Description

Silicone-oil-free transparent amino acid shampoo capable of strengthening hair and repairing scalp barrier and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of daily cosmetics, in particular to silicone oil-free transparent amino acid shampoo for strengthening hair and repairing scalp barriers and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the improvement of consumption level and living standard, the demand of consumers on high-end washing and protecting products is increasing day by day, so the market also puts higher demands on the hair washing and protecting products. The problems of the hair and the scalp include: the environment and shampoo stimulate the scalp to cause phenomena of pruritus, dandruff, even alopecia and the like, and meanwhile, the hair also has the problems of hair cuticle oil reduction, dryness, hair breakage, poor toughness and the like caused by keratin fiber damage.
Along with the continuous improvement of environmental pollution and living pressure of people, the stimulation of traditional surfactants in shampoo and chemical injury caused by bleaching and dyeing, the proportion of people with sensitive scalp is also continuously increased. Impaired scalp barrier is one of the causes of dandruff production, with an incidence rate approaching 50% in the world population. The dandruff population has reduced lipid levels in the stratum corneum of the scalp, high transepidermal water loss (TEWL), reduced peripheral keratinized desmosomes, easier separation and shedding of keratinocytes, and flaky dandruff shedding. Most of the anti-dandruff shampoos on the market today inhibit malassezia or exfoliate the formed dandruff by adding an anti-dandruff agent. Both of these approaches can be product dependent and the problem of dandruff can be exacerbated once the product is removed from service. The new research shows that the colonization ratio of healthy scalp to malassezia on the scalp of a dandruff patient does not change obviously, so the colonization of microorganisms is one factor, but the strengthening of the scalp barrier is another important factor for preventing and solving the dandruff problem. Meanwhile, the damage of the barrier also causes the problems of pruritus, damaged hair follicles and easy shedding of hairs, so that the development of a washing and caring product for repairing the scalp barrier is urgently needed. The amino acid surfactant serving as a mild degradable anionic surfactant is high in foaming property, mild and skin-friendly, and is more and more concerned by consumers, but the application of the amino acid surfactant is limited because the amino acid surfactant has the problem of difficulty in thickening in the application process.
Hair is a natural fiber composed of keratin, mainly composed of cuticle, cortex and medulla, these layers are connected by Cell Membrane Complex (CMC), and the hair surface has a hydrophobic structure, mainly composed of lipid 18-methyl eicosanoic acid (18-MEA) covalently bound to the outer skin (as shown in fig. 1), which can reduce hair friction and maintain hair hydrophobicity. With the fast-paced living frequency in cities, consumers have higher and higher hair washing frequency, and researches show that 50% of extractable lipid in hair is washed away by each hair washing, and the layer of 18-MEA hydrophobic structure on the surface of the hair is partially washed away in the hair washing process, so that the smoothness and the integrity of the hair are reduced, and further damage to hair scales is caused. In the market, conditioner such as silicone oil is used for conditioning hair to improve combing property, but the silicone oil is only attached to the surface of the hair, and the problem is not solved fundamentally.
According to the invention, through the formula combination of product components, two amino acid surfactants are matched in proportion to serve as main surfactants, a unique amino acid surfactant thickening technology is matched, the hair bionic maintenance composition is added, tough hair is repaired fundamentally, the scalp barrier is repaired by the compound barrier repair composition, dandruff formation is inhibited, and the scalp and the hair are maintained at the same time. And finally obtaining the product in a transparent state by matching the components and optimizing the process. At present, no report is available on the products.

The hydrolyzed rice protein and stearamidopropyl dimethylamine complex mimics the structure of the hair surface (as shown in fig. 2). Each cuticle cell of hair contains a thin protein membrane, the epidermis, covered by a lipid layer comprising 18-MEA and free lipids. The hydrolyzed rice protein can be adsorbed on damaged hair surface directionally, and contains carboxyl (-COO) of acidic amino acid part-) Forming a complex with stearamidopropyl dimethylamine through ionic bonds to form a bionic 18-MEA lipid layer to repair the surface of damaged hair and restore the health state of the hair, and has more remarkable effect than that of singly using hydrolyzed rice protein or similar stearamidopropyl dimethylamine structures in the prior patent.
The coconut oil is rich in medium-chain saturated fatty acid which is similar to the surface oil of hair and scalp, so that the permeability is strong, and compared with other oil, the coconut oil is easier to permeate into hair and scalp, supplements missing lipid and really repairs hair.
Panthenol, also known as provitamin B5, has a relatively low molecular weight, can penetrate the cuticle, penetrate the hair to form elastic films, remain on the inside and outside of the hair shaft, repair damaged hair, improve hair luster, reduce split ends of hair, prevent brittleness and breakage, and repair damaged hair.
Coconut oil in the bionic hair-care composition can permeate into hair to supplement missing lipid, panthenol can repair hair shafts, and a compound of hydrolyzed rice protein and stearamidopropyl dimethylamine is biomimetically adsorbed on the surface of the hair to form a biomimetic 18-MEA lipid layer, so that the hair is strengthened and strengthened from inside to outside, one component is absent, and the bionic hair-care effect cannot be achieved.

(1) adding EDTA-2Na, polyquaternium-10, methyl paraben, sodium lauroamphoacetate and lauroyl propyl betaine into a reaction kettle, stirring and heating to 80-85 ℃, and completely dissolving;
(2) adding sodium methyl cocoyl taurate and sodium cocoyl methyl taurine taurate into the reaction kettle, uniformly stirring, and cooling to 45 ℃;
(3) adding cocamide DEA, polyquaternium-52, PPG-3 octyl ether, jojoba wax PEG-120 esters, hydrolyzed collagen PG-propylmethylsilanediol, a mixture of phenoxyethanol and ethylhexyl glycerol, PPG-13-decyltetradecanol polyether-24, a hair bionic maintenance composition and a barrier repair composition into the reaction kettle, and uniformly stirring;
(4) adding PEG-150 pentaerythritol tetrastearate, PPG-2 hydroxyethyl cocamide compound and essence, stirring to be uniform and transparent, and adjusting the pH to 4.3 by using lactic acid to prepare the amino acid shampoo.
The shampoo prepared in the embodiment 1-3 is subjected to effect test, 60 volunteers with dandruff and scalp itch problems are selected in the experiment, the selected volunteers are randomly divided into 3 groups, 20 individuals are selected in each group, after the initial TEWL (skin moisture loss) and the hair contact angle, the toughness and the smoothness are tested, the shampoo prepared in the embodiment 1-3 is used once every 3 days, the TEWL test and the dandruff removing effect evaluation are respectively carried out after 5 times and 10 times of use, the barrier repair effect and the dandruff removing effect are represented, and the contact angle, the toughness and the smoothness are tested after 10 times of use.
Barrier repair effect
The experimental method comprises the following steps:
the TEWL was tested using a multi-probe skin tester Cutomer (MPA 580, C + K, Germany), and the tester was rested for 30 minutes after shampooing, and the TEWL was measured on a scalp-specific area. The skin moisture loss TEWL is a very important parameter for assessing the function of the skin moisture barrier and has gained wide acceptance internationally. The more intact the skin protection layer, the lower the TEWL value for skin water loss. In the process of developing cosmetics, whether the barrier protection function of the skin is damaged or not can be found in time by testing the value of the TEWL (moisture loss) of the skin, and the TEWL can also be applied to allergic patch tests, contact dermatitis, physical therapy, burn and monitoring of new tissues. The scalp barrier repair effect is characterized by measuring the TEWL change condition of a volunteer after using shampoo for 5 times and 10 times, the TEWL reduction condition is divided into three grades of 0, 1-5 and 6-10 according to the experimental result, and the detection result is shown in table 2.
TABLE 2 TEWL reduction
Figure RE-73995DEST_PATH_IMAGE004
The results in Table 2 show that the TEWL value of the volunteer is obviously reduced after 5 times of using the shampoo in the embodiment 1-3, the TEWL value is reduced by 6-10 after 10 times of using the shampoo, the proportion is greatly improved, the barrier repair effect is obvious, and the volunteer using the shampoo in the embodiment 3 generally reflects that the hair becomes thick and the hair strengthening and toughening effect is recognized.
(II) anti-dandruff Effect
The experimental method comprises the following steps:
the volunteers fill in a trial evaluation table after using the product for 5 times and 10 times, and evaluate the anti-dandruff effect, wherein the evaluation is divided into four grades of remarkable effect, effectiveness, generality and ineffectiveness, and the evaluation result is shown in a table 3.
TABLE 3 evaluation of antidandruff Effect
Figure RE-341029DEST_PATH_IMAGE006
Experimental results show that after 5-10 times of using the shampoo in the examples 1-3, dandruff effects of the volunteers are obviously improved, and more than 50% of the volunteers already have obvious effects after 5 times of using the shampoo, firstly, because the amino acid surfactant is mild, stimulation of the surfactant to the scalp is relieved, and meanwhile, the barrier repair composition in the components also synergistically plays a role in resisting inflammation and resisting free radicals.
(III) evaluation of Hair contact Angle, toughness and smoothness
The experimental method comprises the following steps: the contact angle can be used as a parameter for characterizing the hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity of the hair surface, and the larger the contact angle is, the better the hydrophobicity of the hair is, and the higher the health degree of the hair is. Each volunteer took 5 hairs randomly and used deionized water for contact angle test. The strength and toughness were evaluated by the volunteers themselves. The smoothness is determined by the friction coefficient, after each volunteer randomly takes 20 hairs to arrange and fix on a glass slide, the hairs slide from the root to the hair tip by combing with a detector, the average friction coefficient is measured, and the larger the friction coefficient is, the worse the smoothness is.
TABLE 4 evaluation of hair contact angle, tenacity and smoothness
Figure RE-718091DEST_PATH_IMAGE008
The experimental result shows that the health degree, the toughness and the smoothness of the hair are obviously improved after the volunteer uses the shampoo for 10 times, which indicates that the bionic nursing composition fundamentally repairs the damaged hair.
