Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of washing and caring products, in particular to a non-irritating hair repairing composition and an anti-hair-loss shampoo, wherein the composition comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.5 to 10 percent of cacumen biotae extract, 1 to 8 percent of ginseng root extract, 2 to 12 percent of ginger root extract, 1 to 10 percent of saccharomycetes/acetobacter xylinum/black tea fermentation product and 0.5 to 20 percent of betaine. According to the invention, through synergistic compounding of the biota orientalis extract, the ginseng root extract, the ginger root extract, the saccharomycete/acetobacter xylinum/black tea fermentation product and the betaine, perfect combination of no bioaccumulation and water retention can be realized, and the composition can deeply repair hair follicles in the hair cleaning process through synergistic effect, and meanwhile, the safety of the product is effectively improved. The composition is applied to the hair-loss prevention shampoo, can achieve multiple effects of cleaning, repairing, preventing hair loss, preserving hair moisture and the like, and is suitable for people puzzling the hair loss.

Technical Field

Background
In the current society, the brain cortex is always in an excited state and is difficult to be restrained when the hair is in the night, the brain cortex is excited, blood and nutrient substances delivered from various parts of the body are concentrated to the brain, and other parts possibly have the condition of insufficient blood supply, and if scalp hair follicles are always in a state of insufficient blood supply, the hair can slowly become withered, yellow, crisp and even fall off after a long time.

In the prior art, sodium laureth sulfate (SLES) which is a raw material for preparing shampoo products is an indispensable raw material due to the advantages of low price, high foam and strong cleaning power, and the high addition amount of the sodium laureth sulfate also brings certain irritation. Moreover, the hair loss preventing shampoo product only plays a role in one-sided curative effect of the scalp, and rarely considers the damage of the scalp to the hair roots caused by bioaccumulation and the hair loss phenomenon caused by adverse reaction stimulation of the scalp.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention provides a non-irritating hair restoration composition and an anti-hair loss shampoo. The invention discloses a composition which has no biological accumulation in the cleaning process, reduces the bad stimulation to scalp and has the repairing effect to hair and the application thereof in anti-hair-loss shampoo products.
The invention utilizes the performance of betaine to protect cell membranes, greatly reduces the irritation of the shampoo clean raw material sodium laureth sulfate, simultaneously has no biological accumulation of components, reduces the bad irritation to scalp to a certain extent, ensures that the shampoo product is milder in use and hair can not fall off due to irritation, adopts the functional components capable of accelerating blood circulation, repairing damaged hair, activating hair follicle components and controlling oil and promoting metabolism, and is matched with betaine with the hair water-retaining capacity, and the betaine can repair damaged hair from hair follicle to hair root while retaining water, so that the hair can be better nourished in the hair cleaning process, and the damaged hair is stronger and healthier.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a non-irritating hair-repairing composition, comprising the following components in weight percent: 0.5 to 10 percent of cacumen biotae extract, 1 to 8 percent of ginseng root extract, 2 to 12 percent of ginger root extract, 1 to 10 percent of saccharomycetes/acetobacter xylinum/black tea fermentation product and 0.5 to 20 percent of betaine.
In one embodiment of the present invention, a non-irritating hair restoration composition is provided comprising the following components in weight percent: 3-5% of cacumen biotae extract, 2-5% of ginseng root extract, 3-7% of ginger root extract, 3-9% of saccharomycetes/acetobacter xylinum/black tea fermentation product and 2-6% of betaine.
Further, the non-irritating hair-repairing composition of the present invention further comprises the following components in weight percent: 8-18% of sodium laureth sulfate, 1.5-11% of cocamidopropyl betaine and 0.001-5% of PEG-2 laurate.
Further, in one embodiment of the present invention, the non-irritating hair-repairing composition further comprises the following components in weight percent: 10-16% of sodium laureth sulfate, 3-5% of cocamidopropyl betaine and 0.05-2% of PEG-2 laurate, and the components can be used for cleaning while keeping water from losing.
Further, the preparation method of the saccharomycete/acetobacter xylinum/black tea fermentation product comprises the following steps: placing fresh tea leaves in a constant temperature and humidity box for pre-moisture treatment, keeping the temperature at 20-28 ℃ and the humidity at 80-85% for 19-22h, transferring the treated leaves to high-pressure homogenizing wall breaking treatment, taking out semi-permeable vacuole membrane damaged leaves after 65min, placing the leaves in an aseptic tank, fermenting by a small amount of strains for two times, keeping the humidity at 90% and the temperature at 24-29 ℃ for about 2.5h, fermenting, placing the fermented black tea in an aseptic soaking tank, adding dipropylene glycol solution to soak for 8-24h for wall breaking treatment again, transferring the treatment liquid into an extraction tank for microwave extraction, wherein the extraction process adopts a programmed temperature, the extraction time is 10-30min, the microwave power is 300-1500W, the extraction temperature is 50-80 ℃, and filtering the extract through a microporous filter membrane to obtain a saccharomycetes/acetobacter xylis/black tea fermentation product. In the invention, the prepared saccharomycete/acetobacter xylinum/black tea fermentation product can be dispersed in cosmetic-grade glycerol, ethanol or butanediol for standby.
The composition disclosed by the invention does not contain silicone oil, does not have biological accumulation in the cleaning process, has a special hair water-retaining effect of betaine, and simultaneously solves the problem that hair becomes dry due to water loss in the cleaning process, so that the hair becomes sensitive, and does not have bad stimulation in the cleaning process, so that the hair is not easy to sensitive and fall off.
The non-irritating hair-repairing composition of the present invention: the extract of folium Platycladi is obtained from dried tender branches and leaves of Platycladus orientalis of Cupressaceae, and can inhibit bacterial growth obviously when the function of male hormone secretion excessive hair follicle is low. Meanwhile, the Chinese medicine teaches blood heat to generate wind, and the biota orientalis leaf extract has the effects of clearing heat and cooling blood, so that the hair roots which cannot be nourished and shed by the head top can moisten dryness and nourish blood, and the oxidation resistance can activate hair mother cells to revive hair follicles with growth decline.
The Ginseng radix extract can regulate central nervous system excitation process and inhibit process, relieve scalp tension, enhance hematopoiesis, improve head skin blood circulation and regulate immunity, and promote hair growth.
The ginger root extract can inhibit scalp itching, activate hair follicle tissue, increase nutrition supply of hair follicle cells, stimulate new hair growth and excessively stimulate scalp, strengthen hair roots, and normalize blood circulation of head skin.
The yeast/acetobacter/black tea fermentation product can balance oil and remove dandruff, and can improve scalp metabolism caused by excessive secretion of oil and accumulation of dandruff.
Particularly, the added active component saccharomycetes/acetobacter xylinum/black tea fermentation product is tea polyphenol active ferment produced by fermenting and decomposing black tea added with active saccharomycetes through self enzyme, and the antioxidation capability of the tea polyphenol active ferment can reach 100 times of that of L-ascorbic acid. The invention can be applied to shampoo products, has good effects of controlling oil and removing dandruff, inhibiting bacteria and diminishing inflammation, and the special Theaflavin (TFS), thearubigin (TRS) and Theabrownin (TB) can promote scalp blood circulation, thereby playing a role in hair growth.
In the invention, the irritation of the shampoo cleaning raw material sodium laureth sulfate is greatly reduced by utilizing the cell membrane protection performance of betaine, meanwhile, the components of the invention have no biological accumulation, the bad irritation to the scalp is reduced to a certain extent, the scalp is milder in use and is not easy to be sensitive, and the active ingredients of the traditional Chinese medicine are better absorbed. The pyramid structure formed by the repairing composition provided by the invention can repair and nourish each hair from hair follicle to hair root. The invention solves a series of problems of bioaccumulation, mildness, scalp nourishing and the like of the anti-hair-loss shampoo product, prevents the problem of hair loss caused by scalp irritation, reduces the anti-allergic drug resistance without adding an anti-allergic agent, and can repair damaged hair unknowingly.
The invention also provides a non-irritating hair repair and anti-hair loss shampoo, which comprises the non-irritating hair repair composition.
Furthermore, the non-irritating hair restoration and anti-hair loss shampoo also comprises one or more of polyquaternium-7, polyquaternium-10 and polyquaternium-6, and the non-irritating hair restoration and anti-hair loss shampoo can be used as a hair conditioning component.
Furthermore, the non-irritating hair restoration and anti-hair loss shampoo also comprises one or more of keratin amino acid, sodium hyaluronate, panthenol and tocopheryl acetate, and can be used as a moisturizing and restoring component.
Furthermore, the non-irritating hair-repairing and anti-hair-loss shampoo also comprises one or more of cocamide DEA, cocamide MEA and lauramidopropyl betaine, and the components can be used as cleaning components.
Furthermore, the non-irritating hair restoration anti-hair loss shampoo also comprises one or more of a root extract, a rehmannia root extract, a astragalus root extract, a mulberry root extract, a black sesame extract, a wolfberry fruit extract and a tea extract, and can be used as components for activating blood circulation, growing hair and irritating hair follicles.
Excessive sebum secretion is accumulated around hair follicle to press or block hair follicle, which is easy to inhibit normal growth of hair, and the hair is blocked and easy to fall off. The non-biological accumulation shampoo product provided by the invention can clean scalp and does not stimulate the scalp. The hair care shampoo of the invention comprises a hair repair composition which is formed by combining a arborvitae component serving as a hair follicle active substance, a ginseng root component serving as a microcirculation improving essence, a ginger component consisting of hair follicle growth stimulating substance, and a fermentation product of saccharomycetes/acetobacter xylinum/black tea serving as a hair follicle metabolism improving substance. Through the synergistic combination of the components, the hair cleaning can relieve the bad falling off of the hair, accelerate the metabolism of hair follicle cells and make the hair stronger and healthy. Wherein, the cacumen biotae is a good product for treating blood dryness and alopecia; the ginseng contains phytohormones related to estrogen, and the existence of the phytohormones can improve the blood circulation of the skin of the head and regulate the immunity so as to achieve the effect of promoting the hair growth; the ginger root can normalize the blood circulation of the head skin, activate hair follicle tissues, effectively prevent alopecia and white hair, stimulate new growth, inhibit scalp itching and strengthen hair roots; the saccharomycete/acetobacter xylinum/black tea fermentation product balances grease and removes dandruff at the same time, so that the problems of scalp shedding caused by excessive grease secretion and dandruff accumulation can be solved; the betaine is easy to combine with water molecules, and when the physical conditions are changed, the betaine can release water molecules easily, so that the water molecules can be utilized by living cells. Through the synergistic combination of the components, the hair metabolism can be accelerated, the hair roots can be nourished and the hair can be healthier in the cleaning process of the clean scalp.
The invention can play a role in maintaining water in repairing damaged hair and penetrating into hair follicles by the synergistic compounding of the biota orientalis extract, the ginseng root extract, the ginger root extract, the saccharomycetes/acetobacter xylinum/black tea fermentation product and the betaine, so that the active ingredients are firmly locked.
The composition can realize perfect combination of no bioaccumulation and clean water retention, and can deeply repair hair follicles in the hair cleaning process through synergistic effect, and meanwhile, the safety of products is effectively improved. Experiments have shown that the composition of the invention has a remarkable hair loss reducing effect.
Compared with the prior art, the traditional Chinese medicine hair tonic is creatively compounded by the components of accelerating blood circulation of traditional Chinese medicines, repairing damaged hair, stimulating hair follicles of traditional Chinese medicines and controlling oil and promoting metabolism of traditional Chinese medicines, and then is matched with betaine with hair water retention capacity, so that damaged hair is repaired from hair follicles to hair roots while water retention is carried out, and the damaged hair is stronger and healthier.
The composition is applied to the hair-loss prevention shampoo, can achieve multiple effects of cleaning, repairing, preventing hair loss, preserving hair moisture and the like, and is suitable for people puzzling the hair loss. In particular, the invention is suitable for people suffering from physiological alopecia and frequent hair loss, and is not suitable for people suffering from pathological (hair follicle free and hair follicle necrosis irreversible) caused by the frequent hair loss.

This example provides a method for preparing a yeast/acetobacter xylinum/black tea fermentation product according to any one of examples 1 to 6, specifically comprising: placing fresh tea leaves in a constant temperature and humidity box for pre-moisture treatment, keeping the temperature at 25 ℃ and the humidity at 82% for 20h, transferring the treated leaves to high-pressure homogenizing wall breaking treatment, after the time is 65min, taking out the damaged leaves of the semi-permeable vacuole membrane, placing the damaged leaves in a sterile tank, fermenting by a small amount of strains, keeping the humidity at 90%, keeping the temperature at 27 ℃ and the fermentation time for about 2.5h, taking fermented black tea, placing the fermented black tea in a sterile soaking tank, adding dipropylene glycol solution for soaking for 18h for breaking wall breaking treatment again, transferring the treatment liquid into an extraction tank for microwave extraction, adopting program heating in the extraction process, wherein the extraction time is 20min, the microwave power is 1000W, the extraction temperature is 65 ℃, and filtering the extract through a microporous filter membrane to obtain a saccharomycete/acetobacter xylinum/black tea fermentation product.
The non-irritating hair restoration compositions of examples 1-6 were prepared as shampoos 1-6 and placebo sample shampoo 7, respectively, with the weight percentages of the raw material compositions shown in table 2 below.

Performance testing
The shampoo 7 is used as a comparison sample, and the irritation of the shampoo 1-6 and the shampoo 8-12 (the irritation is divided into 0-6 according to the small to large scale, the 0 is no irritation, and the 6 is severe irritation) is tested by using chick embryo chorioallantoic membranes. As can be seen from Table 4, the hair essence composition of the present invention can be used in shampoo products to reduce irritation of shampoo products, increase moisture content of scalp, improve scalp itching irritation, reduce dandruff, inhibit oil secretion, maintain scalp water-oil balance, strengthen hair and reduce hair loss, as compared with placebo sample shampoo 7. As can be seen by comparing the shampoo 8-12 hair essence component composition with the shampoo 3, the biota orientalis extract, the ginseng root extract, the ginger root extract, the saccharomycete/acetobacter xylinum/black tea fermentation product and the betaine exert synergistic effect in the shampoo, and as can be seen by comparing the shampoo 3-5 with the shampoo 2, the addition of the composition achieves the optimal effect in practice when the biota orientalis extract, the ginseng root extract, the ginger root extract, the saccharomycete/acetobacter xylinum/black tea fermentation product and the betaine component are in a certain compounding proportion.

Furthermore, it should be understood that although the present disclosure describes embodiments, not every embodiment is provided with a separate embodiment, and that this description is provided for clarity only, and that the disclosure is not limited to the embodiments described in detail below, and that the embodiments described in the examples may be combined as appropriate to form other embodiments that will be apparent to those skilled in the art. It should be noted that technical features not described in detail in the present invention may be implemented by any prior art in the field.
Claims (9)
1. A non-irritating hair-repairing composition, comprising the following components in weight percent: 0.5-10% of cacumen biotae extract, 1-8% of ginseng root extract, 2-12% of ginger root extract, 1-10% of saccharomycetes/acetobacter xylinum/black tea fermentation product and 0.5-20% of betaine;
the preparation method of the saccharomycetes/acetobacter xylinum/black tea fermentation product comprises the following steps: the fresh tea leaves are placed in a constant temperature and constant humidity box for pre-moisture treatment, the temperature is kept at 20-28 ℃, the humidity is 80-85% for 19-22h, the treated leaves are transferred to high-pressure homogenizing wall breaking treatment, after the time is 65min, the semi-permeable vacuole membrane damaged leaves are taken out and placed in an aseptic tank, the semi-permeable vacuole membrane damaged leaves are put into a bacterial strain for fermentation in two times, the humidity is kept at 90%, the temperature is 24-29 ℃, the fermentation time is 2.5h for fermentation, the fermented black tea is placed in an aseptic soaking tank, dipropylene glycol solution is added for soaking for 8-24h for wall breaking treatment again, the treatment liquid is transferred into an extraction tank for microwave extraction, the extraction process adopts temperature programming, the extraction time is 10-30min, the microwave power is 300-1500W, the extraction temperature is 50-80 ℃, and the extract liquid is filtered through a microporous filter membrane to obtain a saccharomycetes/acetobacter/black tea fermentation product.

The non-irritating hair restoration composition according to claim 1, comprising the following components in weight percent: 3-5% of cacumen biotae extract, 2-5% of ginseng root extract, 3-7% of ginger root extract, 3-9% of saccharomycetes/acetobacter xylinum/black tea fermentation product and 2-6% of betaine.
3. The non-irritating hair restoration composition according to claim 2, further comprising the following components in weight percent: 8-18% of sodium laureth sulfate, 1.5-11% of cocamidopropyl betaine and 0.001-5% of PEG-2 laurate.
4. A non-irritating hair restoration composition according to claim 3, further comprising the following components in weight percent: 10-16% of sodium laureth sulfate, 3-5% of cocamidopropyl betaine and 0.05-2% of PEG-2 laurate.
5. A non-irritating hair restoration anti-hair loss shampoo comprising the non-irritating hair restoration composition of any one of claims 1-4.
6. The non-irritating hair-repairing and anti-hair-loss shampoo according to claim 5, further comprising one or more of polyquaternium-7, polyquaternium-10 and polyquaternium-6.
7. The non-irritating hair-repairing anti-hair-loss shampoo of claim 5, further comprising one or more of keratin amino acids, sodium hyaluronate, panthenol, tocopheryl acetate.
8. The non-irritating hair-repairing and anti-hair-loss shampoo according to claim 5, further comprising one or more of cocamide DEA, cocamide MEA, and lauramidopropyl betaine.
9. The non-irritating hair-repairing and anti-hair-loss shampoo according to claim 5, further comprising one or more of a root extract of chinese rehmannia, astragalus root, mulberry root, black sesame, wolfberry fruit and tea.
