after being naturally dried for 24 hours, the dry combing was tested, and wet combing performance and dry combing performance were tested using a multifunctional hair tester (model: british DIA-strong MTT 175), each set of test data being an average value after 10 parallel tests, and the dry and wet combing performance test results are shown in table 1 below:

Note: comparative example 1 is a product prepared by removing the liposome content of the sturgeon roe extract of example 1; comparative example 2 is a product prepared by removing the liposome content of the sturgeon roe extract of example 2; comparative example 3 is a product prepared by removing the liposome content of the sturgeon roe extract of example 3; the control was a commercial shampoo.
According to the results in the table 1, the dry-wet combing property of the hair is obviously improved after the sturgeon roe extract liposome is added, and compared with a control group (commercially available shampoo), the dry-wet combing property of the hair is improved by the shampoo prepared by the formula provided by the invention, so that the sturgeon roe extract liposome hair-strengthening and hair-nourishing amino acid shampoo provided by the invention has the effect of repairing and lubricating the hair.
1.2 testing of foaming Properties
The foaming power of the shampoo was measured by a Roche foamer (model: GB-T74621994), each set of data was an average value of 10 parallel tests, and the results of the measurement of the foaming power performance of the amino acid shampoo for strengthening and nourishing hair using the fish roe extract liposome prepared in the above examples 1 to 3 are shown in FIG. 1.
The results according to fig. 1 show that the foaming effect of the example group is significantly better than that of the control group.
Effect test example 2(clinical test)
2.1 testing of toughness, scalp itching and gloss
Subject: 400 volunteers with damaged hair aged 30-50 years.
The experimental method comprises the following steps: the volunteers were divided into 4 groups of 100 persons, and the 1 st to 4 th groups were treated with the inventive examples 1, 2, 3 and control, respectively, once a day, and 2.5g of the inventive liquid shampoo was administered each time. The effect was observed on day 7, respectively, and the results were measured, as shown in table 2.

According to the experimental data in the table 2, the shampoo prepared in the embodiments 1 to 3 can obviously enhance the toughness and glossiness of the hair and reduce the itching degree of the scalp.
2.2 Effect of sturgeon roe extract liposome addition on product Performance
Taking example 1 as an example, the influence of the amount of the sturgeon roe on the product performance is explored by regulating and controlling the amount of the sturgeon roe, and the specific experimental test results are shown in the following table 3.

Note: the quality is obviously improved; preferably, there is a slight improvement; the ineffectiveness was no improvement.
From the content in the table 3, it can be seen that increasing the addition amount of the sturgeon roe extract liposome has significant effects on hair toughness and scalp itching resistance, but the effect is not increased obviously after excessive addition, the cost is increased more, and the addition amount of 0.6% is ideal. In addition, the glossiness of the shampoo can be well improved by adding the sturgeon roe extract liposome.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention in any way, so that any simple modification, equivalent change and modification made to the above embodiment according to the technical spirit of the present invention are within the scope of the technical solution of the present invention.
Claims (9)
1. The hair-strengthening and hair-nourishing amino acid shampoo containing sturgeon roe extract liposome is characterized by being prepared from the following components in parts by weight:
10-40 parts of a surfactant A;
the surfactant A is one or more of sodium cocoyl isethionate, sodium methyl cocoyl taurate, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate and sodium cocoyl sarcosinate;
1-30 parts of a surfactant B;
the surfactant B is one or more of cocamidopropyl betaine, lauramidopropyl betaine and hydroxysulfobetaine;
1-30 parts of a surfactant C;
the surfactant C is one or more of disodium lauryl sulfosuccinate, sodium myristoyl sarcosinate, sodium lauroyl methylaminopropionate, sodium lauroyl glutamate and sodium cocoyl glutamate;
0.01-5 parts of sturgeon roe extract liposome;
according to the total amount of the liposome, the sturgeon roe extract liposome comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
60-85% of glycerol; 5 to 15 percent of water; 1-10% of caprylic capric triglyceride; 1-10% of lecithin; 0.2-5% of sturgeon roe extract;
dispersing the lecithin in caprylic/capric triglyceride and glycerol, heating to 60-70 ℃ to form transparent yellow liquid, slowly adding deionized water at the same temperature under stirring to form slightly transparent yellowish liquid, slowly cooling to below 45 ℃ under stirring, adding the sturgeon roe extract, stirring, cooling to 30 ℃, filtering with 200 meshes, and discharging to obtain the sturgeon roe liposome;
2. the hair-strengthening amino acid shampoo containing sturgeon roe extract liposome according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the content of the surfactant A is 25-35 parts.
3. The hair-strengthening amino acid shampoo containing sturgeon roe extract liposome according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the content of the surfactant B is 10-25 parts.
4. The hair-strengthening amino acid shampoo containing sturgeon roe extract liposome according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the content of the surfactant C is 15-25 parts.
5. The hair-strengthening amino acid shampoo containing sturgeon roe extract liposome according to claim 1, which is characterized in that:
the preservative is one or more of phenoxyethanol, sodium benzoate, jasmonic acid, ethylhexyl glycerol, pentanediol and caprylyl glycol.
6. The hair-strengthening amino acid shampoo containing sturgeon roe extract liposome according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the content of the sturgeon roe extract liposome is 0.6 part.
7. The preparation method of the hair-strengthening and hair-nourishing amino acid shampoo containing the sturgeon roe extract liposome is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
1) preparing sturgeon roe extract liposome;
2) stirring guar hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride in deionized water at normal temperature to disperse completely;
3) after the solution is stable, adding EDTA-2NA, and stirring and dispersing the solution completely;
4) after the solution is stabilized, heating the main tank to 65-75 ℃, adding the surfactant A, and stirring and dispersing completely;
5) after the solution is stable, adding the surfactants C and B, and stirring and dispersing completely;
6) cooling to below 50 ℃;
7) after the solution is stable, adding a preservative, and stirring and dispersing the preservative until the preservative is completely dissolved;
8) adding squalane and daily essence during stirring, and completely stirring and dispersing;
9) adding sturgeon roe extract liposome, stirring and dispersing completely;
10) adding a proper amount of citric acid according to the pH result, and stirring and completely dispersing;
11) stirring, cooling to 30 ℃, and bottling to obtain the sturgeon roe extract liposome hair-strengthening and hair-nourishing amino acid shampoo.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein: stirring guar hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride in deionized water at normal temperature for completely dispersing for 15-25 minutes at the speed of 100-500 r/min.
9. The method of claim 7, wherein: in the step 4), the heating temperature is between 65 and 75 ℃; the stirring speed for stirring and dispersing completely is 100-300 r/min.
