Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of plant extracts, in particular to a plant extract with an anti-hair loss and hair-growing effect and application thereof.
Background
Up to 100,000-150,000 hairs were counted on the scalp of the person and their respective growth cycles repeated. The hair growth cycle has three phases: anagen phase, in which hair is most actively growing; the hair begins the degenerative phase of the degeneration; hair growth is stopped and enters the resting, primordial phase. About 15% of the total scalp hair is in the telogen and allergy phases and people typically lose 50-100 hairs per day when new hairs are grown simultaneously.
In general, hair loss refers to a state where no hair is present in a region where hair is normally present, because abnormally shed hair increases in number as the proportion of anagen hair becomes smaller, and the proportion of anagen hair becomes smaller or the proportion of anagen hair increases and decreases. Previously, hair loss was considered as a series of aging phenomena, but with the current social development, the phenomena of hair loss, such as increased stress, staying up, poor scalp blood circulation, excessive androgen secretion, seborrheic dermatitis, genetic factors, nutritional deficiencies, iron deficiencies, drugs, hypothyroidism, etc., are all causes of hair loss, and hair loss phenomena are becoming more common and younger. Therefore, there is an increasing demand for hair loss prevention and hair growth products.
Currently, plant extracts are of interest due to their natural, safe nature, for example, chinese patent application CN202210884041.6 discloses a bacteriostatic, antipruritic and alopecia-preventing composition, and its preparation and application, said composition comprising at least: 1-5 parts by weight of a Cladosiphon okamuranus extract; 1-5 parts by weight of turmeric root extract; and 0.1 to 0.5 part by weight of stilbene glucoside. The invention provides a composition with obviously improved antibacterial speed, itching relieving and alopecia preventing effects, the antibacterial rate of the composition on malassezia furfur in 30min reaches 99.97%, the antibacterial effect is excellent, and the composition contains unstable chemical components but unexpectedly has good stability as a whole. The invention also provides a shampoo containing the composition with obviously improved antibacterial speed, itching relieving and alopecia preventing effects, and the shampoo has good effects of removing dandruff, relieving itching and preventing alopecia.
The alopecia preventing products in the market at present are mainly daily chemical products of ginger components, and the effective and safe components with alopecia preventing effect still remain to be developed and perfected.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, the invention aims to provide the plant extract with the hair loss preventing and growing effects and the application thereof, natural plant components are extracted, and after screening and testing, the plant extract composition capable of improving the hair loss preventing and growing effects is obtained, the effects of the plant extract composition are obviously higher than those of single components, and the plant extract composition is safe and non-irritating in use and has good application prospects.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention has the following technical scheme:
in one aspect, the invention provides a plant extract with hair loss prevention and hair growth promoting effects, which comprises the following raw materials: fructus forsythiae, radix Withania somnifera and radix Asteris.
When the fructus forsythiae, the withania root and the aster are selected from plant materials, the plant extracts are obtained by mixing and extracting; when fructus forsythiae, withania root and aster are extracts, the plant extracts are combined by the extracts.
Preferably, the weight ratio of fructus forsythiae, withania root and aster is 0.5-1:1-2:0.5-1, most preferably 1:2:1.
Preferably, the raw materials further comprise motherwort.
Further preferably, the weight ratio of fructus forsythiae, withania root, motherwort and aster is 0.5-1:1-2:1.5-2:0.5-1, most preferably 1:2:2:1.
In still another aspect, the present invention provides a method for preparing the above plant extract, comprising the steps of:
(1) Mixing fructus forsythiae, radix Withaniae, herba Leonuri and radix Asteris, and pulverizing to obtain extract;
(2) Mixing the extract with water, extracting for the first time, and filtering to obtain residue 1 and filtrate 1;
(3) Mixing the filter residue 1 with butanediol, extracting for the second time, and filtering to obtain filter residue 2 and filtrate 2;
(4) Mixing the filter residue 2 with p-hydroxyacetophenone and 1, 2-hexanediol, extracting for the third time, and filtering to obtain filtrate 3;
(5) Mixing filtrate 1, filtrate 2 and filtrate 3, and concentrating to obtain plant extract.
Preferably, the feed liquid ratio (unit g: ml) of the first extraction is 1:10-20, and the feed liquid ratio of the second extraction and the third extraction is 1:20-40.
Further preferably, the ratio of feed liquid (unit g: ml) at the time of the first extraction is 1:18, and the ratio of feed liquid at the time of the second extraction and the third extraction is 1:30.
Preferably, the temperature of the first extraction is 50-80 ℃; the temperature of the second extraction is 30-50deg.C; the temperature of the third extraction is 25-50deg.C.
Further preferably, the temperature of the first extraction is 60 ℃; the temperature of the second extraction is 45 ℃; the temperature of the third extraction was 32 ℃.
Preferably, the time of the first extraction is 40-120min; the second extraction time is 30-80min; the temperature of the third extraction is 30-80min.
Further preferably, the time of the first extraction is 60min; the second extraction time is 50min; the temperature of the third extraction was 40min.
Preferably, in step (4), the volume ratio of hydroxyacetophenone to 1.2-hexanediol is from 1:2 to 10, more preferably 1:4.
Meanwhile, in the experimental process, the applicant respectively prepares single-component extracts from fructus forsythiae, withania root, motherwort and aster according to the similar steps and then mixes the single-component extracts, and the mixed extraction is preferred in view of shortening the operation time and saving the extraction solvent without obvious difference in effect.
In a final aspect, the present invention provides the use of the above plant extract for the preparation of a product having anti-hair loss and hair-growing efficacy.
Preferably, the product is a topical product.
Such topical products include, but are not limited to, shampoos, conditioners, essences, essential oils, ointments, sprays, and the like.

Result detection
1. Experimental animals and groupings: clean-class Wistar rats weighing 180-210g, females, 160 total, were housed under normal conditions for one week, randomly grouped, 10 per group.
2. The experimental method comprises the following steps: the extracts prepared in the examples and comparative examples were administered in groups according to the following table by selecting a flat area of 3cm x 3cm on the back of each mouse, and applying the extracts of each group to the depilatory area after preparing the extracts of each group into a solution with a mass concentration of 10%, wherein the application amount is 25mg/kg, each time in the morning and evening, and the blank group was applied with distilled water of the same mass. After one week, each mouse was injected with 160mg/kg cyclophosphamide in a single dose, and the administration was continued for 2 weeks in the manner described above, the hair in the dehaired area was removed, the hair length, hair weight, skin abnormality were recorded, and the mice were fed with water freely during the experiment.
3. The experimental results are as follows:
note that: p < 0.05, p < 0.01 compared to the blank group
4. Discussion of results
From the results in the table it can be seen that:
(1) The mixed extracts of fructus forsythiae, withania root and aster and the mixture of the extracts of the three have good effects of preventing alopecia and growing hair, and can be used in hair washing and hair care products.
(2) The results of single extracts of fructus forsythiae, withania root and aster with the concentration of 10% are not obvious, and meanwhile, the results of single extract of fructus forsythiae, withania root, single extract of fructus forsythiae, and aster, single extract of fructus forsythiae, are 1:2, 1:1, and 2:1 are improved to a certain extent relative to the single extract, but the improvement degree is not obvious.
(3) The experimental results of the single fructus forsythiae extract, the single withano root extract and the single aster root extract = 1:2:1 group prove that the compound composition of the three extracts remarkably improves the hair length and the hair weight of a Wistar rat, and the results show that the single fructus forsythiae extract, the single withano root extract and the single aster root extract have synergistic effects in the aspect of hair loss prevention and hair growth.
(4) The mixed extracts of examples 4-7 all obviously improve the hair loss preventing and hair growing effects, p is less than 0.01, and the hair length and the hair weight are further improved after the motherwort herb is added. In addition, the mode of mixed extraction is finally selected in view of shortening the operation time and saving the extraction solvent.
(5) The technical effect of the comparative examples 1 to 3 is also remarkably improved, but compared with the example 4, the volume ratio of the hydroxyacetophenone to the 1.2-hexanediol is 1:4, which is most favorable for the extraction of the active ingredients, and the anti-hair loss and hair growth effects are further improved, so that the volume ratio of the hydroxyacetophenone to the 1.2-hexanediol is preferably 1:4.
(6) The plant extract is safe and nonirritant, does not have adverse reactions such as redness, spots, roughness and the like after being used for 3 weeks, and is milder when being applied to daily chemical products.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiments of the invention is not intended to be limiting, but rather is intended to cover all modifications, equivalents, alternatives, and improvements that fall within the spirit and scope of the invention.
