Abstract

The invention provides a moisturizing and repairing composition with a quicksand effect and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the field of cosmetics. Moisturizing and repairing composition with quicksand effect and preparation method thereof

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of cosmetics, and relates to a moisturizing and repairing composition with a quicksand effect and a preparation method thereof.

Background

Although human skin has a defense and protection function, the skin is easy to be damaged and has symptoms of water shortage, relaxation, sensitivity and the like under the action of adverse factors such as pressure, pollution, blue light, ultraviolet rays and the like for a long time, particularly facial skin; some cosmetics are sold in the market for achieving the effect, and hormones are added to the cosmetics, so that damage symptoms such as skin atrophy, telangiectasis, light allergy and the like appear after the cosmetics are used for a long time by consumers.

How to repair these skin injuries and how to reshape healthy skin are increasingly concerned, so that there is a need to develop a product which is safe and has good repairing efficacy.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects and shortcomings of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a moisturizing repair composition with a quicksand effect and a preparation method thereof.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:

in a first aspect, the invention provides a moisturizing repair composition with a quicksand effect, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.2-1% of a repairing agent A, 0.3-1% of a repairing agent B, 5-20% of a schizosaccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation product lysate and 0.05-0.3% of tetrahydro-methyl pyrimidine carboxylic acid, wherein the repairing agent A mainly comprises ceramide 3, ceramide 6II, ceramide 1, sodium lauroyl lactylate, phytosphingosine, cholesterol, carbomer, xanthan gum and water, and the repairing agent B mainly comprises ceramide 2, polyglycerol-10 myristate, glycerol, butanediol, cholesterol, vitamin E and phenoxyethanol.

As a further preferred embodiment of the composition of the invention, the composition comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.5% of repairing agent A, 0.5% of repairing agent B, 10% of schizosaccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation product lysate and 0.15% of tetrahydro-methyl pyrimidine carboxylic acid.

Ceramide 3 is the main component of human skin stratum corneum, and ceramide 3, ceramide 6II, ceramide 1 and ceramide 2 all have the effects of enhancing the natural barrier of the skin, increasing the water content of the skin, recovering the elasticity of the skin, resisting aging and the like, and are suitable for sensitive skin and atopic dermatitis; the lysate of the yeast fermentation product has strong immunosuppressive activity and can promote DNA repair, effectively protect skin from being damaged by ultraviolet rays and help prevent the photoaging of epidermis and dermis; the tetrahydro-methyl pyrimidine carboxylic acid can protect the immune system of the skin, trigger and improve the reaction speed of heat shock protein, protect cell membranes and DNA, and stabilize and repair skin inflammation and allergy symptoms. The inventor uses the repairing agent A, the repairing agent B, the schizosaccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation product lysate and the tetrahydro-methyl pyrimidine carboxylic acid in a combined way in the research process, and finds that the four components respectively account for 0.2-1% of the repairing agent A, 0.3-1% of the repairing agent B, 5-20% of the schizosaccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation product lysate and 0.05-0.3% of the tetrahydro-methyl pyrimidine carboxylic acid, the skin barrier can be synergistically repaired and the healthy skin can be remodeled, and when the four components respectively account for 0.5% of the repairing agent A, 0.5% of the repairing agent B, 10% of the schizosaccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation product lysate and 0.15% of the tetrahydro-methyl pyrimidine carboxylic acid, the repairing effect is best; and the repairing agent A and the repairing agent B are dissolved in water, can form a layered structure, generate a quicksand effect and can provide better visual enjoyment for a user.

As a preferred embodiment of the composition of the present invention, the repairing agent a comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 31-3% of ceramide, 0.5-2% of ceramide 6II, 10.01-1% of ceramide, 8-12% of sodium lauroyl lactylate, 0.5-3% of phytosphingosine, 0.5-3% of cholesterol, 0.3-0.5% of carbomer and 0.3-0.7% of xanthan gum; the repairing agent B comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 23-5% of ceramide, 2-15% of polyglycerol-10 myristate, 2-15% of glycerol, 2-15% of butanediol, 1-5% of cholesterol, 0.3-1.5% of vitamin E and 0.2-1% of phenoxyethanol.

As a preferred embodiment of the composition of the present invention, the composition further comprises the following components in percent by weight: 0.5-5% of golden chamomile extract and 1-10% of crocus sativus extract.

As a further preferred embodiment of the composition of the present invention, the composition further comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 3% of golden chamomile extract and 5% of crocus sativus extract.

The golden yellow chamomile extract has the effects of resisting inflammation and relieving allergy, the saffron extract has the effect of resisting allergy, and the repairing agent A, the repairing agent B, the dialytic yeast fermentation product lysate, the tetrahydro-methyl pyrimidine carboxylic acid, the golden yellow chamomile extract and the saffron extract are compounded, so that the repairing effect on skin barriers can be enhanced by relieving skin discomfort.

As a preferred embodiment of the composition of the present invention, the composition further comprises the following components in percent by weight: 2-5% of dipropylene glycol, 3-7% of glycerol, 2-6% of butanediol, 0.02-0.2% of sodium hyaluronate and 0.5-3% of a mixture of xylitol, xylitol-based glucoside and dehydrated xylitol.

As a further preferred embodiment of the composition of the present invention, the composition further comprises the following components in percentage by weight: dipropylene glycol 4%, glycerin 5%, butylene glycol 5%, sodium hyaluronate 0.1%, xylitol-based glucoside, and dehydrated xylitol 1.5%.

Dipropylene glycol, glycerin, butanediol, sodium hyaluronate, xylitol-based glucoside and dehydrated xylitol all have moisturizing effects, and by adding the moisturizing agents, the moisture content of the skin can be improved, and the skin health can be recovered.

As a preferred embodiment of the composition of the present invention, the composition further comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.2-0.6% of acrylic acid (ester)/behenyl alcohol polyether-25 methacrylate copolymer, 0.034-0.102% of triethanolamine, 0.5-2% of a mixture of PPG-26-butanol polyether-26 and PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, 0.05-0.13% of methyl hydroxybenzoate, 0.3-0.5% of a mixture of phenoxyethanol and ethylhexyl glycerol, and the balance of water.

As a further preferred embodiment of the composition of the present invention, the composition further comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.4% of acrylic acid (ester)/behenyl alcohol polyether-25 methacrylate copolymer, 0.068% of triethanolamine, 1% of mixture of PPG-26-butanol polyether-26 and PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, 0.12% of methyl hydroxybenzoate and 0.4% of mixture of phenoxyethanol and ethylhexyl glycerol.

In a second aspect, the present invention also provides a method for preparing the above composition, which comprises the following steps:

mixing the repairing agent A, the repairing agent B, PPG-26-butanol polyether-26 and PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, adding dipropylene glycol and glycerol after full swelling, and fully dissolving to obtain a mixture A;

mixing butanediol and methyl hydroxybenzoate, heating to dissolve completely, cooling to 40-60 ℃, adding sodium hyaluronate, and dissolving completely to obtain a mixture B;

mixing and dissolving acrylic acid (ester)/behenyl alcohol polyether-25 methacrylate copolymer, triethanolamine and water until the mixture is completely transparent, heating the mixture to 80-85 ℃, adding the mixture A, stirring and cooling the mixture to 50-60 ℃, adding the mixture B, the schizosaccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation product lysate, the golden chamomile extract, the tetrahydro-methyl pyrimidine carboxylic acid, the xylitol-based glucoside, the dehydrated xylitol, the saffron extract, the phenoxyethanol and the ethylhexyl glycerin, uniformly stirring the mixture, cooling the mixture to below 37 ℃, and filtering the mixture to obtain the composition.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and beneficial effects:

(1) the moisturizing repair composition with the quicksand effect can repair skin barriers in a synergistic manner and remold healthy skin by reasonably compounding the repair agent A, the repair agent B, the schizosaccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation product lysate and the tetrahydro-methylpyrimidine carboxylic acid, has the quicksand effect, can provide better visual enjoyment for users, and is convenient to popularize and apply.

(2) The moisturizing repair composition with the quicksand effect can further enhance the repair effect by further adding the golden yellow chamomile extract, the crocus sativus extract, the dipropylene glycol, the glycerol, the butanediol, the sodium hyaluronate, the xylitol-based glucoside and the dehydrated xylitol.

(3) The moisturizing and repairing composition with the quicksand effect has the advantages of simple preparation method, controllable conditions and convenience for industrial production.

Detailed Description

To better illustrate the objects, aspects and advantages of the present invention, the present invention will be further described with reference to specific examples.

Examples 1 to 5

Examples 1-5 are examples of moisturizing repair compositions of the present invention having a quicksand effect, the compositions of which are shown in table 1.

The preparation of the compositions of examples 1-5 comprises the following steps:

mixing and dissolving the repairing agent A, the repairing agent B, PPG-26-butanol polyether-26 and PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, adding dipropylene glycol and glycerol, and fully dissolving to obtain a mixture A;

mixing butanediol and methyl hydroxybenzoate, heating to dissolve completely, cooling to the temperature, adding sodium hyaluronate, and dissolving completely to obtain a mixture B;

mixing and dissolving acrylic acid (ester)/behenyl alcohol polyether-25 methacrylate copolymer, triethanolamine and water until the mixture is completely transparent, heating the mixture to 80 ℃, adding the mixture A, stirring and cooling the mixture to 50 ℃, adding the mixture B, schizosaccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation product lysate, golden chamomile extract, tetrahydro-methyl pyrimidine carboxylic acid, xylitol-based glucoside, dehydrated xylitol, crocus sativus extract, phenoxyethanol and ethylhexyl glycerol, uniformly stirring the mixture, cooling the mixture to below 37 ℃, and filtering the mixture to obtain the composition, wherein a repairing agent A mainly comprises ceramide 3, ceramide 6II, ceramide 1, sodium lauroyl lactylate, phytosphingosine, cholesterol, carbomer, xanthan gum and water, and the weight percentages of the components in the repairing agent A are respectively: 31-3% of ceramide, 0.5-2% of ceramide 6II, 10.01-1% of ceramide, 8-12% of sodium lauroyl lactylate, 0.5-3% of phytosphingosine, 0.5-3% of cholesterol, 0.3-0.5% of carbomer and 0.3-0.7% of xanthan gum; the repairing agent B mainly comprises ceramide 2, polyglycerol-10 myristate, glycerol, butanediol, cholesterol, vitamin E, phenoxyethanol and water, and the components in the repairing agent B in percentage by weight are respectively as follows: 23-5% of ceramide, 2-15% of polyglycerol-10 myristate, 2-15% of glycerol, 2-15% of butanediol, 1-5% of cholesterol, 0.3-1.5% of vitamin E, 0.2-1% of phenoxyethanol and 50-80% of water.

Comparative examples 1 to 5

Comparative examples 1 to 4 each relate to a moisturizing repair composition, and the compositions of these compositions are shown in table 1. Comparative example 5 is a commercially available product declared to have moisturizing and healing efficacy.

Examples of effects

100 female consumers between the ages of 18 and 50 years were selected to test the moisturizing performance of the compositions or products described in examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-5, and these female consumers were randomly divided into 10 groups, each group testing one sample, without any product on their faces 2-3 days prior to the test, and the test was conducted in an indoor environment having an average relative humidity of 50.2 + -6.9% and an average room temperature of 21.6 + -0.6 deg.C. Facial skin moisture content was measured by a corneometer cm825 skin moisture tester (CK, germany) for each group of female consumers, who then sprayed the samples onto the face and then tested for skin moisture content at 2min, 4min, 6min, 8min, 10min, and 20min after spraying, respectively, with the results shown in tables 2 and 3.

As can be seen from the data in table 3, the moisture retention of the composition of example 3 is significantly better than that of the other groups. Fig. 1 shows the skin condition before and after the use of the composition of example 3, and it is apparent that the skin surface condition is effectively improved after the use of the composition.

Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting the protection scope of the present invention, and although the present invention is described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions can be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A moisturizing and repairing composition with a quicksand effect, which is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 0.2-1% of a repairing agent A, 0.3-1% of a repairing agent B, 5-20% of a schizosaccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation product lysate and 0.05-0.3% of tetrahydro-methyl pyrimidine carboxylic acid, wherein the repairing agent A mainly comprises ceramide 3, ceramide 6II, ceramide 1, sodium lauroyl lactylate, phytosphingosine, cholesterol, carbomer, xanthan gum and water, and the repairing agent B mainly comprises ceramide 2, polyglycerol-10 myristate, glycerol, butanediol, cholesterol, vitamin E and phenoxyethanol.

The composition according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.5% of repairing agent A, 0.5% of repairing agent B, 10% of schizosaccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation product lysate and 0.15% of tetrahydro-methyl pyrimidine carboxylic acid.

The composition according to claim 1, wherein the repairing agent A comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 31-3% of ceramide, 0.5-2% of ceramide 6II, 10.01-1% of ceramide, 8-12% of sodium lauroyl lactylate, 0.5-3% of phytosphingosine, 0.5-3% of cholesterol, 0.3-0.5% of carbomer and 0.3-0.7% of xanthan gum; the repairing agent B comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 23-5% of ceramide, 2-15% of polyglycerol-10 myristate, 2-15% of glycerol, 2-15% of butanediol, 1-5% of cholesterol, 0.3-1.5% of vitamin E and 0.2-1% of phenoxyethanol.

4. The composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that it further comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.5-5% of golden chamomile extract and 1-10% of crocus sativus extract.

5. The composition according to claim 4, further comprising the following components in weight percent: 3% of golden chamomile extract and 5% of crocus sativus extract.

The composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that it further comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 2-5% of dipropylene glycol, 3-7% of glycerol, 2-6% of butanediol, 0.02-0.2% of sodium hyaluronate and 0.5-3% of a mixture of xylitol, xylitol-based glucoside and dehydrated xylitol.

7. The composition according to claim 6, further comprising the following components in weight percent: dipropylene glycol 4%, glycerin 5%, butylene glycol 5%, sodium hyaluronate 0.1%, xylitol-based glucoside, and dehydrated xylitol 1.5%.

The composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that it further comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.2-0.6% of acrylic acid (ester)/behenyl alcohol polyether-25 methacrylate copolymer, 0.034-0.102% of triethanolamine, 0.5-2% of a mixture of PPG-26-butanol polyether-26 and PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, 0.05-0.13% of methyl hydroxybenzoate, 0.3-0.5% of a mixture of phenoxyethanol and ethylhexyl glycerol, and the balance of water.

The composition according to claim 8, further comprising the following components in weight percent: 0.4% of acrylic acid (ester)/behenyl alcohol polyether-25 methacrylate copolymer, 0.068% of triethanolamine, 1% of mixture of PPG-26-butanol polyether-26 and PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, 0.12% of methyl hydroxybenzoate and 0.4% of mixture of phenoxyethanol and ethylhexyl glycerol.

10. A process for the preparation of a composition according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:

mixing the repairing agent A, the repairing agent B, PPG-26-butanol polyether-26 and PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, adding dipropylene glycol and glycerol after full swelling, and fully dissolving to obtain a mixture A;

mixing butanediol and methyl hydroxybenzoate, heating to dissolve completely, cooling to 40-60 ℃, adding sodium hyaluronate, and dissolving completely to obtain a mixture B;

mixing and dissolving acrylic acid (ester)/behenyl alcohol polyether-25 methacrylate copolymer, triethanolamine and water until the mixture is completely transparent, heating the mixture to 80-85 ℃, adding the mixture A, stirring and cooling the mixture to 50-60 ℃, adding the mixture B, the schizosaccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation product lysate, the golden chamomile extract, the tetrahydro-methyl pyrimidine carboxylic acid, the xylitol-based glucoside, the dehydrated xylitol, the saffron extract, the phenoxyethanol and the ethylhexyl glycerin, uniformly stirring the mixture, cooling the mixture to below 37 ℃, and filtering the mixture to obtain the composition.
