Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of daily chemicals and relates to a dandruff removing shampoo composition.
Background
Dandruff refers to the generation of macroscopic scale particles on the head, which can bring about a series of negative effects on the daily life of people. It is currently widely believed that the cause of dandruff abnormality is that scalp is sensitive due to disorder of endocrine function of the scalp and stimulation by external factors (poor shampoo and the like are used), grease is excessively secreted, and bacterial flora (lipotrophic bacteria mainly comprising malassezia) on the scalp is greatly propagated, so that keratinocytes of the scalp are keratinized too quickly, and therefore, the scalp falls off quickly. The anti-dandruff shampoo in the current market generally achieves the anti-dandruff effect by adding antibacterial components such as Zinc Pyrithione (ZPT) and the like, but has certain limitations, is bad in use feeling, is easy to generate resistance on scalp, and has bad long-term use effect.
Chinese patent application CN 114028285A discloses a shampoo containing cornus extract, and a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the shampoo comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.05-2% of aqueous extract of the fruit of the Chinese wampee, 10-16% of sodium laureth sulfate, 3-8% of cocamidopropyl betaine, 0.2-5% of sodium chloride, 2-5% of ammonium laurylsulfate, 1-3% of cocamide MEA, 1-3% of softener, 1-3% of glycol distearate, 0.2-2% of malto-oligosaccharide glucoside, 0.2-2% of hydrogenated starch hydrolysate, 0.1-1% of sea buckthorn fruit oil, 0.1-1% of allantoin, 0.02-0.8% of EDTA disodium, 0.020.8% of chlorphenicol, 0.02-0.8% of citric acid, 0.1-0.8% of DMDM hydantoin, 0.1-0.6% of polyquaternium and the balance of water. The shampoo can clean hair and scalp, remove dandruff, balance scalp grease secretion, promote head blood circulation and have special effects on protecting scalp and hair health.
Chinese patent application CN 112315858A discloses an anti-hair-loss, hair-nourishing and anti-dandruff shampoo and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of shampoos. The material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: phase A: 64.25-80% of water, 0.1-0.5% of EDTA disodium, 0.05-0.1% of citric acid, 14-20% of laureth ammonium sulfate, 6-10% of laureth ammonium sulfate, 0.1-0.5% of PEG-7M polyethylene glycol, 0.2-0.5% of guar hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, 0.3-1% of polyquaternium, 0.6-2% of bis (hydrogenated tallow) phthalic acid amide, 1.5-3% of ethylene glycol distearate and 0.6-2% of cocoamide DEA; and B phase: 0.3-1% of DMDM hydantoin, 0.8-2% of hydrolyzed silk, 4-10% of myristoyl sarcosine sodium, 0.5-2% of sodium polyaspartate, 0.5-1% of essence, 1.2-2% of sodium chloride, 1-2% of dodecyl sulfate TEA salt, 2-5% of polydimethylsiloxane, 1-3% of polygonum multiflorum extract and 1-5% of sericin. The shampoo prepared by the invention can clean hair and scalp under the combined action of various raw materials, effectively balance scalp grease, relieve head nerves and play a role in preventing alopecia. However, the two disclosed shampoos mainly achieve the effects of removing dandruff and relieving itching by adjusting the water-oil balance of the scalp, have no corresponding solution to the main microbial problems in the dandruff problem, and have limited and slow effects only by balancing the scalp grease.
Therefore, it is necessary to explore a shampoo composition which is mild, has lasting anti-dandruff effect and has a certain antibacterial effect.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems that the use feeling of the anti-dandruff shampoo on the market is poor, the scalp is easy to generate resistance, and the anti-dandruff effect is poor after long-term use, the invention provides the anti-dandruff shampoo composition which is mild, non-irritating, strong in antibacterial capability and good in anti-dandruff effect.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
first, a composition is provided comprising the following components: chlorhexidine undecylenic acid, rice hull, and maltotetraose.
Further, the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.05-2 parts of chlorhexidine undecylenic acid, 1-15 parts of rice hull vinegar and 0.2-5 parts of maltotetraose.
Further, the weight ratio of the chlorhexidine undecylenic acid, the rice hull vinegar and the maltotetraose in the composition is 0.05-2:1-10:0.2-5.
Further, the weight percentage of the chlorhexidine undecylenic acid in the composition is 0.05-2%, the weight percentage of the rice hull vinegar in the composition is 1-10%, and the weight percentage of the maltotetraose in the composition is 0.2-5%.
As can be seen from the chemical structure (I) of the chlorhexidine undecylenic acid in the composition, the chlorhexidine undecylenic acid contains a large number of positively charged nitrogen atoms and negatively charged carboxyl groups, and because of the large cationic charge density and electronegativity, the negative charge of the carboxyl groups is neutralized by the positive charges carried by the nitrogen atoms along with carbon chain transfer, so that the whole molecule is cationic, belongs to cationic organic matters, and forms hydrophobic adsorption with fungus cell walls (peptidoglycan); meanwhile, a large amount of positively charged nitrogen ions contained in the shampoo can promote the adsorption of the shampoo to the surface of a negatively charged thallus, the hydrophobic chain of the shampoo penetrates into the lipoid layer of the thallus cell membrane through permeation and diffusion to change the permeability of the cell membrane, so that the thallus is broken, in addition, hydrophilic groups (carboxyl) penetrate into proteins to cause enzyme to lose activity and protein denaturation, the shampoo has strong bactericidal effect and almost no drug resistance due to the combined effect of the two effects, and the shampoo can not have the effect of reducing the bactericidal and antibacterial functions along with overlong use time, has stable property, does not react with other raw materials to reduce the effect, and has low irritation, so that the shampoo can play a good role in inhibiting and removing dandruff when being added into the shampoo. The rice hull vinegar in the composition is a complex mixture of components, and contains 57.71% of phenols, 13.33% of organic acids, 12.63% of ketones, 3.77% of alcohols, 1.04% of aldehydes, 0.48% of esters and the like, wherein the phenol content is the highest, and the acids and the ketones are the next. The acid substance can dissolve lipid to denature protein and damage cell membrane of microorganism; the phenolic substances can be cracked and penetrate through the cell wall of the microorganism to coagulate and precipitate the mycoprotein, so that the permeability of the cell wall is increased and the content of the thallus is escaped; the alcohol substances can invade the cells of the bacteria by destroying peptide bonds of the proteins to denature the proteins, release water films on the surfaces of the proteins to deactivate the proteins, cause the metabolism disorder of the microorganisms and kill the microorganisms through the bacteriolysis. On one hand, rice hull vinegar is added into shampoo to be used as an antibacterial component; on the other hand, the esters contained in the hair cream have certain permeability, and can supplement nutrient components to the deep part of the scalp; the acetic acid also can soften scalp cuticle, has astringing effect, and has synergistic effect on effective components and relieving scalp. The maltotetraose in the composition is derived from plants, has excellent itching relieving and soothing effects, can improve the water content of the horny layer, reduce the irritation to the scalp, and has a certain repairing and soothing effect on the scalp.
Further, the composition also comprises the following components: anionic surfactant, nonionic surfactant, zwitterionic surfactant, conditioner, pearling agent, thickener, preservative, pH regulator and essence.
Further, the anionic surfactant comprises one or two of sodium lauroyl sarcosinate and sodium dodecyl polyether sulfate.
Further, the nonionic surfactant comprises one or two of cocamide MEA and cocamidomethyl MEA.
Further, the conditioning agent comprises one or more of guar hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, polyquaternium-10 and polydimethylsiloxane.
Further, the zwitterionic surfactant comprises sodium lauroyl amphoacetate, the pearlizing agent comprises ethylene glycol distearate, the thickening agent comprises sodium chloride, the preservative comprises sodium benzoate and/or sodium salicylate, and the pH regulator comprises citric acid and/or arginine.
Further, the use of the composition in the preparation of anti-dandruff shampoos.
In some specific embodiments, the preparation method of the anti-dandruff shampoo composition comprises the following steps (the components are added according to the formula amount):
(1) Adding polyquaternium-10 into water while stirring, heating to 60 ℃, and uniformly dissolving;
(2) Sequentially adding sodium lauroyl amphoacetate, sodium dodecyl polyether sulfate, cocamide MEA and glycol distearate into the solution in the step (1), stirring and heating to 85 ℃, preserving heat for 25 minutes, and cooling after uniform dissolution;
(3) Cooling to 45 ℃, sequentially adding chlorhexidine undecylenic acid, rice hull vinegar, maltotetraose, essence, sodium benzoate, sodium salicylate, sodium chloride and citric acid into the solution in the step (2) one by one, uniformly stirring, and discharging.
The preparation method of the rice hull vinegar comprises the following steps:
(1) Loading rice hulls into a carbonization kettle, and connecting condensation recovery equipment;
(2) Setting the cracking temperature to 400-500 ℃, and collecting condensate;
(3) Standing the condensate liquid, and taking the middle light red clear liquid as rice hull vinegar.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) The anti-dandruff shampoo composition has good antibacterial effect and can maintain micro-ecological balance of scalp;
(2) The anti-dandruff shampoo composition can soften the horny layer, so that nutrient components better enter the scalp to be absorbed, has a certain repairing effect on the horny layer of the scalp, improves the water content of the horny layer, does not become chapped and sensitive, and better resists the stimulation caused by the outside;
