Abstract
The invention provides a whitening, anti-aging and moisturizing skin care product containing aloe active substances and a preparation method thereof, wherein the whitening, anti-aging and moisturizing skin care product comprises a phase A, a phase B and a phase C, wherein the phase A is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 8% of propylene glycol; 26, 5% of glyceryl polyether; 5% of glycerol; carbomer, 0.2%; 0.15% of hydroxyethyl cellulose; 0.1% of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate; disodium EDTA, 0.05%; 0.05 percent of sodium hyaluronate; 0.15 percent of methyl hydroxybenzoate and deionized water are added to 100 percent; the phase B comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: beta-glucan, 0.1%; panthenol, 0.1%; aloe active, 2%; aminomethyl propanol, 0.15%; 0.3 percent of phenoxyethanol; phase C comprises 0.05% essence, 0.3% PEG-35 oleum ricini; the phase A has the functions of moisturizing, anti-allergy and relieving, the phase B is used for conditioning the skin and brightening the skin color, and the phase C is used for improving the smell of the product and improving the overall use quality.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of skin care products, in particular to a whitening, anti-aging and moisturizing skin care product containing aloe active substances and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Aloe contains aloe-emodin, aloe-emodin glycoside, aloe polysaccharide, aloe-emodin phenol, organic acid, amino acid, vitamins and enzyme. Aloe has been used in the treatment of skin diseases since ancient times, and fresh leaves are mashed to apply aloe juice to the affected part for treating burn, scald, and mosquito bite. Mixing Aloe juice and flour to obtain paste, applying to affected part, and wrapping with cloth for treating injury, sprain and sore. The invention utilizes the special properties of the aloe vera extract to prepare the whitening, anti-aging and moisturizing skin care product containing the aloe active substances by adopting scientific and rigorous process flow.

further, the preparation method of the whitening, anti-aging and moisturizing skin care product containing the aloe active matter comprises the following steps:
(1) sequentially adding the phase A raw materials into a main pot, starting stirring, uniformly dispersing until no insoluble substances exist, starting heating, heating to 80-85 ℃, preserving heat for 20min, and starting cooling;
(2) preparing aloe active substance, cooling to 45 deg.C, sequentially adding phase B raw materials, and stirring until no insoluble substance exists;
(3) premixing the phase C raw materials, stirring to be uniform and transparent, then slowly adding the mixture into a main pot, stirring to be uniform, cooling to 38 ℃, using filter cloth with more than 400 meshes, filtering and discharging.
The preparation method of the aloe active substance comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the raw materials according to the mass percent, putting propylene glycol into a first beaker, adding PE9010, and uniformly stirring to obtain a solution 1;
(2) adding Aloe vera extract into solution 1, slowly stirring with glass rod to completely disperse and dissolve Aloe vera extract to obtain solution 2;
(3) adding Aloe Barbadensis Miller leaf water into solution 2, slowly stirring with glass rod, and filtering to obtain Aloe active substance.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
