group M does not have long-acting moisturizing effect. And after 4-8h, the examples of the invention still maintain lower skin percutaneous water loss rate, which further indicates that the examples of 2-4 of the invention have longer-acting water retention performance after the long-acting moisturizing compound agent is added and the adding proportion is optimized.
While the invention has been described with reference to specific embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
