Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of daily cosmetics, and particularly relates to shampoo and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, due to the fact that life rhythm is too fast, working pressure is too high, and environmental pollution is serious, a lot of people have the problem of scurf. Dandruff is produced mainly by a fungus called malassezia, which proliferates on the scalp in large quantities and causes excessive growth of the stratum corneum of the scalp, thus promoting abnormal desquamation of stratum corneum cells in the form of white or gray scales to form dandruff. Malassezia serrata survives after absorbing fatty acids from sebaceous glands, and after saturated fatty acids decomposed from triglyceride in sebum are consumed, the residual unsaturated fatty acids permeate into scalp again, so that scalp inflammatory reaction is caused, the inflammatory reaction accelerates the formation of dandruff, and the circulation is repeated, so that more and more dandruff is caused.
Generally, the dandruff removing shampoo is mainly added with zinc pyrithione, ketoconazole, climbazole, pyridylethanolamine and the like for bacteriostasis so as to achieve the effect of removing dandruff, but the addition of a large amount of the dandruff removing agent has large stimulation to the scalp, and the hair is easily frizzy and rough.

Then, a Leeming & Notman agar culture medium is poured into the culture dish, 1mL of malassezia furfur liquid is poured into the culture medium after solidification, and the liquid is uniformly coated on the solid culture medium. After complete absorption and coagulation, the sample filter paper is placed in culture dishes, the distance between the paper sheets is 24mm, the distance between the paper sheets and the edge of the culture dish is about 15mm, 4 filter paper sheets are placed in each culture dish, and normal saline with the NaCl mass fraction of 0.9% is used as a control. Cultured at 35 ℃ for 7 days. And finally, measuring the diameter of the inhibition zone by using a ruler, and taking the average value. The results of the zone of inhibition test are shown in table 2.
TABLE 2 results of zone of inhibition test for examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 3
As can be seen from Table 2, the diameters of the inhibition zones in examples 1 to 3 are significantly larger than those in comparative examples 1 to 3, which indicates that the combination of the tea extract, rhamnolipid, candida/glucose/rapeseed methyl oleate fermentation product and climbazole has a synergistic inhibition effect.
