(2) adding the preservative, the emulsifier and the excipient into another stirring pot, homogenizing and stirring for 5-8 min at 40-60 ℃, and then cooling to 25-30 ℃ to obtain a mixture B;
(3) mixing the mixture A and the mixture B, and then fully stirring for 0.5-1 h to obtain a mixture C; sampling, inspecting, and discharging;
(4) and adding a skin conditioner and an aromatizing agent into the mixture C, homogenizing and stirring for 5-15 mm, sampling and inspecting, and discharging after the mixture is qualified to obtain the skin conditioner.
Has the advantages that:
(1) in the application, palmitoyl pentapeptide-4, tranexamic acid, panthenol, an orange fruit extract, beta-glucan and allantoin are added in proportion and are matched with a humectant, a preservative, an excipient, an emulsifier, a pH regulator and an aromatizer in a system, so that the prepared essence water has the effects of promoting the repair and growth of skin cells, promoting the generation of collagen and elastin and improving the regeneration rate of stratum corneum, and also has the effects of relieving, resisting allergy, resisting inflammation, whitening and resisting oxidation, can improve the moisturizing capability of skin, reduce the growth of skin wrinkles, improve the roughness of the skin and improve the resistance of the skin to external environmental stimulation.
(2) The skin conditioner contains the neroli extract, can effectively promote cell proliferation activity, and has the effects of promoting growth and delaying aging on dry skin and skin with red blood streak. However, the components of the plant extract are complex, and the solubility and the dispersibility in the system are important influences on the efficacy of the plant extract. The applicant finds that when the emulsifier is added into the system, particularly the emulsifier is PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil/PPG-26-butanol polyether-26, the dispersion compatibility of the orange fruit extract and other components in the system can be increased, probably because the added PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil/PPG-26-butanol polyether-26 can form a film or an electric double layer on the surface of the system, so that the components in the system have electric charges, the surface tension of the components is reduced, the components are prevented from mutually coagulating, the dispersion of the system is improved, and meanwhile, under the synergistic effect of acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer, hydroxypropyl guar gum and other components in the system, the essence components in the essence water are absorbed more quickly, and the effect of the essence components is exerted to a greater extent, in addition, the storage stability of the system is obviously improved, so that the system can be stored for a long time at cold and hot temperatures.
(3) According to the application, the mixture formed by the solvent and the humectant is uniformly and fully mixed with the mixture formed by the preservative, the emulsifier, the excipient and the emulsifier, and then the skin conditioner and the aromatizer are added to prepare the essence water. In addition, the essence prepared by the method is stable in storage and easy to absorb, has obvious effects of moisturizing, anti-allergy and anti-inflammation, and can be widely applied to facial skin care of different skin types.
