Test for preventing Hair loss
The hair loss prevention shampoos of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 4 were tested for hair loss prevention effects. 300 volunteers with average hair loss number more than 100/day are selected as subjects, the subjects are randomly divided into 10 groups, 30 persons in each group respectively try out shampoos of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-3, and comparative example 4 is a shampoo sold in a certain brand for preventing hair loss. The test method comprises the following steps: the hair was washed every two days, combed 2 times in the morning and evening, the shed hair was collected and counted for a test period of 4 weeks (28 days), and the average value was finally taken. The statistical results are shown in table 1.
The results in table 1 show that the shampoos of examples 1 to 3 all have good anti-hair-loss effects, and the average hair loss number per day after 4 weeks of use is reduced to below 70, which indicates that the shampoo of the present invention can effectively alleviate excessive hair loss, consolidate hair root growth, and have significant anti-hair-loss effects. In addition, it can be seen that the hair loss preventing effect of the shampoos in the examples is different, which indicates that different proportions of the components in the formula of the invention also have a certain influence on the efficacy of the shampoo, wherein the effects of the shampoos in the examples 1 and 2 are better. From the results of comparative examples 1 to 4, it can be seen that when one or more of polyglycerol-10 and polyglycerol-6 dioleate is absent in the formula, the anti-hair loss effect of the shampoo is reduced, so that the compounding of the polyglycerol-10 and polyglycerol-6 dioleate and the extract of the camellia seed can generate a synergistic effect, and the anti-hair loss effect is better.

Preparing synthetic grease:
synthetic oils are designed to mimic the composition of oil in hair:
1, placing 30% of olive oil, 10% of palmitic acid, 10% of stearic acid, 10% of oleic acid, 10% of paraffin, 15% of squalene and 15% of beeswax together according to the weight ratio, and heating until the olive oil, the palmitic acid, the stearic acid, the oleic acid, the paraffin, the squalene and the beeswax are dissolved and dispersed uniformly for later use.
And 2, adding 5 wt% of the prepared synthetic grease into 95 wt% of ethanol to prepare a 5% synthetic grease solution.
Three groups of 15 tresses were taken, the size of the tress being 10 cm long, 3 cm wide, and each tress sample weighed and recorded. And putting the sample hair bundle into 5% synthetic oil solution, soaking for 1-3 minutes, taking out, air-drying, and weighing to determine the weight (mg) of the residual synthetic oil in the hair bundle sample. Then, preparing an aqueous solution of 5% by volume and respectively containing (a) the shampoo containing the camellia seed extract of the present invention; (b) 500 ml of each of a control shampoo (containing no camellia seed extract) and (c) a commercial shampoo (a certain brand of oil-removing shampoo) was used. Three groups of tresses treated with 5% synthetic oil solution were immersed in the above three 500 ml shampoos for 2 minutes, rinsed with water for 1 minute, then placed in a drying oven for drying for 12 hours, taken out and weighed again, and the amount of residual substances (synthetic oil) on the hair was calculated, and finally the average amount of removal of the tresses was calculated as shown in table 3.
