1) Seed cell collection: 2 parts by weight of fresh brushing sensitive apple fruits, 2 parts by weight of coastal thorny and 3 parts by weight of French rose are preferably taken, the fresh stirring sensitive apple fruits, the coastal thorny and the 3 parts by weight of French rose are washed and disinfected, then the fresh stirring sensitive apple fruits, the 2 parts by weight of French rose are soaked in 5% -20% sodium hypochlorite disinfectant for 20 minutes, sterile water is used for washing to remove disinfectant residues, then the raw materials after cleaning and disinfection are put into a pulverizer, 50mL of MS culture medium is added, the raw materials are pulverized to obtain slurry, 80mg/kg of cellulase is added for 3 hours of treatment, the slurry is filtered by a 100-micron microporous filter and then centrifuged at a low speed, and the supernatant is discarded, and seed cells are collected;
2) Seed cell culture: inoculating the seed cells collected in the step 1) into a shake flask containing an MS culture medium, and shake culturing at the pH of 5-6 and 25 ℃ for 48 hours at 100r/min, wherein the culture can be stopped when the cell count is more than 20000/mL;
3) Subculture expansion culture: inoculating the seed cells after the culture in the step 2) into a new MS culture medium, adding 5mg/L of auxin IAA and 50mg/L of pectase, performing suspension culture in a bioreactor, stirring at a speed of 100r/min and a pH of 5-6, introducing sterile oxygen at a speed of 0.03m3/s, performing dark culture for about 20 days, and stopping culture with a cell count of more than 45000/mL;
4) Centrifuging to obtain supernatant, and collecting apple fruit/littoral/Rosa cell culture extract.
The cosmetic water composition with the effects of improving skin color and brightening consists of the rice fermentation product filtrate, the kappaphycus alvarezii extract and the apple fruit/coastal thorn celery/rose cell culture extract, and the skin dryness is relieved and the dermis quality is improved through the moisturizing and moisturizing effects of the composition base.
The above functional components have effects of keeping moisture, diminishing inflammation, scavenging free radicals, etc., and can reach the skin equilibrium at the muscle base, so that the skin surface becomes fresh and transparent.
Meanwhile, the extract of the cell culture of the apple fruit/the coastal thorny celery/the rose is prepared by adopting a cell culture technology, and the cell wall is a natural lipid inclusion, so that the functional components are easier to be absorbed through skin and play a role.
The toning lotion composition with the effects of improving skin color and brightening disclosed by the invention has the advantages that through scientific combination of raw materials, the safe and effective skin color balancing, whitening and brightening effects are finally achieved by utilizing the synergistic gain among the functional components, so that the skin is moist and full, and healthy luster is emitted from inside to outside.
The components of the composition have synergistic effect, so that various active substances can be promoted to permeate the skin, uneven skin color can be effectively improved, the nutrition supply of the skin can be promoted, the antioxidation of the skin can be further facilitated, the darkness can be reduced, the skin color can be finally improved, and the skin can be healthily and transparent from inside to outside.
The invention is illustrated by the following examples which are given for further illustration of the invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention. Some insubstantial modifications and adaptations of the invention by others are within the scope of the invention.
The following percentages (%) are mass percentages unless otherwise indicated. All raw material components used in the invention are commercial products.
Examples 1 to 4
A cosmetic water composition with skin color improving and brightening effects comprises the raw materials of examples 1-4 in proportion as shown in the following table 1.

The preparation process method of the toning lotion composition with the skin color improving and brightening effects in the embodiments 1-4 can be expressed as follows:
1) Adding water, allantoin, sorbitol, EDTA-disodium, citric acid, sodium citrate, ethylhexyl glycerol, glycerol acrylate/acrylic acid copolymer, polyethylene glycol-32, hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer and methylparaben into a water phase pot, stirring and heating to 80-85 ℃, and keeping the temperature and stirring for 20-25 minutes;
2) Adding cooling water, stirring and cooling to 40-45deg.C, adding skin color improving composition, sodium lactate, rice chaff extract, 1, 2-pentanediol, essence, and phenoxyethanol into emulsifying pot, stirring for 15-20 min;
3) Continuously stirring and cooling to a temperature lower than 38 ℃, stopping stirring, and discharging after the detection is qualified.
The pH of examples 1-4 was 5.5-6.5, respectively.
Effect verification test example

2. Test part: the color ITA degree of the facial skin is less than 50, and the facial skin has no obvious redness, skin injury, scar and the like.

4. The test indexes are as follows: the higher the value of the skin color L, the brighter the skin.
5. The test results are shown in fig. 1 and table 2 below:

As seen from the results of fig. 1 and table 2, compared to before the sample was used: after 7 days of sample application, the skin color L of the sample area increased no significantly by 0.36% and the skin color L of the control area increased no significantly by 0.19%; after 14 days of using the sample, the skin color L of the sample area increased significantly by 0.66% and the skin color L of the control area increased non-significantly by 0.47%; after 28 days of use of the sample, the skin color L of the sample area increased significantly by 0.65% and the skin color L of the control area increased non-significantly by 0.36%.
The significant increase in skin color L after use of example 1 demonstrates that the skin tone improving and lightening lotion of the present invention has a relatively significant lightening effect.
Arm skin color effect test 2
1. The tester: 30 healthy people (20-35 years old), women; the formulation of example 1 was tested and the control was a blank.
2. Test part: the skin on the inner sides of the arms and the forearms of the hands is dark, and the conditions of obvious redness, skin injury, scars and the like are avoided.
3. Test instrument: CL400.
4. The test indexes are as follows: the higher the skin color L, the brighter the skin; the higher the value of ITA, the more white the skin color is indicated.
5. The test results are shown in FIGS. 2-3 and tables 3-4.

As shown in fig. 2-3 and tables 3-4, after 7 days of sample application, the skin color L of the sample area did not significantly increase by 0.48% and the skin color L of the control area did not significantly decrease by 0.08%; the skin color ITA degree value of the sample area is obviously increased by 0.69%, and the skin color ITA degree value of the control area is not obviously reduced by 0.25%; after 14 days of using the sample, the skin color L of the sample area increased significantly by 0.75% and the skin color L of the control area increased non-significantly by 0.02%; the skin color ITA degree value of the sample area is obviously increased by 0.88%, and the skin color ITA degree value of the control area is not obviously reduced by 0.35%; after 28 days of use of the sample, the skin color L of the sample area increased significantly by 1.22% and the skin color L of the control area increased significantly by 0.64%; the skin color ita° value of the sample area was significantly increased by 1.26%, and the skin color ita° of the control area was not significantly decreased by 0.32%.
The above data shows that the skin color L and ITA values increase significantly after using example 1, demonstrating that the skin tone improving, lightening effect lotion of the present invention has a relatively significant lightening and whitening skin tone effect.
Skin gloss effect test 3
1. The tester: 30 healthy people (20-35 years old), women; the formulation of example 1 was tested and the control was a blank.
2. Test part: the color ITA degree of the facial skin is less than 50, and the facial skin has no obvious redness, skin injury, scar and the like.
3. Test instrument: GL200.
4. The test indexes are as follows: the higher the measurement, the better the skin gloss.
5. The test results are shown in fig. 4 and table 5 below:

The results in fig. 4 and table 5 show that, compared to before the sample was used: after 7 days of using the sample, the skin glossiness value of the sample area is remarkably increased by 5.34%, and the skin glossiness value of the control area is not remarkably increased by 0.20%; after 14 days of using the sample, the skin glossiness value of the sample area is obviously increased by 3.96%, and the skin glossiness value of the control area is not obviously reduced by 1.25%; after 28 days of use of the sample, the skin gloss value of the sample area increased significantly by 5.37% and the skin gloss value of the control area decreased no significantly by 0.57%. Compared to the control area: after 7 days of using the sample, the skin glossiness variation values of the sample areas are significantly different; after 14 days of using the sample, the skin glossiness variation values of the sample areas are significantly different; the skin gloss change values were significantly different in the sample area after 28 days of sample use.
The results show that the toning lotion provided by the invention can obviously increase the glossiness of skin and has the effects of improving the complexion and brightening.
Dermatological doctor clinical evaluation 4
1. Evaluation object: 30 healthy people (20-35 years old), women; the formulation of example 1 was tested and the control was a blank.
2. Evaluation site: the color ITA degree of the facial skin is less than 50, and the facial skin has no obvious redness, skin injury, scar and the like.
3. Evaluation index: skin brightness, skin whiteness, skin luster.
4. Scoring criteria: skin brightness: a score of 0 indicates skin is opaque and light is not reflected, and a score of 9 indicates skin is transparent and light is reflected; whitening of skin: score 0 indicates fair, dark skin tone, score 9 indicates very fair, porcelain-like skin tone; skin gloss: a score of 0 indicates that the skin tone lacks gloss, gives off unhealthy gloss, and a score of 9 indicates that the skin tone is shiny, giving off healthy gloss.
5. Evaluation results: as shown in fig. 5-7 and tables 6-8.

Compared to before the sample was used: after 14 days of using the sample, the average value of the clinical scores of the skin in the sample area is not increased by 2.52 percent, and the average value of the clinical scores of the skin in the control area is not increased by 1.90 percent; the average value of the fair clinical scores of the skin of the sample area is not remarkably increased by 5.84 percent, and the average value of the fair clinical scores of the skin of the control area is not remarkably increased by 1.96 percent; the average value of the clinical scores of the glossiness of the skin of the sample area is obviously increased by 6.83%, and the average value of the clinical scores of the glossiness of the skin of the control area is not obviously increased by 0.62%; after 28 days of using the sample, the average value of the clinical scores of the skin in the sample area is remarkably increased by 14.47%, and the average value of the clinical scores of the skin in the control area is remarkably increased by 6.96%; the mean value of the fair clinical scores of the skin of the sample area is increased by 16.88%, and the mean value of the fair clinical scores of the skin of the control area is increased by 8.50%; the average value of the clinical scores of the glossiness of the skin of the sample area is obviously increased by 13.66%, and the average value of the clinical scores of the glossiness of the skin of the control area is not obviously increased by 4.35%.
Compared to the control area: the clinical score change value of the brightness of the skin of the sample area is obviously different after the sample is used for 28 days; the change value of the whitening degree clinical score of the skin of the sample area is obviously different; the change in the clinical score of the skin in the sample area was significantly different. The skin-whitening toning lotion has good skin-whitening and whitening effects, and can make skin bright and healthy.
Safety test 5
1. Number of test persons: 30 healthy people, 13 men and 17 women; the age range is 20-45 years.
2. The testing method comprises the following steps: a suitable plaque tester having an area of not more than 50mm2 and a depth of about 1mm was selected, and about 0.020 to 0.025mL (g) of the test sample example 1 was added to the plaque tester by a closed plaque test method. The patch tester was applied to the forearm of the subject, the test substance was removed after 24 hours, and skin reactions were observed at 0.5, 24, and 48 hours after the removal, and the results were recorded according to the skin reaction classification standard in cosmetic safety technical Specification 2015.

1) Adding water, allantoin, sorbitol, EDTA-disodium, citric acid, sodium citrate, ethylhexyl glycerol, glycerol acrylate/acrylic acid copolymer, polyethylene glycol-32, hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer and methylparaben into a water phase pot, stirring and heating to 80-85 ℃, and keeping the temperature and stirring for 20-25 minutes;
2) Adding cooling water, stirring and cooling to 40-45deg.C, adding skin color improving composition, sodium lactate, rice chaff extract, 1, 2-pentanediol, essence, and phenoxyethanol into emulsifying pot, stirring for 15-20 min;
3) Continuously stirring and cooling to a temperature lower than 38 ℃, stopping stirring, and discharging after the detection is qualified.
Skin color (L, ITA) and gloss tests were performed two weeks after face use example 1 and comparative examples 1-6, and the test results are shown in table 11.

From the data in the table it can be seen that the skin color L-increase values are ordered by size: example 1> comparative example 2>3>5>1>4>6; the skin color ITA degree value increment values are ordered according to the size: example 1> comparative example 2>3>5>4>1>6; the skin gloss increase values are ordered by size: example 1> comparative example 2>3>5>4>1>6.
In conclusion, the skin color improving and brightening effect compound has the obvious skin color improving and brightening effects through the synergistic effect among the components, and is more obvious than the skin color improving effects of the combination of one component and two components.
The present invention is not limited to the preferred embodiments, but can be modified, equivalent, and modified in any way without departing from the technical scope of the present invention.
