Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of washing and caring products, and particularly relates to an amino acid shampoo composition with hair care and hair growth functions, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The hair has the functions of defending, protecting and increasing information communication and beauty. Hair is produced by the hair follicle, a structurally complex appendage of the skin that continues to undergo cyclic growth through anagen, catagen and telogen phases. Once the hair follicle cycle is out of order, the normal growth of the hair follicle will be affected, resulting in the occurrence of alopecia. When the hair loss amount is about the same as the new hair amount, the hair density is basically unchanged, namely the normal physiological hair loss is obtained; however, if the hair growth cycle is unbalanced, the amount of hair loss exceeds the amount of new hair, or the hair growth rate is very slow, which leads to thinning of the hair, i.e., pathological hair loss.
The most common pathologic alopecia is seborrheic alopecia, also known as androgenic alopecia, which accounts for over 95% of the incidence of pathologic alopecia and is often accompanied by the problem of excessive scalp oil secretion. In recent years, with the increasing social competition, the increasing survival pressure, the high fat diet, the reduction of sleep, the environmental impact and the use of hair styling products such as hair dyeing and perm, the hair loss patients have the signs of younger age, and the young and the middle-aged people become the leading force of hair loss. Alopecia which appears to be atraumatic and elegant often places an unreasonable mental and psychological burden on the patient. Such baldness generally has a very strong desire for care or treatment.
Therefore, the anti-hair loss and hair-growing medicines and the washing and protecting products are attracted by people. At present, the common pilatory in the market of China is mainly prepared from various hair-growing shampoos and traditional Chinese medicine health-care products. The common hair-growing shampoo in the market mainly reduces seborrheic alopecia through the effect of removing scalp grease, but obviously has poor effect and the problem of treating symptoms and root causes, and the hair-growing and hair-nourishing traditional Chinese medicine health care product mainly achieves the effect of promoting hair growth through improving microcirculation, but also has the problems of poor effect, relatively troublesome use and the like. In addition, the medicines for clinically treating the pathological alopecia are few, the medicines also have the effects only on a small proportion of patients, and certain toxic and side effects can exist after long-term use. Therefore, the hair care products (especially shampoo) which have strong hair care and hair growth functions, good use experience of consumers and convenient use have great market demands.
With the improvement of living standard and the rapid development of science and technology, people have higher and higher requirements on the safety of the surfactant of the shampoo. The amino acid surfactant is a protein-like mild surfactant, has low irritation, low toxicity, softness, good biodegradability, good affinity to human bodies and the like, meets various requirements of consumers, and draws more and more attention of people. In China, the research on amino acid type surfactants is relatively late and laggard, at present, in amino acid shampoos in the domestic market, products taking the surface activity of the sarcosine as a main agent are more, but with the continuous development of the market, the sarcosine is not natural amino acid, and the single sarcosine surfactant has no remarkable obvious advantages in the aspects of foaming, skin feeling, safety and the like. Furthermore, when the amino acid type surfactant is applied to cleaning products, the problem that thickening is difficult or even impossible is often caused, so that the application is difficult. For example, it has been found that conventional shampoo thickeners, such as PEG-150 distearate, PEG-120 methylglucedioate, and acrylic acid (ester) copolymers, are often ineffective in thickening in a sarcosine shampoo system, and that the addition of these components is often accompanied by significant antifoaming effects, which is detrimental to the formation of a foamy shampoo system with rich foam and moderate viscosity, thereby further limiting the use of amino acid surfactants (particularly sarcosine) in hair products.
In view of the urgent need of both hair care and hair growth effects and good use experience for consumers, there is a great need to develop an amino acid shampoo composition having hair care and hair growth functions and capable of effectively thickening and foaming.

The super thermostat is preheated to 40 +/-0.5 ℃, and the Rockwell foam meter is kept at the constant temperature of 40 +/-0.5 ℃. 2.5g of the amino acid shampoo composition sample of examples 1-2 and the samples of comparative example 2, comparative example 4 and comparative example 5 are weighed in sequence, placed in a Roche foamer respectively, then 100mL of hard water and 900mL of pure water of 1500mg/kg are added in sequence, heated to 40 +/-0.5 ℃, stirred to uniformly dissolve the test sample, and the total time from the dissolution in water to the uniform dissolution is 30 minutes.
Washing the tube wall of the froglet instrument with pure water to be clean, then sucking partial test solution by using a 200mL quantitative funnel to wash along the tube wall of the froglet instrument, completely washing the tube without foam, then taking the test solution to be placed at the bottom of the froglet instrument to be aligned with a standard scale to 50mL, sucking the test solution by using the 200mL quantitative funnel, fixing the central position of the funnel, putting down the test solution, immediately starting a stopwatch and recording the foam height (taking the average height of the foam edge and the vertex), reading the second reading at the end of 5 minutes, taking the average value of the two times of data to record, keeping an integer as a result, and repeating the experiment again. The foam performance test results are shown in table 1.
Table 1: foam performance test results of the amino acid shampoo composition of the invention
Group of | Foam height (mm) |
Example 1 | 113 |
Example 2 | 110 |
Comparative example 2 | 100 |
Comparative example 4 | 112 |
Comparative example 5 | 113 |
As shown in table 1, the foam heights of the amino acid shampoo compositions of the present invention, example 1 and example 2, were significantly higher than the composition described in comparative example 2, which did not contain a complex amino acid. The results show that the amino acid shampoo composition can remarkably improve the foam performance of the shampoo composition by combining a plurality of novel biosurfactants with specific dosage and proportion and compound amino acid, and can effectively realize thickening and generate foam with excellent characteristics.
Effect example 2: sensory evaluation of foam experience and comfort of use of the amino acid shampoo composition of the invention
Testing
The same hair quality group was used as the test subjects, 40 subjects were treated, and after each group was treated with the amino acid shampoos of example 1 and comparative example 2, sensory evaluation of foam experience was performed based on foaming power and foam texture, and sensory evaluation was performed based on comfort level.
Specifically, the sensory evaluation manner has a score of 1-5, wherein 1 score represents breakable and loose foam with weak foaming power, and 5 scores represent thin, soft and dense foam with strong foaming power, wherein the higher the score is, the better the foam experience of the subject is represented. And aiming at evaluation of the using comfort degree of the shampoo, the score is also 1-5, wherein 1 score represents obvious irritation, 5 scores represent no irritation when the shampoo is used, and the higher the score is, the higher the using comfort degree of a subject is represented. After the subjects scored, the scores of the subjects in each group were counted, and the average of the scores in each group was counted, and the results are shown in table 2 below.
Table 2: sensory evaluation results of foam experience and comfort of use of the amino acid shampoo composition of the invention
Group of | Average foam sensory experience score | Comfort of use |
Example 1 | 4.9 | 4.9 |
Comparative example 2 | 3.2 | 4.3 |
As shown in Table 2, the amino acid shampoo composition of the present invention, example 1, was significantly superior in foaming power and foam texture to the composition of comparative example 2 containing no complex amino acid. The results show that the amino acid shampoo composition can obviously improve the foam performance of the shampoo composition by combining a plurality of novel biosurfactants with specific dosage ratios and compound amino acid, and can effectively realize thickening and generate foam with excellent characteristics.
The amino acid shampoo composition of the invention showed little difference between the comfort of use of example 1 and the composition of comparative example 2 containing no complex amino acid.
Effect example 3: the amino acid shampoo composition has the effects of hair care and hair growth
In order to examine the hair-caring and hair-growing effect of the amino acid shampoo composition, 90 alopecia subjects with the age of 18-60 years, male and female halves, were selected. The subjects had no disease causing a large amount of alopecia, only the scalp was easily itchy and oiled, the amount of alopecia was 100 or more per day on average, and the duration of alopecia lasted 2 months or more, and the above-mentioned subjects were randomly divided into 4 groups of 30 subjects each.
Each group of subjects received the shampoo compositions of example 1 or comparative examples 4 to 5, respectively, by washing the hair with the above shampoo compositions every two days, using the shampoo compositions 5 to 8g each time, gently rubbing the hair and scalp while using, and evaluating the effects after continuing the use for 2 months. At the end of the study, subjects were observed and counted for hair mass, hair density. The experimental results are shown in table 3 below.
Table 3: the amino acid shampoo composition has the effects of hair care and hair growth
As can be seen from the results in table 3, the shampoo composition of comparative example 4 containing no niacinamide has only certain effects of preventing hair loss and stimulating hair regrowth, which is far less effective than the composition of example 1 containing both niacinamide and natural plant extracts. Therefore, the composition of the nicotinamide and the natural plant extract plays a synergistic effect in the aspects of hair care and hair growth.
Furthermore, as can be seen from the results of comparative example 5, when the linseed extract among the natural plant extracts was replaced with the sesame seed extract which also has hair-conditioning, skin-care and anti-inflammatory effects, the hair care and hair growth effects of the shampoo composition were significantly reduced, suggesting that there was a synergistic effect in hair care and hair growth only when niacinamide was combined with a specific weight of the natural plant extract composition.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present invention fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents, the present invention is also intended to include such modifications and variations.
