the moisturizing and anti-wrinkle composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.5-10 parts of maltooligosaccharide glucoside, 0.5-10 parts of hydrogenated starch hydrolysate, less than or equal to 1 part of sodium hyaluronate, less than or equal to 10 parts of dipeptide diaminobutyrylbenzylamide diacetate, less than or equal to 10 parts of soluble proteoglycan, less than or equal to 8 parts of a millettia leaf/stem extract, less than or equal to 8 parts of a terminalia faba fruit extract and less than or equal to 5 parts of a shrubalthea bark extract;
the sodium hyaluronate consists of oligomeric sodium hyaluronate, low-molecular sodium hyaluronate and high-molecular sodium hyaluronate; the molecular weight range of the oligomeric sodium hyaluronate is 3-6 kDa; the molecular weight range of the low-molecular sodium hyaluronate is 200-400 kDa; the molecular weight range of the high molecular sodium hyaluronate is more than 1800 kDa.
2. The moisturizing and anti-wrinkle composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sodium hyaluronate is composed of 2-6 parts of oligomeric sodium hyaluronate, 1-2 parts of low molecular sodium hyaluronate and 1 part of high molecular sodium hyaluronate.

The moisturizing and anti-wrinkle composition according to claim 1, wherein the moisturizing and anti-wrinkle composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.5-8 parts of maltooligosaccharide glucoside, 0.5-8 parts of hydrogenated starch hydrolysate, less than or equal to 1 part of sodium hyaluronate, less than or equal to 8 parts of dipeptide diaminobutyrylbenzylamide diacetate, less than or equal to 8 parts of soluble proteoglycan, less than or equal to 7 parts of a millettia leaf/stem extract, less than or equal to 5 parts of a terminalia faba fruit extract and less than or equal to 4 parts of a shrubalthea bark extract.

The moisturizing and anti-wrinkle composition according to claim 3, wherein the moisturizing and anti-wrinkle composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2 parts of maltooligosaccharide glucoside, 1.5 parts of hydrogenated starch hydrolysate, 0.5 part of sodium hyaluronate, 4 parts of dipeptide diaminobutyrylbenzylamide diacetate, 6 parts of soluble proteoglycan, 2 parts of a millettia leaf/stem extract, 2 parts of a terminalia faba fruit extract and 2 parts of a shrubalthea bark extract.
5. The moisturizing and anti-wrinkle composition according to claim 1, wherein the mass percentage of the active glycerol glucoside in the extract of the leaves/stems of Artocarpus heterophyllus is greater than or equal to 50%.
6. The moisturizing and anti-wrinkle composition according to claim 1, wherein the mass percentage of active substances in the hibiscus bark extract is greater than or equal to 20%.
