The skin irritation test was performed as required by the cosmetic hygiene code (2007). The test method comprises the following steps: healthy, adult and skin-damage-free white rabbits are selected for 3 animals, 24 hours before experiment, the two sides of the spine of the back of each rabbit are sheared respectively, the epidermis cannot be damaged, and the hair removing range is respectively 2.5cm multiplied by 2.5 cm. 0.3ml of the shampoo baths of examples 1 to 3 were applied to the hair-removed area of 2.2cm X2.2 cm, respectively. the tested sample points were in the range of 0-0.5 according to skin irritation intensity classification of "cosmetic hygiene standards", which indicates that the sample is not irritating to the skin, and as shown in the above table, the shampoo of the present invention of examples 1-5 is non-irritating to the skin, wherein the shampoo of example 3 has the lowest influence on the skin.
The eye irritation test of the amino acid mild tear-free natural plant shampoo is carried out by adopting a chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane experiment (HET-CAM).
The chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane test (HET-CAM) is an in vitro ocular irritant assessment method, and the chorioallantoic membrane (CAM) is a respiratory membrane that surrounds the chick embryo. The test utilizes the characteristics of complete, obvious and transparent vascular system of chorioallantoic membrane in middle stage of hatched 9-day embryo fertilized chick embryo, a certain amount of test substance is directly contacted with chorioallantoic membrane of chick embryo, the change of chorioallantoic membrane toxicity effect indexes (such as bleeding, blood coagulation and blood vessel melting) is observed after a period of action, and the indexes reflect the change of morphological structure, color and permeability of blood vessels and blood vessel network, reflect the phenomena of chorioallantoic membrane protein denaturation and the damage degree thereof, and then a score is obtained by combination for evaluating the eye irritation of the test substance.
The specific test method is as follows: purchasing 0-day-old chicken embryos, culturing in an incubator at 37.5 +/-0.5 ℃ and with relative humidity of 50-60%, checking the condition of the chicken embryos by using an egg candler when the chicken embryos are incubated for 9 days, and discarding the chicken embryos which are not incubated to live or fertilized.
Selecting 6 alive chick embryos, and taking out the chorioallantoic membranes for use according to a correct operation method. 0.3mL of the amino acid mild lacrimation-free shampoo is directly dripped on the surface of a chorioallantoic membrane, the reaction condition of the chorioallantoic membrane is observed under a microscope, and the time of each toxic effect within 5 minutes of action is recorded. And additionally arranging a negative control group and a positive control group, selecting a sodium chloride solution with the mass concentration of 0.9% as the negative control group, and selecting a 0.1mol/L sodium hydroxide solution as the positive control group.
And (4) evaluating the results: the test was a liquid sample and the irritation was assessed by the reaction time method. The stimulation score (IS) was calculated using the following formula:

in the formula: SecH: (bleeding time, the average time to onset of bleeding observed on the chorioallantoic membrane in seconds/s); SecL: (vascular melting time, the average time to onset of vascular melting observed on the chorioallantoic membrane in seconds/s); SecC: (clotting time, the average time to the onset of clotting observed on the chorioallantoic membrane in seconds/s); note: if no corresponding vascular effect occurs, the time is recorded as 301 seconds.
Classifying the eye irritation of the test object according to the calculated IS value: IS IS less than 1, and has no irritation; IS IS more than or equal to 1 and less than 5, and IS slightly irritant; IS IS more than or equal to 5 and less than 9, and moderate irritation; IS IS more than or equal to 10 and IS strong in irritation.
The results of the experiment are as follows:

as can be seen from the above table, the IS values of the amino acid mild lacrimation-free natural plant shampoo disclosed by the invention in examples 1-3 are 0.01, 0.02 and 0 respectively, which indicates that the amino acid mild lacrimation-free natural plant shampoo has no irritation to human eyes. Therefore, the soft eye mask adopts a mild lacrimation formula, and gently cares the tender eye mask of a user.

The amino acid mild tear-free natural plant shampoo is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of amino acid surfactant, 10-15 parts of aloe extract, 10-20 parts of magnolia extract, 10-15 parts of chamomile extract, 15-20 parts of malt extract, 10-15 parts of olive extract, 5-10 parts of carrot extract, 5-10 parts of cocamidopropyl betaine, 5-10 parts of lauramidopropyl amine oxide, 3-5 parts of lactic acid, 5-10 parts of coconut fatty acid monoethanolamide, 5-10 parts of natural betaine, 5-10 parts of salicylic acid, 3-5 parts of alkyl glycoside, 3-5 parts of citric acid and 1-3 parts of plant essential oil.

The amino acid mild tear-free natural plant shampoo as claimed in claim 1, comprising the following components in parts by weight: 35-45 parts of amino acid surfactant, 12-14 parts of aloe extract, 13-18 parts of magnolia extract, 12-14 parts of chamomile extract, 17-19 parts of malt extract, 7-8 parts of carrot extract, 7-8 parts of cocamidopropyl betaine, 7-8 parts of lauramidopropyl amine oxide, 3-5 parts of lactic acid, 12-14 parts of olive extract, 7-8 parts of coconut fatty acid monoethanolamide, 7-8 parts of natural betaine, 7-8 parts of salicylic acid, 3-5 parts of alkyl glycoside, 3-5 parts of citric acid and 1-3 parts of plant essential oil.

The amino acid mild tear-free natural plant shampoo as claimed in claim 1, comprising the following components in parts by weight: 40 parts of amino acid surfactant, 13 parts of aloe extract, 15 parts of magnolia flower extract, 13 parts of chamomile extract, 18 parts of malt extract, 12 parts of olive extract, 7 parts of carrot extract, 7 parts of cocamidopropyl betaine, 7 parts of lauramidopropyl amine oxide, 4 parts of lactic acid, 7 parts of coconut oil fatty acid monoethanolamide, 7 parts of natural betaine, 8 parts of salicylic acid, 4 parts of alkyl glycoside, 4 parts of citric acid and 2 parts of plant essential oil.

The amino acid mild tear-free natural plant shampoo according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein the amino acid surfactant is one or a mixture of sodium cocoyl glutamate, disodium cocoyl glutamate, potassium cocoyl glutamate, TEA cocoyl glutamate, sodium lauroyl glutamate, sodium methyl lauroyl taurate, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate and sodium myristoyl sarcosinate.
5. The amino acid mild tear-free natural plant shampoo as claimed in any one of claims 1-3, further comprising a conditioner, a thickener, and an emulsifier.

The amino acid mild tear-free natural plant shampoo as defined in claim 5, wherein the conditioner is a mixture of propylene glycol, polyquaternium-10, panthenol; the thickening agent is a mixture of guar gum hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride and pyridone ethanolamine salt; the emulsifier is water-soluble lanolin.
7. The amino acid mild tear-free natural plant shampoo as claimed in any one of claims 1-3, wherein the plant essential oil is one or a mixture of rose essential oil, cherry essential oil and grape essential oil.
8. The amino acid mild tear-free natural plant shampoo as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3 wherein the alkyl glycoside is one or a mixture of lauryl glucoside, coco glucoside, octyl glucoside and myristyl glucoside.
9. A method for preparing the amino acid mild tear-free natural plant shampoo as defined in any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:
s1, preparation of plant extracts: cleaning the raw materials, and performing ultraviolet sterilization to obtain pretreated raw materials; distilling and extracting aloe, magnolia flower, chamomile, malt, olive and carrot in the pretreated raw materials by a steam distillation method respectively to obtain raw material extracts for later use;
s2, mixing an amino acid surfactant, coconut monoethanolamide, cocamidopropyl betaine, lauramidopropyl amine oxide, lactic acid, natural betaine, salicylic acid and alkyl glycoside with a proper amount of deionized water according to the weight parts, heating to 75-85 ℃, and stirring for 10-30min until the raw materials are completely dissolved;
s3, cooling the system to 40 ℃, adding the raw material extract obtained in the step S1, mixing and stirring uniformly according to the parts by weight, stirring for 10-30min, adding the plant essential oil, stirring and adjusting the viscosity to 7000-9000cP, adding the citric acid to adjust the pH to 5.5-5.8, stirring under the vacuum condition, cooling to 37 ℃, discharging, and filling to obtain the amino acid mild tear-free natural plant shampoo.
10. Use of the amino acid mild tear-free natural plant shampoo according to any one of claims 1-8, wherein the amino acid mild tear-free natural plant shampoo is used in a cleaning product.
