Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of hair care products, in particular to a silicone-oil-free hair care composition, a silicone-oil-free moistening and smoothing hair mask comprising the silicone-oil-free hair care composition and a preparation method of the silicone-oil-free moistening and smoothing hair mask.
Background
The two-in-one shampoo prepared by innovatively adding silicone oil into the shampoo in the last 90 s of the century establishes the dominance of Chinese hair products with excellent hair softness! The silicon-free hair washing and protecting technology is characterized in that a big flag is placed on the side of a domestic hair product enterprise which resists a huge hair product, such as a treasure, and the biggest technical bottleneck which is placed in the front of a domestic hair product formula worker is to replace silicon oil by using what raw materials to meet the requirement of a consumer on the hair softening effect, and the main structure of a hair film formula is as follows: from the perspective of the thickening agent, the emulsifying agent, the cation and the silicone oil, the largest breakthrough point of the non-silicone oil hair mask is grease replacing the silicone oil, and the emulsifying agent and the cation are optimized to be matched with the selected grease to achieve the best use performance under the condition of no silicone oil. The hair is a keratinized dead cell, a special tissue formed by keratinization of epidermal keratinocytes, which is enclosed in hair follicles, and oil secreted from sebaceous glands at the upper parts of the hair follicles is discharged from pores to moisturize and moisten the hair. If the hair is washed excessively and grease is lost during hair washing, the hair becomes dry and frizzy, and the hair scales are not soft and smooth to be dry and rough compared with the skin after losing moisture. The hair mask is one of hair care products, contains moisture and nutrient substances, can penetrate through hair scales on hair to enter hair, moistens the hair, supplies nutrients, helps to repair fibrous tissues, is suitable for withered and damaged hair, can enable the hair to be glossy and smooth, can deeply nourish and change the hair quality of the hair, and fundamentally moistens the hair.
No silicone oil hair mask on the existing market usually has the phenomena of short nourishing time, poor absorption effect, large irritation to scalp and poor softness, so that the components such as grease and the like need to be further optimized to meet the market demand.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a silicone oil-free moistening and smoothing hair mask which is non-irritant, can deeply lubricate and nourish scalp, protects scalp and smooths hair stems, and a preparation method thereof.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a silicone-oil-free hair care composition comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 50-85% of squalane and 15-50% of trimethylolpropane tricaprylate/tricaprate.
The invention combines squalane and trimethylolpropane tricaprylate/tricaprate oil according to a certain proportion to be applied to hair care, and can supplement the oil lost by cleaning the hair, so that the hair is soft, moist and glossy.
Squalane is a lipid closest to sebum of human body, has high moistening property and moisture retention, excellent oxidation resistance and thermal stability, can inhibit peroxidation of skin lipid, has better affinity effect on hair, can be integrated with the skin lipid membrane of human body, forms a layer of natural barrier on the surface of skin, enhances repair, helps balance between hair and lipid, increases brightness and combing feeling, and has obvious repair effect on damaged hair. Squalane also has effects of expanding scalp pores, promoting blood microcirculation, promoting cell metabolism, repairing damaged cells, and enhancing cell immunity.
Trimethylolpropane tricaprylate/tricaprate is a high-efficiency refreshing type humectant, can rapidly improve the moisture retention of skin and hair, stimulate cell activity, has the effects of keeping skin and hair moist, smooth and preventing dryness, and provides refreshing natural feeling. The chemical structure of the skin moisturizing cream contains (-OH) groups, can form hydrogen bonds with water molecules in the air and durably moisturize, has good air permeability different from the moisturizing of silicone oil, does not cause pore blocking while moisturizing, and enables the skin to be fresh and breathable; the shampoo and hair care product can improve the lubricating feeling of the hair when being flushed, improve the softness and the sticking feeling of the dry hair, has obvious dissolubility to the scurf and can help to reduce and refine the scurf.
Preferably, the silicone-free hair care composition comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 60-70% of squalane and 30-40% of trimethylolpropane tricaprylate/tricaprate.
Through a plurality of experimental researches, the inventor of the application finds that when the addition amount of the trimethylolpropane tricaprylate/tricaprate in the hair care composition is less than 30%, the hair care composition has no obvious effect on softening, moistening and repairing hair; when the amount of trimethylolpropane tricaprylate/tricaprate added to the hair care composition is more than 40%, the hair care composition has insignificant effects of repairing and improving hair as the amount of trimethylolpropane tricaprylate/tricaprate added increases, and more trimethylolpropane tricaprylate/tricaprate added results in waste of raw materials. Therefore, the hair care composition integrates the hair repairing and improving effect and the production cost, and the hair care composition contains 60-70% of squalane and 30-40% of trimethylolpropane tricaprylate/tricaprate.
The invention also provides a silicone-oil-free moistening and smoothing hair mask which comprises the silicone-oil-free hair care composition, wherein the weight of the silicone-oil-free hair care composition accounts for 0.1-10% of the total weight of the silicone-oil-free moistening and smoothing hair mask in percentage by weight.
