As can be seen from the comparison of example 1 with the blank control, the average skin oil content values at the forehead and the nasal ala of the subject were lower than those of the blank control after the oil-controlling blackhead-removing composition of the present application was used.
As can be seen from the comparison between example 2 and comparative example 1, the average skin oil content value of the subjects at the forehead and the nasal wing is lower than that of comparative example 1 after the oil-control and blackhead-removing composition of the present application is used.
The oil control blackhead removing composition has good oil control capability.
3) Blackhead removing effect test
Subject: 40 test subjects, divided into 4 groups by random method: experimental group 1, experimental group 2, experimental group 3 and control group, 10 in each group.
The test method comprises the following steps: the oil-control blackhead-removing composition prepared in example 1, example 2, example 3 or example 4 and non-woven fabric are prepared into a nasal mask. The oil-controlling and blackhead-removing composition prepared in example 1 was used in experimental group 1, the oil-controlling and blackhead-removing composition prepared in example 2 was used in experimental group 2, the oil-controlling and blackhead-removing composition prepared in example 3 was used in experimental group 3, the oil-controlling and blackhead-removing composition prepared in example 3 was used in experimental group 4, and the oil-controlling and blackhead-removing composition prepared in comparative example 1 was used in comparative group 1, and the concentration of the oil-controlling and blackhead-removing composition was 1.8mg/cm 2 Applying on the nose of the testers of 3 experimental groups for 10 minutes, washing off with clear water, and using for 15 days once in 3 days; the control group used commercial oil-controlling blackhead-removing product at a rate of 1.8mg/cm in the same manner 2 The nose of the test person applied to the control group was washed off with clear water after 10 minutes, and the test person was used once every 3 days for 15 days.
And (4) judging the standard:
high efficiency: the blackheads on the face and the nose are obviously reduced, and the skin gloss is obviously reduced.
The method has the following advantages: the blackhead part of the face and the nose is reduced, and the oily part of the skin is reduced.
And (4) invalidation: the facial, blackhead and clinical symptoms have no obvious change before treatment.
The results of the 15-day effect comparison of the 4 groups of users are shown in table 3 below:
TABLE 3
Group of | Efficient | Is effective | Nullification |
Experimental group 1 | 8 | 2
Experimental group 2 | 9 | 1
Experimental group 3 | 8 | 2
Experimental group 4 | 7 | 3
Control group 1 | 2 | 1 | 7 |
As can be seen from table 3, the oil-control blackhead removing composition of the present invention has a significant blackhead removing effect compared to the oil-control blackhead removing product of the control group.
4) Skin irritation test
Healthy adult rabbits and young rabbits from milk are selected to be 4 rabbits each, and the male and female are 2 rabbits respectively. Marking two complete skin areas and two damaged skin areas on the left side and the right side of the back of each animal respectively, cleaning the damaged skin areas by warm water, disinfecting the damaged skin areas by iodophor, and drawing a well number on a hair removal area by using a sterile needle to cause the damage of the skin. The left sides are coated with deionized water, the right sides are coated with the sample mother liquor in the embodiment, the coating area is 3*3 square centimeters, the coating lasts for 4-6 hours, the coating is continuously carried out for 7 days, the coating is carried out once respectively, erythema and edema are observed and recorded 1 hour after the sample is wiped every day, and the observation is continuously carried out 30-60min,24h,48h and 72h after the sample is given for the last time. And (4) scoring according to the skin irritation response standard, calculating the average score, and judging the irritation strength.
No erythema, edema =0 points;
mild erythema, edema (barely visible) =1 point;
moderate edema, erythema (evident) =2 points;
severe edema (1 mm skin bulge, clear contour), erythema =3 points;
reddish purple erythema to mild eschar formation, severe edema (skin bulge of more than 1mm with enlargement) =4 minutes;
the scores of the items are averaged:
0-0.49 has no irritation;
mild irritation of 0.5-2.99;
3-5.99 moderate stimulation;
6-8 severe stimulation.
The blackhead removing compositions of examples 1 to 4 were subjected to related performance tests, and the test results are shown in table 4 below.
Table 4 results of performance test of the blackhead removing compositions of examples 1 to 4.
Sample (I) | Results of irritation test |
Example 1 | 4 has no irritation |
Example 2 | 3 No irritation, 1 female rabbit mild irritation |
Example 3 | 4 has no irritation |
Example 4 | 3 No irritation, 1 female rabbit mild irritation |
Comparative example | 3 No irritation, 1 female rabbit mild irritation |
As can be seen from the above table, the blackhead removing compositions of examples 1 to 4 are almost non-irritating, which indicates that the blackhead removing compositions provided by the present application are low in irritation and high in safety.
