Shampoo formulations of examples 1-3

The method for preparing the dandruff removing and itching relieving shampoo of the embodiment 1 to 3 comprises the following steps:

(1) Weighing the raw materials according to the weight percentage;

(2) Adding deionized water, an anti-dandruff agent, a surfactant, an antistatic agent, a foaming agent and a humectant into a reactor, heating to 80 ℃, mixing and stirring uniformly;

Experiment of bacteriostatic effect

Perforating with a flat plate, and setting the concentration to 1 × 10 with sterile cotton swab ⁴ -9×10 ⁴ 4 tested bacterial suspensions (malassezia furfur, staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli and candida albicans) of cfu/ml are uniformly smeared on the surface of a nutrient agar plate culture medium, and are placed at room temperature for drying for 10min. Evaluation of antidandruff and antipruritic effects

70 (half of all male and female, age 25-50 years) scalp sub-healthy volunteers were selected. Groups were randomized into 7 groups of 10 people each. Each volunteer washed his hair with shampoo (examples 1-3, comparative examples 1-3, commercially available shampoo) every night, massaged the head for 5 minutes, and then cleaned. The shampoo is applied for two months continuously for 1 time every other day. The test volunteers were rated on the four-grade evaluation criteria of "1= no improvement, 2= slightly improved, 3= significantly improved, 4= completely improved" by themselves, using two indexes of dandruff and scalp itch as the examination basis. The results are shown in Table 2.

The shampoo is also added with various hair conditioners, can effectively improve the conditioning property of hair, and has good compatibility with human hair. Through screening and adding the mild amino acid surfactant, the cleaning and decontaminating effect is obvious, and the use is safe and reliable. The dandruff-removing itching-relieving shampoo disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the dandruff-removing itching-relieving effect and the hair conditioning effect are ensured, meanwhile, the skin irritation is also reduced, meanwhile, the preparation process is simple, and the production cost can be effectively reduced.
