Watch 10
Figure RE-RE-GDA0002677261440000251
Figure RE-RE-GDA0002677261440000261
According to the comparison of the data of comparative example 2 and comparative example 1 in table 10, the content of AGEs in the skin is obviously reduced after the oriental cherry flower extract is added, and the effect of reducing the content of AGEs in the skin is better, so that AGEs are not easy to accumulate, collagen fibers of the skin are not easy to solidify, the reduction of the elasticity reduction and the yellowing and darkness of the skin is reduced, the improvement of the free radical clearance rate is obvious, and the oriental cherry flower extract is proved to have better capability of eliminating free radicals, and has certain improvement in the anti-aging effect.
As can be seen from comparison of data in table 10 in comparative example 3 and comparative example 1, after the bisabolol is added, the absorbance is significantly increased, which indicates that IL-lalpha causing cell inflammation is reduced, and the bisabolol can reduce cell damage caused by detergent contact, effectively repair damaged cells, reduce inflammation caused by cell division, and simultaneously improve the mitochondrial activity ratio, thereby proving that the metabolism speed is increased, the radical scavenging rate is improved to a certain extent, and proving that the antioxidant ability is enhanced, and further the anti-aging ability is improved to a certain extent.
According to the comparison of the data of comparative example 4 and comparative example 1 in table 10, the content of AGEs in the skin is reduced to a certain extent after the harpagne extract is added, so that the collagen fibers are not easy to solidify, the decrease of the light absorption rate is not obvious, and the anti-inflammatory effect of the harpagne extract is general.
According to the comparison of the data of comparative example 5 and comparative example 3 in table 10, the light absorption rate is reduced significantly after the bisabolol and the henry sage extract are added, which indicates that the henry sage extract can effectively improve the anti-inflammatory ability and the metabolism speed of the bisabolol, so that the anti-aging effect is improved to a certain extent.
According to the comparison of the data of comparative example 6 and comparative example 2 in table 10, the skin AGEs content is further reduced after the oriental cherry extract and the Uncaria rhynchophylla extract are added, which shows that the oriental cherry extract and the Uncaria rhynchophylla extract have a superposition effect on the capability of reducing the skin AGEs content, thereby reducing the reduction of the skin elasticity, the Uncaria rhynchophylla extract also improves the metabolism promoting capability of the oriental cherry extract, the free radical clearance rate is obviously improved, the Uncaria rhynchophylla extract is proved to have a synergistic effect on the oxidation resistance of the oriental cherry extract, the oxidation resistance is obviously enhanced, and the anti-aging effect is further improved.
As can be seen from comparison of the data in table 10 in comparative example 7 and comparative example 2, the skin AGEs content increased significantly after the addition of bisabolol, which indicates that bisabolol has an inhibitory effect on the effect of sakura extract on reducing the skin AGEs content, the radical clearance rate decreased, and that bisabolol has an inhibitory effect on the antioxidant ability of sakura extract, thereby deteriorating the anti-aging property to some extent.
As can be seen from comparison of the data in table 10 in comparative example 7 and comparative example 3, the content of skin AGEs is significantly increased after the addition of the sakura extract, which indicates that the sakura extract also has an inhibitory effect on the effect of bisabolol in reducing the content of skin AGEs, and that the absorbance is reduced at the same time, which indicates that the anti-inflammatory effect of bisabolol is also inhibited by the sakura extract, and the ability to promote metabolism is also inhibited, thereby deteriorating anti-aging to some extent.
According to comparison of the data of example 2 and comparative example 5 in table 10, the content of AGEs in the skin is significantly reduced by adding the sakura extract, which indicates that the sakura extract further reduces the solidification of collagen fibers, and has a significant effect on reducing the decrease in skin elasticity, so that the anti-aging effect is further improved.
As can be seen from comparison of the data of example 2 and comparative example 6 in table 10, the absorbance was significantly reduced by the addition of bisabolol, indicating that skin inflammation was reduced, and the inflammation-reducing effect of bisabolol was further improved, and metabolism was also accelerated.
As can be seen from comparison of the data in table 10 in example 2 and comparative example 7, the content of skin AGEs is significantly reduced by adding the harpagoside extract, which indicates that the harpagoside extract not only relieves the inhibitory effect of bisabolol on the sakura extract, but also keeps the good effect of reducing the content of skin AGEs in the sakura extract, and simultaneously significantly reduces the light absorption rate, relieves the inhibitory effect of the anti-inflammatory effect of the sakura extract on bisabolol, improves the anti-inflammatory effect of bisabolol, significantly improves the ability to promote metabolism, and improves the anti-aging effect in each aspect, thereby achieving multiple anti-aging effects.
According to comparison of the data of examples 6 to 8 and example 2 in table 10, the concentrations of the advanced glycosylation end products are maintained at a preferable level by adding bisabolol, the harpagophytum extract, squalane, magnesium gluconate, the chicory extract, the carrageen crispa extract, the gelidium amansii extract, the fucus rudis extract, the sargassum obtusifolia extract, and the yeast fermentation product filtrate, so that the advanced glycosylation end products are not easily accumulated, the skin elasticity is not easily reduced, the absorbance is also reduced to a certain extent, and the metabolism is promoted to a certain extent, so that the inflammation reduction effect is further improved, the radical clearance rate is significantly improved, the antioxidant effect is enhanced, and the multiple anti-aging effect is further improved.
As can be seen from comparison of the data of examples 9 to 11 and example 2 in table 10, the addition of the skin conditioner reduces the concentration and absorbance of the advanced glycosylation end product, reduces the decrease in skin elasticity and the decrease in cell inflammation, and also promotes metabolism, and the radical clearance is improved to some extent, so that the antioxidant ability is enhanced, thereby helping the skin to have a further improved anti-aging effect.
According to the comparison of the data of examples 12 to 14 and example 2 in Table 10, the skin barrier is not easily damaged by adding the moisturizer, so that the skin is more resistant to detergent, thereby reducing the inflammation rate and further enhancing the multiple anti-aging effect.
The embodiments of the present invention are preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is not limited by these embodiments, so: all equivalent changes made according to the structure, shape and principle of the invention are covered by the protection scope of the invention.
