Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of daily chemical products, and in particular relates to a multi-effect anti-hair loss shampoo and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Alopecia refers to the phenomenon of hair loss, wherein normal hair loss is the hair in catagen and telogen stages, while pathological alopecia is the phenomenon of abnormal or excessive hair loss, and at present, the causes of pathological alopecia generally include androgenetic alopecia, nutritional alopecia, physical alopecia, endocrine alopecia, infectious alopecia, and the like. In the prior art, chemical synthetics such as finasteride, minoxidil and the like are generally adopted to prevent and treat pathological alopecia, but the chemical synthetics are harmful to human bodies after being used for a long time, so that most consumers can select the shampoo with the hair loss prevention function aiming at the hair loss problem, and the hair loss problem is prevented or treated more safely and effectively.
The prior art discloses a preparation case of partial anti-hair loss shampoo at present, for example, Chinese patent 201910098334.X discloses a multi-effect anti-hair loss shampoo and a preparation method thereof, wherein the shampoo comprises the following components and raw materials in percentage by mass: 5 to 20 percent of multi-effect anti-hair loss extracting solution, 10 to 30 percent of foaming agent, 0.5 to 5 percent of thickening agent, 1 to 5 percent of conditioning agent, 0.1 to 1 percent of acidity regulator, 0.1 to 1 percent of antipruritic agent, 1 to 4 percent of viscosity regulator, 0.05 to 1 percent of humectant, 0.1 to 2 percent of preservative, 0.1 to 2 percent of essence and 40 to 70 percent of water. The shampoo provided by the invention can fully exert the special effects of the Chinese herbal medicines, can be quickly absorbed by hair follicles, does not stimulate hairs, does not damage hairs, can be quickly absorbed into the deep parts of the hair follicles, promotes the blood circulation of scalp, keeps the life vitality of the hair follicles, has the advantages of hair growth and continuously improving alopecia, and is suitable for all types of alopecia crowds. However, a certain amount of preservative is required to be added in the preparation of the shampoo and the preparation of the multi-effect anti-hair loss extracting solution, and although the shelf life of the product is prolonged to a certain extent by adding the preservative, the steady state of the microenvironment of the scalp is influenced to a certain extent. Chinese patent 201811058819.8 discloses an anti-hair loss shampoo and its preparation method, which comprises plant extracts 15% by weight; the plant extract comprises radix Sophorae Flavescentis extract, folium Platycladi extract, cortex Cinchonae extract and eclipta prostrata extract. Further comprising: 20% of foaming agent, 1.5% of thickening agent, 2.85% of conditioning agent, 0.2% of acidity regulator, 0.12% of antipruritic agent, 0.3% of scurf remover, 0.4% of viscosity regulator, 0.1% of humectant, 0.4% of essence, 0.5% of preservative and the balance of water. The shampoo has effects of rapidly penetrating, promoting scalp blood circulation, promoting scalp nutrition supply, activating hair follicle, and preventing hair loss. Has no side effect and no harm to human health. However, the shampoo of the present invention has an insufficient anti-alopecia efficacy as a whole.
Aiming at the problems of weak efficacy, high preservative addition and the like of the existing shampoo with the anti-hair loss effect, the novel trend of the current research is to find a shampoo with low preservative addition and high safety so as to fully exert the efficacy of raw materials under the condition of adding similar efficacy raw materials on the premise of ensuring the micro-environment of the scalp and effectively prevent and treat the hair loss.

Test 1: the invention discloses a method for researching and testing the effect of shampoo on the growth of mouse hair, which comprises the following steps: 100C 57BL/6 female mice (weight 18-22g) were bred normally for one week, and after normal breeding, depilation was performed in an area of 2cm × 2cm on the back of the mice (rosin and paraffin were mixed at a weight ratio of 1:1, heated and melted and then applied to a designated area on the back of the mice), and then the mice were randomly divided into 10 groups of 10 groups, wherein 1 group was applied with physiological saline only as a blank control group, the remaining groups were applied with 20mg/kg of shampoo in each example, once in the morning and evening, and after 3 weeks, the hair length and the hair weight of the mice in the test area were measured, and the results were counted in Table 1.
TABLE 1
(Note: in the table: p < 0.05 compared to blank, p < 0.01 compared to blank).
Test 2: research on restoration of hair damage of mice by shampoo in the invention
The test method comprises the following steps: 100C 57BL/6 female mice (weight 18-22g) were fed normally for one week, and then were depilated in the area of 2cm × 2cm on the back of the mice, the procedure of the depilating test was the same as test 1, the mice were randomly divided into 10 groups of 10 groups, wherein 1 group was used as a blank control group and only saline was applied thereto, the remaining groups were each applied 20mg/kg of the shampoo of each example and once in the morning and evening, and after one week, 150mg/kg of cyclophosphamide was injected to the mice in a single dose, and after 3 consecutive weeks from the first application of shampoo or saline, the hair length and the hair weight of the mice in the depilated area were measured, and the results were counted in Table 2.

As can be seen from tables 1-2 of the present invention, the shampoo of the present invention has excellent effects on the normal hair growth and the restoration of the damaged hair of the mice, and in comparison, when the components in the anti-hair loss extract are changed or no synergist is added, the promoting effect on the hair growth is weakened, and even the product effect is inferior to that of the initial research, mainly because the lack or reduction of the key components affects the compounding effect among other components.
In addition, the shampoo in each embodiment is subjected to safety test according to an acute skin irritation test method in cosmetic hygiene code (2015 edition), and the test result shows that the surface of a mouse of a tested animal has no erythema and no swelling after 24 hours, so that the anti-alopecia shampoo disclosed by the invention has no stimulation to the skin and has high safety.
Finally, it should be noted that the above-mentioned contents are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention, and not for limiting the protection scope of the present invention, and that the simple modifications or equivalent substitutions of the technical solutions of the present invention by those of ordinary skill in the art can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.
