Preferably, the phase C raw materials comprise the following components in parts by weight: 47-63 parts of deionized water, 30-40 parts of butanediol, 3-5 parts of radix scutellariae extract, 2-4 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis extract, 0.005-1 part of liquorice root extract, 0.01-0.5 part of triethanolamine, 0.1-5 parts of PEG/PPG-17/6 copolymer, 15-22 parts of methyl propylene glycol, 0.20-0.40 part of hyaluronic acid, 0.15-0.35 part of silanetriol, 0.15-0.32 part of citric acid, 18-21 parts of propylene glycol, 5.21-6.13 parts of witch hazel extract, 0.01-0.05 part of sodium dehydroacetate, 0.2-5 parts of witch hazel water, 0.30-0.012 part of methyl hydroxybenzoate, 0.2-5 parts of yeast fermentation product filtrate, 0.3-0.6 part of 1, 2-hexanediol and 0.0001-0.5 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone.
Preferably, the phase D raw materials comprise the following components in parts by weight: 0.001-0.2 part of essence and 0.004-0.8 part of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil.
In a second aspect, the present invention provides a method for preparing a moisturizing, firming, soothing skin care composition, comprising the steps of: (1) prefabricating; (2) and (5) cooling after mixing.
The method comprises the following concrete steps: mixing the raw materials of the phase B, and stirring for 20min to obtain a phase B prefabricated liquid; mixing the raw materials of the phase B, and stirring for 20min to obtain a phase C mixture; mixing the raw materials of the phase D, and stirring for 20min to obtain a phase D prefabricated liquid.
The concrete steps of cooling after mixing are as follows: mixing the raw materials of phase A, stirring for 10min, heating to 80-85 deg.C, and stirring for 1.0-1.5 h. Naturally cooling to 45 deg.C, adding the B-phase prefabricated liquid, adding the C-phase mixture and the D-phase prefabricated liquid, and stirring for 0.5-1h to obtain the skin care composition.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the skin care composition obtained by the invention has good moisturizing capability, can recover the expression of aquaporin-3 and provide the optimal hydration force for skin, thereby improving the water content of stratum corneum, reducing the percutaneous water loss, maintaining the normal moisture of the skin, relieving the influence of the outside on dry skin and reducing the sensitive chain reaction caused by dryness.
(2) The skin care composition obtained by the invention can tighten skin, recover fibroblast proliferation and activity, and promote fibroblasts to generate more collagen, so that the skin becomes more tight and elastic.
(3) The skin care composition obtained by the invention can keep self activity for a long time, does not generate bacteria after being placed for a period of time, has good heat resistance and cold resistance, and can exert the original effect when being used on skin.
(4) The skin care composition provided by the invention has no peculiar smell and good use experience.
(5) The invention can be widely applied to face cleaning, skin care and body beautifying products, effectively improves the skin condition, is mild and non-irritating, and has certain relieving effect.
Detailed Description
Examples
The compositions of the examples were prepared from commercially available materials, including Glycerol CAS No. 56-81-5, EDTA disodium CAS No. 2017-8-23, Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi root extract, Sophora flavescens ait root extract, Glycyrrhiza inflata root extract, propylene glycol CAS No. 57-55-6, Hamamelis virginiana extract, Hamamelis water AMERICAN DISTILLING INC, and essence, Ostre rosea, Otsukura.
Example 1
The embodiment provides a moisturizing, firming and soothing skin care composition, which is prepared from the raw materials of an A phase, a B phase, a C phase and a D phase.
The phase A comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.02 part of biopolymer (specifically xanthan gum), 0.2 part of urea derivative (specifically allantoin), 0.03 part of acid high-molecular polymer (specifically carbomer), 2 parts of polyalcohol (specifically glycerol), 0.005 part of glucan derivative (specifically sodium hyaluronate) and 0.002 part of chelating agent (specifically EDTA disodium).
The phase B raw materials comprise: 5 parts of butanediol, 0.3 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone and 0.3 part of 1, 2-hexanediol.
The C phase raw material comprises: 50 parts of deionized water, 35 parts of butanediol, 3 parts of radix scutellariae extract, 2 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis extract, 0.005 part of glycyrrhiza inflate, 0.2 part of triethanolamine, 1 part of PEG/PPG-17/6 copolymer, 15 parts of methyl propylene glycol, 0.20 part of hyaluronic acid, 0.15 part of silanetriol, 0.15 part of citric acid, 18 parts of propylene glycol, 6.71 parts of witch hazel bush extract (comprising 5.21 parts of witch hazel extract and 1.5 parts of witch hazel water), 0.01 part of sodium dehydroacetate, 0.12 part of methyl hydroxybenzoate, 0.8 part of beneficial bacterium fermentation product filtrate (specifically, schizosaccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation product filtrate), 0.3 part of 1, 2-hexanediol and 0.5 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone.
The phase D raw material comprises: 0.005 part of essence and 0.05 part of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil.
The present example also provides a method of preparing a moisturizing, firming, soothing skin care composition comprising the steps of: (1) prefabricating; (2) and (5) cooling after mixing.
The method comprises the following concrete steps: mixing the raw materials of the phase B, and stirring for 20min to obtain a phase B prefabricated liquid; mixing the raw materials of the phase B, and stirring for 20min to obtain a phase C mixture; mixing the raw materials of the phase D, and stirring for 20min to obtain a phase D prefabricated liquid.
The concrete steps of cooling after mixing are as follows: mixing the raw materials of phase A, stirring for 10min, heating to 80 deg.C, and stirring for 1.0 h. Naturally cooling to 45 deg.C, adding the B-phase prefabricated liquid, adding the C-phase mixture and the D-phase prefabricated liquid, and stirring for 1 hr to obtain the skin care composition.
Example 2
This example provides a moisturizing, firming, soothing skin care composition, which differs from example 1 in 6.13 parts by weight of witch hazel extract.
This example also provides a method of making a moisturizing, firming, soothing skin care composition, similar to that of example 1.
Example 3
This example provides a moisturizing, firming, soothing skin care composition that differs from example 1 in that 6.61 parts by weight of witch hazel shrub extract (including 4.21 parts of witch hazel extract and 2.1 parts of witch hazel water).
This example also provides a method of making a moisturizing, firming, soothing skin care composition, similar to that of example 1.
Example 4
This example provides a moisturizing, firming, soothing skin care composition, which differs from example 1 in that, by weight, hamamelis virginiana extract 5.01 parts, hamamelis virginiana water 2 parts, sodium dehydroacetate 0.03 parts, methylparaben 0.11 parts, beneficial bacteria fermentation product filtrate (specifically, yeast bifida fermentation product filtrate) 0.05 parts, 1, 2-hexanediol 0.2 parts, and p-hydroxyacetophenone 0.4 parts.
This example also provides a method of making a moisturizing, firming, soothing skin care composition, similar to that of example 1.
Example 5
The embodiment provides a moisturizing, firming and soothing skin care composition, which is different from the embodiment 1 in that the phase A comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.005 part of biopolymer (specifically xanthan gum), 0.05 part of urea derivative (specifically allantoin), 0.02 part of acid high-molecular polymer (specifically carbomer), 1.8 parts of polyalcohol (specifically glycerol), 0.004 part of glucan derivative (specifically sodium hyaluronate), and 0.003 part of chelating agent (specifically disodium EDTA).
This example also provides a method of making a moisturizing, firming, soothing skin care composition, similar to that of example 1.
And (3) performance testing:
1. the moisturizing, firming and soothing skin care composition obtained in example 1 was tested according to QB/T2660 and the results are shown in Table 1:

2. Sensory testing: the moisturizing, firming and soothing skin care compositions obtained in examples 1-5 were left at 25 ℃ for 24 hours and observed for appearance, with examples 1-3 being colorless liquids and examples 4 and 5 being slightly cloudy.
3. And (3) heat resistance test: the pH of the moisturizing, firming and soothing skin care compositions obtained in examples 1-5 were measured using a pH meter and maintained at 40 ℃ for 24 hours, and the pH was measured again, with the results shown in table 2:

4. Cold resistance test: the moisturizing, tightening and soothing skin care compositions obtained in examples 1 to 5 were measured for pH using a pH meter, maintained at 5 ℃ for 24 hours, and measured again for pH, with the results shown in table 3:

5. And (3) testing microorganisms: the moisturizing, tightening and soothing skin care compositions obtained in examples 1-3 were tested for staphylococcus aureus and pseudomonas aeruginosa according to the cosmetic safety specifications (2015 edition). None of the moisturizing, firming, soothing skin care compositions obtained in examples 1-3 detected staphylococcus aureus and pseudomonas aeruginosa.
6. Moisture retention test: the moisturizing, firming and soothing skin care compositions obtained in examples 1-3 have better moisturizing performance when applied to skin.
It can be seen that the moisturizing, firming and soothing skin care compositions obtained in examples 1-3 have good heat resistance and cold resistance, do not grow bacteria, are beneficial for long-term storage, and have good moisturizing properties when applied to the skin.
Claims (10)
1. The moisturizing, firming and soothing skin care composition is characterized in that raw materials of the moisturizing, firming and soothing skin care composition comprise polyhydric alcohol, glucan derivative, urea derivative, witch hazel shrub extract and beneficial bacterium fermentation product filtrate.
2. The moisturizing, tightening, soothing skin care composition according to claim 1, wherein the raw materials of the moisturizing, tightening, soothing skin care composition further comprise a biopolymer, an acid-based polymer, and a chelating agent.
3. The moisturizing, tightening, soothing skin care composition according to claim 2, wherein the polyol is selected from one or more of glycerin, butylene glycol, and polyethylene glycol.
4. The moisturizing, tightening, soothing skin care composition according to claim 2, wherein the dextran derivative is selected from one or more of sodium hyaluronate, dextran aldehyde, dextran acid.
5. The moisturizing, tightening, soothing skin care composition of claim 2, wherein the urea derivative is allantoin and/or hydroxyethyl urea.
6. The moisturizing, tightening, soothing skin care composition according to claim 2, wherein the biopolymer is selected from one or more of cellulose, collagen, xanthan gum.
7. The moisturizing, tightening, soothing skin care composition of claim 3, wherein the acid based high molecular weight polymer is carbomer and/or polyvinyl acid.
8. The moisturizing, tightening, soothing skin care composition of claim 3, wherein the witch hazel shrub extract is witch hazel extract and/or witch hazel water.
9. The moisturizing, tightening, soothing skin care composition of claim 3, wherein the beneficial bacteria fermentation product filtrate is a split yeast fermentation product filtrate and/or a galacto-yeast fermentation product filtrate.
10. A method of making a moisturizing, tightening, soothing skin care composition according to any of claims 1-9, comprising the steps of: (1) prefabricating; (2) and (5) cooling after mixing.
