Description

Multi-effect scalp care composition, preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of daily chemicals, and relates to a multi-effect scalp care composition, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Hair nourishing and protecting are increasingly appreciated, and some problems of hair or scalp, such as excessive oil secretion, dandruff or dry and split hair, which often occur in hair nourishing and protecting are always puzzled. The scalp care product is applied to the skin of the head. The healthy scalp does not have the phenomena of itch, greasiness, dryness and the like, and the sebum secretion of the scalp is moderate, so that the hair follicle mouth can not be blocked. The head skin is thin and sensitive, the density of sebaceous glands is relatively high, the sebum secretion is vigorous, and the head skin is different from the facial skin or the body skin in nature. There are many skin care products on the market, but products for scalp care are rare, and studies on scalp health are rare. In addition, the scalp care awareness of people is thin, the main concern is on the health and care of hair, and the importance of scalp health is ignored.
The scalp is also a part of the skin, which has a similar structure to the facial skin, but is more fragile and slimmer than the facial skin, and the thickness of the scalp is about 1.476 mm, and the thickness of the skin on the cheeks is about 1.533 mm; there are many more sebaceous glands on the scalp, with a density of about 144-192 sebaceous glands per square centimeter, about 52-79 sebaceous glands per square centimeter on the forehead, and about 42-78 sebaceous glands per square centimeter on the cheeks, as measured by statistics. That is, the scalp has twice as many sebaceous glands as compared to the forehead, which is most prone to oil, and the scalp is more heavily cared for.
At present, commercially available scalp care products are mainly combined with hair care products such as shampoo, hair conditioner and the like, belong to washing-off products, have limited residence time in the scalp, and have low addition amount of functional components, so that the scalp care products cannot achieve real effects, and are easy to cause scalp sensitivity. Some products have poor transdermal permeability although they are resident products, or have high irritation to the scalp by adding a high concentration of a penetration enhancer such as ethanol.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions of the present invention are further illustrated by the following specific examples, which do not represent limitations to the scope of the present invention. Insubstantial modifications and adaptations of the present invention by others of the concepts fall within the scope of the invention.
The materials and experimental procedures used in the present invention are, unless otherwise specified, conventional materials and procedures.
Example 1 to example 7
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0002331115340000031
Figure BDA0002331115340000041
Scalp care essences of examples 1-7 were prepared according to table 1 by the following method:
1) Pre-dissolving zinc PCA and piroctone olamine salt in propylene glycol respectively;
2) Putting the residual propylene glycol obtained in the step 1) into a reaction kettle at room temperature;
3) Adding hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, stirring and dissolving;
4) Adding betaine, menthol, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate and panthenol, and stirring until the mixture is dissolved uniformly;
5) Adding PCA zinc pre-dissolved by propylene glycol in the step 1), and uniformly stirring;
6) Adding the piroctone olamine salt pre-dissolved by the propylene glycol in the step 1), uniformly stirring, and discharging.

TABLE 3
Figure BDA0002331115340000043
Figure BDA0002331115340000051
Scalp care essences of comparative examples 1 to 11, which were prepared in the same manner as in the previous examples, were prepared according to tables 2 and 3.
And (4) performance testing:
12 test volunteers aged 18-45 years, half of each male and female, were recruited randomly. After each volunteer had washed his/her head with a blank shampoo, 0.1ml of the test sample was applied to a defined area of the scalp.
Moisture retention Performance test
Skin moisture content test Probe (instrument software CK-MPA-Multi-Probe-AdapterFB): corneometer CM825 tests scalp stratum corneum moisture.
The test results are shown in FIGS. 1-3.
It can be seen from fig. 1 that the moisturizing effect starts to be greatly improved when the betaine consumption is more than 0.1% (example 2), and the moisturizing effect is limited when the betaine consumption is more than 2% (example 1).
As can be seen from fig. 2, the moisturizing effect starts to be greatly improved when the amount of panthenol used is greater than 0.05% (example 4), and the moisturizing effect is improved only to a limited extent when the amount of panthenol used is greater than 2% (example 1).
From fig. 3, it can be seen that the moisturizing effect starts to be greatly improved when the usage amount of the hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate is more than 0.001% (comparative example 8), and the moisturizing effect is better and still better improved when the usage amount of the hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate is more than 0.02% (example 1), but experiments show that the hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate cannot be completely dissolved in propylene glycol and starts to become turbid when the usage amount of the hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate is more than 0.05%.
It is demonstrated that the scalp care essence of the present invention has excellent scalp moisturizing effect.
Oil control Performance test
Using a DZCP-04-01 skin elasticity tester (skin elasticity test probe + skin oil test probe): the scalp oil content was tested by a Cutomer dual & Sebumeter (MPA 580& SM 815).
The results of the oil control performance test are shown in fig. 4.
As can be seen from fig. 4, comparative example 3 and comparative example 10, which contained no or only a very small amount of zinc PCA, did not have an inhibitory effect on scalp oil with time; the scalp care essence liquid of the embodiment 1 or 7 can still effectively inhibit scalp grease after being used for 8 hours, and achieves a good oil control effect.
Scalp care efficacy test
The scalp care essence of example 1 and comparative examples 1 and 11 and the commercially available scalp care essence are dispensed into test packaging bottles of 60 parts to 30mL and distributed to test groups (60 persons) for comparison. Once daily for two weeks, the panelists scored the questionnaire test items according to the usage experience. The scoring criteria used were 7 points, 1 being the worst, 7 being the best, the higher the score the better. The final score is displayed as the statistical average score.
The commercially available scalp care essence lotion is a senior nursing essence lotion with aromatic scalp care, and comprises the following components: water, ethanol, dipropylene glycol, menthol, erythritol, PEG/PPG-14/7 dimethyl ether, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, allantoin, tocopheryl acetate, scutellaria extract, arginine, paeonia root extract, hops extract, zanthoxylum piperitum pericarp extract, iris communis root extract, thiotaurine, ononis Mangifera root extract, polyquaternium-11, perilla leaf extract, polypropylene glycol-13-decyltetradecanol-24, glycerin, PEG-10 methyl ether polydimethylsiloxane, sodium citrate, butylene glycol, citric acid, disodium EDTA, tocopherol, azadirachta indica leaf extract, phenoxyethanol, benzoic acid, and perfume.
The scalp care effect is shown in table 4.
TABLE 4
Figure BDA0002331115340000061
It can be seen from table 4 that piroctone olamine can significantly improve the anti-dandruff and anti-itching effects (comparative example 1VS example 1); the addition of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate can effectively condition scalp to inhibit scalp itching, and can also assist in enhancing oil control and moisture retention effects (comparative example 11VS example 1).
Compared with the commercially available scalp care essence, the scalp care essence disclosed by the invention contains no water, essence and preservative, and still has the functions of controlling oil, moisturizing, relieving itching and removing dandruff. Surprisingly, the scalp care essence of the present invention is even more effective in these aspects than commercially available scalp care essences. The interaction among the components of the scalp care essence disclosed by the invention is proved, so that the effects of the essence in multiple aspects are effectively improved.
