Abstract
The invention discloses a soothing and itching-relieving amino acid shampoo for dry scalp and a preparation process thereof. The shampoo contains PPG-28-butanol polyether-35, dipropylene glycol, butanediol, panthenol and 1, 2-pentanediol, which are used for realizing strong effect and lasting moisture retention of scalp; inulin is a prebiotic to realize scalp microecological balance; taurine and aspartic acid impart nutrition to the scalp and hair under the absorption promoting action of PPG-28-Butanethol-35. A mild amino acid surfactant is adopted to obtain a surfactant with large irritation; the antiseptic aims are achieved by adopting mild antiseptic components such as 1, 2-pentanediol, polyglycerol-10 laurate and the like, and the antiseptic replaces the preservative with large irritation such as Kathon and the like. The shampoo disclosed by the invention has the effects of strongly moisturizing the scalp, reducing the irritation of a scalp care product and keeping the microecological balance of the scalp, and can relieve itching after washing the scalp.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a soothing and itching-relieving amino acid shampoo for dry scalp and a preparation process thereof.
Background
Good scalp and good hair.
The scalp is also a portion of the skin that is similar in structure to facial skin, but the scalp is thinner and has more sebaceous glands than facial skin. The density of sebaceous glands on the scalp is reported to be about 144-2About 52-79 pieces/cm on forehead2About 42-78 pieces/cm on cheek2That is, the number of sebaceous glands on the scalp is twice as large as that of the forehead, which is most prone to oil, so that the scalp is more cared for.
As with facial skin, which is dry, neutral, oily, sensitive, our scalp is also sub-natural. The dry scalp is thin, dry and sensitive, and after being dried, the scalp is very easy to cause dandruff, and after being blown by wind and sun, the scalp often has symptoms of redness, burning pain, itching of the head, desquamation and the like.
The reason for dandruff on dry scalp is different from that on oily scalp, and dandruff on oily scalp is caused by excessive oil secretion to provide nutrition for malassezia. Whereas dry dandruff is a peeling phenomenon due to dryness. Therefore, scientific care of dry scalp should be to moisturize scalp and reduce irritation of scalp care products and maintain microecological balance of scalp, rather than to remove dandruff directly with an antibacterial and antidandruff agent as in oily scalp.
At present, scalp care products mostly focus on the sterilization and dandruff removal agent to remove dandruff, which is not applicable to dry scalp. It is an object of the present invention to provide a scalp care regimen for dry scalp.

Experimental example 1 evaluation of moisturizing Effect
1. Sample preparation and instrumentation
Shampoo samples prepared in examples 1-3 were prepared separately and subjected to the following experiments.
The experimental apparatus was a skin moisture Corneometer test probe manufactured by Courage + Khazaka, Germany (CK, Germany).
2. Principle of experiment
The higher the skin moisture, the higher the skin moisture content and the lower the TEWL value for skin moisture loss.
3. Skin moisture content testing method
100 dry skin people are selected, wherein the age is 20-45 years, and the age is half of that of men and women. Before the test, the subject was asked to sit still in a constant temperature and humidity room at 22 + -1 deg.C and 50 + -5% humidity for 30min and to maintain a relaxed state.
The skin moisture content test was performed on the parietal median skin of the volunteers, and the average of 3 values was taken as the moisture content data (D0). After the test is finished, the volunteers need to use the shampoo according to the requirements, the shampoo is used for continuous trial for 28 days every day, and the 14 th (D14) and 28 th (D28) days of the trial are required for return visit.
4. Test results
The results of the moisture content change rate test are shown in table 2.
Example 1 | 22.9±2.9 | 29.3±2.5 |
Example 2 | 23.6±4.1 | 30.4±2.9 |
Example 3 | 22.2±4.2 | 30.1±3.2 |
The result shows that the shampoo provided by the invention has a good moisturizing effect.
Experimental example 2 evaluation test for scalp Care efficacy
200 dry scalp volunteer subjects with scurf and head itch problems are screened, wherein 80 male subjects and 120 female subjects are aged 25-50 years old. Volunteer subjects were randomly divided into control groups, example 1 groups, 100 per group. The control group is given a shampoo suitable for dry hair of a certain international brand name, and about 5mL of shampoo is taken each time for 1 time per day; example 1 the group was shampooed with the shampoo prepared in example 1 and applied 1 time daily at a dose of about 5 mL. After one month of continuous use, the improvement of dandruff and itching was evaluated and the results are shown in Table 3.
TABLE 3
The result shows that the shampoo prepared in the embodiment 1 of the invention has better hair care effect, can obviously reduce dandruff and head itching, has better effect than the shampoo which is suitable for dry hair of a certain international known brand on the market, and can not cause the increase of dandruff and head itching.
