The preparation method of the shampoo for preventing alopecia and removing dandruff is the same as that of the example 1.
Comparative example 3
The embodiment provides an anti-hair loss and dandruff removing shampoo which comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
20% of surfactant, 25% of natural extract, 10% of auxiliary agent and 45% of water;
weighing 3 parts of 1.5g/mL scutellaria baicalensis root extract according to the mass part;
weighing 5 parts of ammonium laureth sulfate, 5 parts of sodium laureth sulfate, 5 parts of cocamide DEA, 5 parts of cocamide MEA and 2 parts of cocamidopropyl betaine according to parts by weight, and mixing to obtain a surfactant mixture;
weighing 0.8 part of bacteriostatic agent, 0.1 part of sodium chloride, 0.1 part of magnesium nitrate, 0.5 part of polyquaternium-10, 0.5 part of DMDM hydantoin, 0.3 part of allantoin, 0.3 part of zinc pyrithione, 1 part of essence, 0.5 part of guar hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride and 0.5 part of acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer, wherein the bacteriostatic agent comprises 0.4 part of methyl chloro isothiazolinone and 0.4 part of methyl isothiazolinone.
The preparation method of the shampoo for preventing alopecia and removing dandruff is the same as that of the example 1.
Comparative example 4
The embodiment provides an anti-hair loss and dandruff removing shampoo which comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
20% of surfactant, 25% of natural extract, 10% of auxiliary agent and 45% of water;
weighing 8 parts of 1.5g/mL tea extract according to the parts by weight;
weighing 5 parts of ammonium laureth sulfate, 5 parts of sodium laureth sulfate, 5 parts of cocamide DEA, 5 parts of cocamide MEA and 2 parts of cocamidopropyl betaine according to parts by weight, and mixing to obtain a surfactant mixture;
weighing 0.8 part of bacteriostatic agent, 0.1 part of sodium chloride, 0.1 part of magnesium nitrate, 0.5 part of polyquaternium-10, 0.5 part of DMDM hydantoin, 0.3 part of allantoin, 0.3 part of zinc pyrithione, 1 part of essence, 0.5 part of guar hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride and 0.5 part of acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer, wherein the bacteriostatic agent comprises 0.4 part of methyl chloro isothiazolinone and 0.4 part of methyl isothiazolinone.
The preparation method of the shampoo for preventing alopecia and removing dandruff is the same as that of the example 1.
First, irritation detection
The shampoo cream prepared in the embodiment 1-3 is sampled and is suitable for being smeared on the back of the hands of 100 volunteers aged 18-50 years, and is observed for 30min to see whether allergic phenomena such as red swelling, eruption, blistering and the like appear, and the observation result shows that: all volunteers have no allergy within 30min, which shows that the shampoo is mild and non-irritant, and does not cause irritation and allergy to skin.
Second, bacteriostatic effect
The shampoo prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 4 were tested for bacteriostatic properties, and the bacterial species were provided by the institute for skin diseases in China. The test method comprises the following steps: the bacteriostatic effect detection is carried out by adopting a bacteriostatic ring method, the used strain is a pityrosporum Malassezia furfur ATCC 44344, the used culture medium is a Leeming and Notman agar culture medium, and the test result is shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from the bacteriostatic effect of the table 1, the shampoos in the embodiments 1 to 3 of the invention have better inhibitory effect on malassezia, and the effect of the comparative examples 1 to 4 and the effect of the embodiment 1 are compared, so that the composition of the components in the natural extract can generate synergistic effect, and the inhibitory effect on the malassezia is obviously better than any one of the four.
Third, anti-dandruff effect
350 volunteers with dandruff and scalp itching problems were selected, randomly divided into 7 groups, and 50 individuals were selected, and the creams prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 4 were used, respectively, and after use, the anti-dandruff and antipruritic effects of the creams were evaluated. The anti-dandruff effect is scored according to the amount and size of dandruff, and the anti-itching effect is scored according to the time when the head itch starts and the degree of the head itch. The evaluation period is 4 weeks, the evaluation is divided into 5 points, 5 points are the highest points, 1 point is the lowest point, and the higher the point is, the better the effect is. The evaluation results are shown in Table 2.

As can be seen from the effects of the table 2, compared with comparative examples 1 to 4, the anti-dandruff and itching-relieving effects of the shampoos in examples 1 to 3 are significantly better, and the anti-dandruff effect of the shampoo provided by the invention is significant due to the synergistic effect among the components in the natural extract adopted in the invention.
Fourth, the effect of preventing alopecia
The hair loss prevention effect of the shampoos prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 4 was tested.
210 volunteers with average hair loss of more than 100/day were selected as subjects, randomly divided into 7 groups of 30 persons each, and the shampoos prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 4 were tried respectively.
The test method comprises the following steps: the hair was washed every two days, combed 2 times in the morning and evening, the shed hair was collected and counted for a test period of 4 weeks (28 days), and finally the average was taken and the test results are shown in table 3.

As can be seen from the results in table 3, the shampoos prepared in examples 1 to 3 had significant anti-hair loss effect, and the average hair loss number per day was reduced to 85 or less after 4 weeks of use; the results of comparative examples 1 to 4 show that the components of the natural extract have synergistic effect, and the shampoo provided by the invention has remarkable anti-hair loss effect. In addition, it can be seen that the anti-hair loss effect of the shampoo in each example is different, which indicates that the ratio of each component in the important composition is different, and the anti-hair loss effect of the shampoo is also influenced to a certain extent.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (9)
1. The anti-hair loss and dandruff removing shampoo is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass:
20-25% of a surfactant, 25-30% of a natural extract, 10-15% of an auxiliary agent and the balance of water;
the natural extracts include centella asiatica extract, rice fermentation product filtrate, scutellaria baicalensis root extract, and tea leaf extract.
2. The anti-hair loss and dandruff removing shampoo as claimed in claim 1, wherein the natural extract comprises the following components in parts by mass: 3-10 parts of a centella asiatica extract, 10-25 parts of a rice fermentation product filtrate, 3-15 parts of a scutellaria baicalensis root extract and 8-20 parts of a tea leaf extract.
3. The anti-hair loss and dandruff removing shampoo as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the natural extract is composed of the following components in parts by mass: 5-8 parts of a centella asiatica extract, 15-20 parts of a rice fermentation product filtrate, 5-10 parts of a scutellaria baicalensis root extract and 10-15 parts of a tea leaf extract.
4. The shampoo for preventing hair loss and removing dandruff as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the concentration of centella asiatica extract, scutellaria baicalensis root extract and tea extract is independently 0.8-1.5 g/mL.
5. The anti-hair loss and dandruff removing shampoo as claimed in claim 1, wherein the surfactant is composed of the following components in parts by mass: 5-20 parts of ammonium laureth sulfate, 5-20 parts of sodium laureth sulfate, 5-10 parts of cocamide DEA, 5-10 parts of cocamide MEA and 2-5 parts of cocamidopropyl betaine.

The anti-hair loss and dandruff removing shampoo as claimed in claim 1 or 5, wherein the surfactant is composed of the following components in parts by mass: 10-15 parts of ammonium laureth sulfate, 10-15 parts of sodium laureth sulfate, 7-8 parts of cocamide DEA, 7-8 parts of cocamide MEA and 3-4 parts of cocamidopropyl betaine.

The anti-hair loss and dandruff removing shampoo as claimed in claim 1, wherein the auxiliary agent comprises the following components in parts by mass: 0.8-2 parts of bacteriostatic agent, 0.1-0.2 part of sodium chloride, 0.1-0.2 part of magnesium nitrate, 0.5-0.8 part of polyquaternium-10, 0.5-0.8 part of DMDM hydantoin, 0.3-0.5 part of allantoin, 0.3-0.5 part of zinc pyrithione, 1-2 parts of essence, 0.5-0.8 part of guar gum hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride and 0.5-0.8 part of acrylic acid (ester)/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer.
8. The anti-hair loss and dandruff removing shampoo cream as claimed in claim 7, wherein the bacteriostatic agent comprises 0.4-1 part of methyl chloro isothiazolinone and 0.4-1 part of methyl isothiazolinone.
9. The preparation method of the anti-hair loss and dandruff removing shampoo as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
mixing the natural extract, the surfactant, the auxiliary agent and water to obtain the anti-hair loss and dandruff removing shampoo.
