In examples 23 to 32, the elasticity of the fishtail line part has an increase rate of 18.84 to 39.11% after the truffle-based anti-aging care composition is applied to the basic seminal vesicle, and comparative examples 9 to 12 are in a range of 7.05 to 10.04%; examples 23 to 32 showed better anti-aging effects than comparative examples 9 to 12 and comparative example 14.
The same general trend can be seen for the truffle-based anti-aging treatment compositions of examples 1-10, corresponding to examples 11-20 and examples 23-32. After the truffle-based anti-aging nursing composition is matched with the basic essence, the anti-aging effect is better than that of the truffle-based anti-aging nursing composition matched with the basic cream.
The example 20 and the example 32 both use the truffle base anti-aging care composition of the example 10 to obtain the best anti-aging effect, and have larger differences from other examples, and the example 20 and the example 32 comprise the optimal combination of the first anti-aging agent, the second anti-aging agent and the third anti-aging agent to play a synergistic role to obtain the optimal anti-aging effect. After the first anti-aging agent and the third anti-aging agent open the channel, the second anti-aging agent enters the skin surface layer cells and is matched with the chlorella extract to provide continuous energy supply for the cells to keep vitality; meanwhile, as shown in the long-acting moisturizing experiment, the first anti-aging agent and the second anti-aging agent improve the moisturizing long-acting performance, and the anti-aging effect can be more durable and effective on the basis of long-acting moisturizing.
See examples 11 and 23 using example 1, and examples 19 and 31 using example 9; comparing example 11 and example 19, and comparing example 23 and example 31, it can be seen that the use of the preferred value of the third anti-aging agent can improve the anti-aging effect when compared to the first anti-aging agent, which may be better softening and penetration effect of example 19 and example 31 to the skin, promoting penetration, entry, absorption and action of the active ingredient, improving the anti-aging effect in the same time.
The anti-aging effect of the anti-aging agent is much poorer than that of the anti-aging agent in example 1 by adopting the comparative example 5 and the comparative example 9 of the comparative example 1 and adopting the comparative example 6 and the comparative example 10 of the comparative example 2, and the compounding amount of the first anti-aging agent and the third anti-aging agent in the examples can directly influence the anti-aging effect of the product. Comparative example 7 and comparative example 11 of comparative example 3, in which chlorella extract was replaced with fucus extract, were also algae extract in view of anti-aging effect, and did not achieve the same synergistic effect as example 1, and had the effect of softening and permeating the skin.
The comparative example 8 and the comparative example 12 of the comparative example 4 are adopted, the compound amount of the first anti-aging agent is changed in the comparative example 4, the anti-aging effect is reduced to some extent under the condition that the using amount of the tuber melanosporum extract is increased, and the synergistic effect of the whole combination of the first anti-aging agent, the second anti-aging agent and the third anti-aging agent can be illustrated from the other aspect.
2. Long-term moisture retention effect experiment
The truffle-based anti-aging care composition is applied to long-acting moisturizing experimental samples of a base cream: examples 11-20, comparative examples 5-8, comparative example 13 and the blank set, for a total of 16 experimental samples.

The experimental method comprises the following steps: in testing the skin moisture content of the test subjects in the long-term moisturizing test of the moisturizing composition applied to a foundation cream, the cheeks were simultaneously tested for skin moisture content (au) using a Corneometer MPA580, and the test was averaged three times. The test times were 22 pm one day before the start of the experiment (D0), 22 pm on day 7 of the experiment (D7), and 22 pm on day 28 of the experiment (D28), and the difference between D28 and D0 was calculated and recorded as an increase value.

And (3) data analysis: since the interval time of each skin care is 12 hours, the moisturizing effect in the interval time can affect the starting point value of next moisturizing, and finally the moisture content value of the final D28; the effect of long-lasting moisture retention of examples and comparative examples can be judged by the increase rate of D0 to D28.
As can be seen from tables 4.1 and 4.2, in examples 11-20, after the truffle-based anti-aging care composition was applied to the base cream, the moisture content of the cheek portion increased by 16.94-22.56%, and the increase of comparative examples 5-8 was in the range of 5.08-6.74%; examples 11 to 20 showed better long-lasting moisturizing effects than comparative examples 5 to 8 and comparative example 13. In examples 23 to 32, the elasticity of the fish tail line part is increased by 17.06 to 24.43 percent after the truffle base anti-aging care composition is applied to the basic seminal vesicle, and the growth rate of comparative examples 9 to 12 is in the range of 6.57 to 7.79 percent; examples 23-32 showed better long-lasting moisturizing effect than comparative examples 9-12 and comparative example 14.
The same general trend can be seen for the truffle-based anti-aging treatment compositions of examples 1-10, corresponding to examples 11-20 and examples 23-32. The truffle base anti-aging care composition has better moisturizing effect after being matched with the basic essence than after being matched with the basic cream.
Referring to example 18 and example 30 using example 8 and example 20 and example 32 using example 10, the moisture content increase rates of example 18 and example 20 are similar, and the moisture content increase rates of example 30 and example 32 are similar, which indicates that the long-lasting moisturizing effect is mainly obtained by compounding the first anti-aging agent and the second anti-aging agent.
The long-lasting moisturizing effect of example 18 and example 30 using example 8 is better compared to example 17 and example 29 using example 7, and examples 15-16 and examples 27-28 using examples 5-6. Example 7 uses the first anti-aging agent in the preferred range but does not use the second anti-aging agent, and examples 5-6 uses the second anti-aging agent in the preferred range but does not use the first anti-aging agent, and the long-term moisturizing effect is much worse than that of example 8. The compounding of the first anti-aging agent and the second anti-aging agent is proved to achieve the synergistic effect of long-acting moisture retention.
As the comparative examples 1 to 4 adopted in the comparative examples 9 to 12 do not adopt the compound of the first anti-aging agent and the second anti-aging agent in the optimization, the synergistic effect is not generated, and the long-acting moisturizing effect is poor.

Claims (7)

1. The truffle substrate anti-aging care composition is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight:
3-20% of a first anti-aging agent;
3-20% of a second anti-aging agent;
the balance of a third anti-aging agent;
the first anti-aging agent consists of 49-49.999% of propylene glycol, 49-49.999% of water and the balance of tuber melanosporum extract;
the second anti-aging agent consists of 1.5-2% of hydrolyzed RNA, 2-3% of yeast polypeptide, 0.05% of ethylhexyl glycerol, 0.45% of phenoxyethanol and the balance of water;
the third anti-aging agent comprises Chlorella extract 6-8%, 1-2.5% 1, 2-pentanediol, 1-2.5% 1, 2-hexanediol, 5-7% butanediol, and water in balance.
2. The truffle base anti-aging care composition as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight:
10% of a first anti-aging agent;
10% of a second anti-aging agent;
80% of third anti-aging agent.
3. The truffle substrate anti-aging care composition according to claim 1, wherein the first anti-aging agent consists of 49.995% propylene glycol, 49.995% water and 0.01% Tuber melanosporum extract.
4. The truffle base anti-aging care composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the third anti-aging agent consists of 6.5% of chlorella extract, 2% of 1, 2-pentanediol, 2% of 1, 2-hexanediol, 6% of butanediol and the balance of water.
5. A method for preparing an anti-aging composition for truffle base according to claims 1-4, comprising the steps of:
(1) uniformly mixing the components of the first anti-aging agent at the temperature of 15-28 ℃ to obtain the first anti-aging agent; uniformly mixing all the components of the second anti-aging agent to obtain a second anti-aging agent; uniformly mixing the components of the third anti-aging agent to obtain a third anti-aging agent;
(2) and (3) uniformly mixing the first anti-aging agent, the second anti-aging agent and the third anti-aging agent at the temperature of below 40 ℃ to obtain the truffle substrate anti-aging care composition.
6. Use of a truffle base anti-aging care composition according to any of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that it is applied in a skin care product of a non-pure oil system.
7. The use of the truffle substrate anti-aging care composition as claimed in claim 6, wherein the truffle substrate anti-aging care composition is added in the skin care product in an amount of 0.5-10 wt%.
