70 female testers with healthy skin are selected and divided into 14 groups of 5, each time of 2 times in the morning and evening for 8 weeks, and non-woven fabrics are immersed in the vetiver moisturizing facial mask liquid prepared in the examples 1-8 and the comparative examples 1-6 to prepare a facial mask to be applied to the left half face of the testers, and the non-woven fabrics with deionized water immersed in the right half face are applied to serve as blank groups.
The moisture content (%) of the skin was measured using a skin moisture content meter (Corneometer, germany), and then the increase rate (%) of the skin moisture content was calculated, and the result was averaged.

Experiment 2 test of antibacterial Properties
Taking the vetiver moisturizing mask solutions of examples 1-8 and comparative examples 1-6, determining the antibacterial effect of each group of mask solutions, respectively inoculating staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli on the inclined plane of lecithin Tween-80 nutrient agar medium, culturing at 37 ℃ for 24 hours, inoculating candida albicans and aspergillus niger on a liquid medium of a Nahnia type, culturing at 25 ℃ for 5 days, picking each colony, diluting each group of colonies into a concentration of 1.0x10 by using sterile physiological saline 6 cfu/g bacterial suspension, coating the four bacterial suspensions on a nutrient agar plate to prepare a lawn, respectively dipping each group of mask liquid by using a sterile filter paper original piece with the diameter of 3cm, pasting the mask liquid on the plate prepared by the four bacterial suspensions, and observing the diameter (mm) of a bacteriostasis ring after culturing for 7 days. 3 replicates were made for each group and the results averaged.
The results of the above experiments are shown in Table 6.

The data of comparative examples 1 to 4 in Table 6 are compared with the data of example 3, respectively, and the facial mask liquid of comparative example 1 is not added with vetiver root extract, comparative example 2 is not added with fucus extract, comparative example 3 is not added with aloe vera leaf water, comparative example 4 is not added with rose water, the rate of increase of the skin water content of the facial mask liquid of comparative examples 1 to 4 is basically similar, and the diameter of the inhibition zone is basically similar; in example 3, the aloe vera leaf water, the rose water, the fucus extract and the vetiver extract are mutually matched, and compared with comparative examples 1-4, the skin water content increasing rate is improved, and the diameter of the inhibition zone is also obviously increased, which indicates that the aloe vera leaf water, the rose water, the fucus extract and the vetiver extract are mutually matched, thus not only being beneficial to improving the moisturizing effect of the mask liquid, but also being beneficial to improving the antibacterial effect of the mask liquid, and lacking one of the effects of the application can not be achieved.
According to the comparison of the data of comparative examples 5 to 6 in Table 6 with the data of example 3, the amounts of the components of comparative examples 5 to 6 are not within the scope of the protection of the present application, the rate of increase of the skin moisture content of comparative examples 5 to 6 is lower than that of example 3, and the diameter of the inhibition zone is also lower than that of the inhibition zone of example 3, which means that the ratio of the components can have a larger influence on the performance of the mask liquid, so that the amounts of the components in the mask liquid only are within the scope of the protection of the present application, and the effects of improving the moisturizing and antibacterial effects of the mask liquid are achieved.
The data of examples 4-5 in Table 6 are respectively compared with the data of example 3, and the vetiver root extract in examples 4-5 is prepared by the method of the application, so that the rate of increase of the skin moisture content is improved, and the diameter of the inhibition zone is also improved compared with example 3, which indicates that the vetiver root extract prepared by the method of the application is matched with aloe vera leaf water, rose water and fucus extract, thereby being beneficial to improving the effects of resisting bacteria and moisturizing the mask liquid.
Experiment 3 subject use feeling test
The temperature of the test environment is 20-22 ℃, the humidity is 40-60%, and real-time dynamic monitoring is carried out. The ages of the subjects are 18-45 years, and the number of the subjects is 80 for men and women.
The nonwoven fabrics were immersed in the vetiver moisturizing facial mask solutions prepared in examples 1 to 8 and comparative examples 1 to 6, and then the facial mask was applied to the face for 20 minutes, and after 20 minutes, 80 subjects were scored for the skin moisture, skin elasticity, wrinkle change, skin repair effect, and skin lightening change for different items (0 to 100 minutes), and the experimental results are shown in table 8.

The moisture-keeping and water-supplementing effects of the mask liquid can be obtained by scoring the moisture degree and the skin elasticity of the subject; the wrinkle resistance effect of the mask liquid can be obtained by scoring the wrinkle change and repair effect of the skin by a subject; the whitening effect of the mask liquid can be obtained by scoring the change of the skin lightening of the subject.

As can be seen from comparison of the examples in Table 8 and the comparative examples, the mask liquid prepared by the method has the advantages of good moisturizing effect, high anti-wrinkle whitening effect and multiple effects, and can better meet the demands of people.

Claims (5)

1. The vetiver moisturizing mask liquid is characterized in that: comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
8% -12% of a moisturizing conditioner; 0.3% -0.6% of a softener; 3.44 to 9.78 percent of humectant; 0.9% -1.2% of anti-wrinkle conditioning agent; 0.12% -0.26% of thickener; 0.1% -0.2% of p-hydroxyacetophenone; 0.04% -0.09% of chelating agent; 1% -3% of aloe vera leaf water; 1% -2% of rose water; the rest is solvent; the total mass percentage is 100 percent;
wherein, the water supplementing conditioner comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
propylene glycol 0.6% -2%;
0.5% -0.8% of phenoxyethanol;
0.05% -0.1% of p-hydroxyacetophenone;
the rest is vetiver root extract;
the total mass percentage is 100 percent;
the softener comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
0.5% -1.0% of sodium polyglutamate;
2% -4% of Fucus vesiculosus extract;
0.5% -1.5% of 1, 2-pentanediol;
0.3% -0.7% of 1, 2-hexanediol;
0.2% -0.5% of p-hydroxyacetophenone;
the balance being water;
the total mass percentage is 100 percent;
the anti-wrinkle conditioning agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
0.5% -1.0% of beta-glucan;
0.1% -0.5% of p-hydroxyacetophenone;
0.2% -0.6% of 1, 2-hexanediol;
the balance being water;
the total mass percentage is 100 percent;
the preparation method of the vetiver root extract comprises the following steps:
s1: pulverizing radix Isatidis, adding into ultrasonic extraction tank, adding organic solvent, ultrasonic extracting, filtering, and concentrating the filtrate under reduced pressure to obtain concentrated solution;
s2: adding ethanol into the concentrated solution, stirring, reinforcing the concentrated solution after adding ethanol, heating at 45-60deg.C for 1-2 hr, freezing at 1-5deg.C for 8-12 hr, filtering, and concentrating to obtain herba Roxburghii root extract;
in the step S1, the organic solvent comprises ethyl acetate and n-butanol, and the mass ratio of the vetiver root to the organic solvent is 1: (15-18), wherein the ultrasonic extraction temperature is 30-35 ℃, and the ultrasonic time is 25-30min.
