The hydrolyzed silk can inhibit the melanin deposition process, has strong permeability, effectively supplements nutrient substances required by the skin, and makes skin cells more moist and elastic.
The ginseng root extract can expand the capillary vessels of the head, can increase the nutrition of the hair, improve the toughness of the hair, reduce alopecia and broken hair, and has a protection effect on the damaged hair; the cacumen biotae extract is a pure natural plant extract product from cacumen biotae, can smooth scalp, enables nutrient components to be better absorbed by hair roots, stimulates and nurses hair stems, prevents falling off, promotes normal growth of hair, and achieves the effects of preventing hair loss and growing hair.
The ginger root extract can promote hair growth, and can be used as hair promoter; the cortex Dictamni Radicis extract has effects of dispelling pathogenic wind, removing dampness, clearing away heat and toxic materials, killing parasite, and relieving itching, and can be used for treating rheumarthritis, traumatic hemorrhage, urticaria, etc.; the extract of Sophora flavescens Aiton root has effects of promoting collagen production, promoting fibroblast proliferation, and resisting skin aging; meanwhile, the product has the efficacy of moisturizing.
Fructus forsythiae extract has certain moisture keeping effect, moderate moisture absorption effect, and can be used for improving xerosis cutis and pachylosis; has good comprehensive oxidation resistance, and has skin activating effect by combining with promotion effect on epithelial proliferation factors and the like. Fructus Cnidii extract has skin nourishing effect.
Through a large amount of researches and experiments, the inventor of the invention discovers that the combination of the components has obvious alopecia stopping effect, and after the composition is tested by volunteers for one month, the number of alopecia of a tester is obviously reduced, and the alopecia stopping effect is obvious; the composition has the effects of removing dandruff, relieving itching, conditioning, controlling oil and the like while preventing alopecia.
When the components are compounded according to specific parts by weight, more obvious alopecia prevention effect can be obtained compared with the single use of the extract, and dandruff and itching can be effectively removed, so that the hair becomes beautiful and dry.
In a second aspect, the invention provides the application of the anti-hair loss composition in preparing an anti-hair loss washing product.
As a preferred embodiment of the application of the invention, the dosage form of the anti-hair loss washing and caring product comprises hair tonic, hair essence, hairdressing gel, shampoo, hair mousse, nourishing hair cream, hair wax, hair membrane, shampoo soap, hair dye, permanent wave agent, hair spray or hair setting agent. The dosage form is not limited thereto.
In a third aspect, the invention provides an anti-hair loss washing and caring product, which comprises 0.73-5.5% of anti-hair loss composition and 94.5-99.27% of additive by mass percent.
As a preferred embodiment of the anti-hair loss washing and protecting product of the present invention, the additive comprises:
0.24-1.2% of humectant, 9.7-30.7% of surfactant, 1.08-6.1% of conditioner, 0.8-3.0% of excipient, 0.1-0.4% of preservative and the balance of water.
As a preferred embodiment of the anti-hair loss washing and care product of the present invention, the moisturizer comprises at least one of polyethylene glycol, panthenol and zinc PCA; the surfactant comprises at least one of ammonium laureth sulfate, sodium laureth sulfate, cocamide MEA, cocamide DEA and sodium lauroyl sarcosinate; the conditioner comprises at least one of polyquaternium, guar hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, EDTA disodium, di (hydrogenated tallow) phthalic acid amide, dimethiconol and citric acid; the excipient is ethylene glycol distearate; the preservative is phenoxyethanol and phenyl glycol.
As a preferred embodiment of the anti-hair loss washing and protecting product, the anti-hair loss washing and protecting product comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
the component A comprises: 0.01 to 0.1 percent of polyethylene glycol, 0.05 to 0.3 percent of polyquaternium, 0.1 to 0.5 percent of guar hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, 0.01 to 0.1 percent of EDTA disodium, 0.02 to 0.2 percent of citric acid and 0.2 to 0.8 percent of panthenol;
and B component: 7.0 to 17.0 percent of ammonium laureth sulfate, 1.0 to 6.0 percent of sodium laureth sulfate, 0.4 to 2.0 percent of di (hydrogenated tallow) phthalic acid amide, 0.4 to 2.0 percent of cocamide, 0.8 to 3.0 percent of ethylene glycol distearate and 0.5 to 1.7 percent of cocamide;
and (C) component: 0.8 to 4.0 percent of sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, 0.5 to 3.0 percent of dimethiconol and 0.03 to 0.3 percent of PCA zinc;
and (D) component: 0.05 to 0.2 percent of phenoxyethanol and 0.05 to 0.2 percent of chlorphenesin;
and E, component (E): 0.3-0.8% of sodium chloride, 0.03-0.3% of hydrolyzed silk, 0.05-0.6% of ginseng root extract, 0.05-0.5% of cacumen biotae extract, 0.05-0.5% of ginger root extract, 0.05-0.5% of cortex dictamni extract, 0.05-0.5% of sophora flavescens root extract, 0.05-0.6% of fructus forsythiae extract, 0.05-0.6% of radix gentianae extract and 0.05-0.6% of fructus cnidii extract; the balance being water.
Wherein, the addition of PCA zinc, polyquaternium-10 and guar gum hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride can also improve the effects of dandruff removing, itching relieving, conditioning and oil control of the anti-alopecia washing and protecting product; when the PCA zinc and the hydrolyzed silk are compounded, the effects of the anti-alopecia washing and caring product on removing dandruff, relieving itching, conditioning and controlling oil can be improved.
In a fourth aspect, the invention provides a preparation method of the anti-hair loss washing and protecting product, which comprises the following steps:
s1, sequentially putting the component A into a stirring pot, stirring at a low speed for homogenization, and starting to heat up until the temperature is 80-85 ℃ after homogenization;
s2, sequentially putting the component B into a stirring pot, homogenizing at high speed for 1-2 minutes, preserving heat for 10-20 minutes, and stirring uniformly;
s3, when the temperature is reduced to 60 ℃, the materials of the component C are sequentially added and stirred uniformly;
s4, continuously stirring and cooling to 45 ℃, adding the component D material, and uniformly stirring;
and S5, sequentially putting the component E materials into a stirring pot, homogenizing at a low speed for 1-2 minutes, cooling to 38 ℃ after uniformly stirring, filtering and discharging.
In a preferred embodiment of the method for preparing the anti-hair loss washing and caring product of the present invention, in step S5, the product is filtered and discharged through a 150-mesh filter cloth.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the invention provides an anti-hair loss composition, an anti-hair loss washing and protecting product and a preparation method thereof, the formula is simple, the anti-hair loss washing and protecting product not only has good anti-hair loss effect, but also can simultaneously care scalp and hair, effectively remove dandruff and relieve itching while preventing hair loss, and enable the hair to become beautiful and dry.
Detailed Description
To better illustrate the objects, aspects and advantages of the present invention, the present invention will be further described with reference to specific examples.
In the following examples and comparative examples, the experimental methods used were conventional ones unless otherwise specified, and the materials, reagents and the like used were commercially available ones unless otherwise specified.
Examples 1 to 10
The following example provides a formulation for a shampoo for preventing hair loss, as shown in table 1.
A method for preparing a shampoo for preventing alopecia comprises the following steps:
s1, sequentially putting the component A into a stirring pot, stirring at a low speed for homogenization (1000 revolutions per minute), and starting to heat until the temperature reaches 80-85 ℃;
s2, sequentially putting the component B into a stirring pot, homogenizing at high speed for 1-2 minutes, preserving heat for 10-20 minutes, and stirring uniformly;
s3, when the temperature is reduced to 60 ℃, the materials of the component C are sequentially added and stirred uniformly;
s4, continuously stirring and cooling to 45 ℃, adding the material of the component D, and uniformly stirring;
and S5, sequentially putting the component E materials into a stirring pot, homogenizing at a low speed for 1-2 minutes, cooling to 38 ℃ after uniformly stirring, and filtering with 150-mesh filter cloth to discharge.

The following comparative examples provide a formulation for an anti-hair loss lotion as shown in table 2.
The preparation methods of the anti-hair loss washing and caring products provided in the comparative examples 1 to 10 are shown in the examples 1 to 10.

1. Physical and chemical property test
The anti-hair-loss washing and caring products prepared in examples 1 to 10 and comparative examples 1 to 10 are light yellow pearlescent liquids.
(1) The physical and chemical performance test is carried out on the prepared anti-hair loss washing and protecting product, wherein the pH value test (direct test) result is as follows:

(2) The anti-hair loss washing and protecting articles of examples 1 to 10 and comparative examples 1 to 10 were tested for cold resistance (45. + -. 2 ℃ C., 3 months, return to room temperature), heat resistance (-17. + -. 2 ℃ C., 3 months, return to room temperature), and cycle test (45 ℃ C., room temperature, -17 ℃ C., each temperature was left for one week, 5 cycles, respectively), and were free from abnormalities.
2. Application test:
the anti-hair loss washing products of examples 1 to 10 and comparative examples 1 to 10 were subjected to application tests.
The testing personnel: 200 female volunteers aged 28 to 45 years, with hair loss of 100 or more per day and different degrees of itching of the scalp were recruited and randomly divided into 20 groups of 10 persons, and 20 volunteers used the anti-hair loss lotions of examples 1 to 10 and comparative examples 1 to 10, respectively.
The test method comprises the following steps: each volunteer applies the corresponding anti-hair loss washing and protecting product to the hair once in the morning and evening every day, the hair is combed mainly at the root part and the scalp 2 times in the morning and evening, and the fallen hair is collected and counted. The average of initial hair loss and the average of hair loss after 1 month were recorded for 1 month of continuous use.

As is clear from the data in Table 4, the anti-hair-loss lotions prepared in examples 1 to 10 were effective in preventing hair loss with a low average hair loss.
When the anti-hair loss washing and caring product contains one or three of hydrolyzed silk, ginseng root extract, cacumen biotae extract, ginger root extract, dictamni root-bark extract, kuh-seng root extract, fructus forsythiae extract, radix gentianae extract and fructus cnidii extract, the anti-hair loss effect is inferior to that of example 3, which shows that when the components are compounded, the anti-hair loss washing and caring product can effectively treat and scientifically care hair follicle cells of scalp, and the efficacy of the anti-hair loss washing and caring product is remarkably improved.
Meanwhile, the scurf removing and itching relieving conditions after 1 month of use are counted, and the type of curative effect judgment comprises the following steps: (A) the itching feeling is obviously eliminated, no more itching occurs, and scurf is hardly visible; (B) the itching is slightly removed, but the itching still exists, and obvious scurf exists; (C) the itching sensation was not eliminated, or was slightly eliminated, and the dandruff condition was hardly changed.
(2) Removing dandruff and relieving itching:

As can be seen from the data in Table 5, after the anti-hair-loss washing and protecting products prepared in examples 1 to 9 are tested, the itching feeling is obviously eliminated, the itching is not stopped, and the scurf is hardly visible; example 10 only 1 volunteer had a slight removal of the itching sensation, but there was still itching with more pronounced dandruff.
When the anti-hair-loss washing and caring product in the comparative example is lack of one or three of hydrolyzed silk, ginseng root extract, cacumen biotae extract, ginger root extract, dictamni root-bark extract, kuh-seng root extract, fructus forsythiae extract, gentian root extract and fructus cnidii extract, the anti-hair-loss washing and caring product has obviously reduced dandruff and itching removing effects, and the anti-hair-loss washing and caring product prepared by compounding specific components can improve the dandruff and itching removing effects.
The comparative example 2 lacks PCA zinc, the comparative example 3 lacks polyquaternium-10 and guar gum hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, which shows that the addition of PCA zinc, polyquaternium-10 and guar gum hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride can also improve the dandruff-removing and itching-relieving effects of the anti-alopecia washing and caring product; the anti-hair loss washing and caring product prepared in the comparative example 4 lacks PCA zinc and hydrolyzed silk, and the anti-dandruff and itching-relieving effects are inferior to those of the examples 1-10, which shows that the compounding of the PCA zinc and the hydrolyzed silk can improve the anti-hair loss washing and caring product in the aspects of dandruff and itching-relieving.
In addition, the hair of the volunteers who used the corresponding anti-hair loss washing and caring product was observed, and the condition of the hair was observed.
(3) Conditioning and controlling oil:

As can be seen from the data in Table 6, the anti-hair loss washing and caring products prepared in examples 1 to 10 have the advantages of better conditioning hair and controlling oil; after the volunteers use the anti-hair loss washing and protecting product, hairs become soft, dry and shining, and the use feeling is good.
The anti-hair loss washing and protecting product in the comparative example 1 is lack of hydrolyzed silk, and the hair is dry and broken after use, so that the invention is obvious, and the hydrolyzed silk can better condition the hair, increase the moisture of the hair and ensure that the hair is not easy to break; in comparative examples 5 to 10, the anti-hair loss washing and caring product lacks two or three of hydrolyzed silk, ginseng root extract, cacumen biotae extract, ginger root extract, cortex dictamni extract, kuh-seng root extract, fructus forsythiae extract, radix gentianae extract and fructus cnidii extract, after the anti-hair loss washing and caring product is used by volunteers, the hair is slightly coarse, and the conditioning and oil control capability of the anti-hair loss washing and caring product can be improved by compounding the components, so that the hair becomes smooth and moist.
The shampoo for preventing alopecia in the comparative example 2 lacks PCA zinc, and the hair is obviously greasy, which shows that the addition of PCA zinc can adjust the oil control capability of the shampoo for preventing alopecia; comparative example 3 lacks polyquaternium-10 and guar gum hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, which shows that the addition of polyquaternium-10 and guar gum hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride can improve the conditioning and oil control effects of the anti-hair loss washing and protecting product; the anti-hair loss washing and caring product prepared in the comparative example 4 lacks PCA zinc and hydrolyzed silk, hair is dry and broken after the product is used, and is obviously greasy, which indicates that the compounding of the PCA zinc and the hydrolyzed silk can improve the conditioning and oil control effects of the anti-hair loss washing and caring product.
The anti-hair loss washing and protecting product not only has good anti-hair loss effect, but also can simultaneously care scalp and hair, effectively remove dandruff and relieve itching while preventing hair loss, and make hair beautiful and dry.
Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting the protection scope of the present invention, and although the present invention is described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions can be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.
Claims (9)
1. The anti-hair loss composition is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:
0.3-0.8 part of sodium chloride, 0.03-0.3 part of hydrolyzed silk, 0.05-0.6 part of ginseng root extract, 0.05-0.5 part of cacumen biotae extract, 0.05-0.5 part of ginger root extract, 0.05-0.5 part of cortex dictamni extract, 0.05-0.5 part of radix sophorae flavescentis extract, 0.05-0.6 part of fructus forsythiae extract, 0.05-0.6 part of radix gentianae extract and 0.05-0.6 part of fructus cnidii extract.
2. Use of the alopecia preventing composition as set forth in claim 1 for preparing an alopecia preventing lotion.
3. The use according to claim 2, wherein the anti-hair loss washing and caring product is in the form of hair tonic, hair essence, hair treatment cream, shampoo, hair mousse, hair tonic, hair wax, hair mask, hair soap, hair dye, permanent wave, hair spray or hair setting agent.
4. The anti-hair loss washing and protecting product is characterized by comprising 0.73 to 5.5 mass percent of anti-hair loss composition and 94.5 to 99.27 mass percent of additive.
5. The anti-hair loss wash pack according to claim 4, wherein said additives comprise:
0.24-1.2% of humectant, 9.7-30.7% of surfactant, 1.08-6.1% of conditioner, 0.8-3.0% of excipient, 0.1-0.4% of preservative and the balance of water.
6. The anti-hair loss lotion according to claim 5 wherein said humectant comprises at least one of polyethylene glycol, panthenol and zinc PCA; the surfactant comprises at least one of ammonium laureth sulfate, sodium laureth sulfate, cocamide MEA, cocamide DEA and sodium lauroyl sarcosinate; the conditioner comprises at least one of polyquaternium, guar hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, EDTA disodium, di (hydrogenated tallow) phthalic acid amide, dimethiconol and citric acid; the excipient is ethylene glycol distearate; the antiseptic is phenoxyethanol and phenyl glycol ether.
7. The anti-hair loss washing and care product as claimed in claim 4, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
and (2) component A: 0.01-0.1% of polyethylene glycol, 0.05-0.3% of polyquaternium, 0.1-0.5% of guar hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, 0.01-0.1% of disodium EDTA, 0.02-0.2% of citric acid and 0.2-0.8% of panthenol;
and B component: 7.0 to 17.0 percent of ammonium laureth sulfate, 1.0 to 6.0 percent of sodium laureth sulfate, 0.4 to 2.0 percent of di (hydrogenated tallow) phthalic acid amide, 0.4 to 2.0 percent of cocamide, 0.8 to 3.0 percent of ethylene glycol distearate and 0.5 to 1.7 percent of cocamide;
and C, component C: 0.8 to 4.0 percent of sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, 0.5 to 3.0 percent of dimethiconol and 0.03 to 0.3 percent of PCA zinc;
and (D) component: 0.05 to 0.2 percent of phenoxyethanol and 0.05 to 0.2 percent of chlorphenesin;
and E, component (E): 0.3-0.8% of sodium chloride, 0.03-0.3% of hydrolyzed silk, 0.05-0.6% of ginseng root extract, 0.05-0.5% of cacumen biotae extract, 0.05-0.5% of ginger root extract, 0.05-0.5% of cortex dictamni extract, 0.05-0.5% of kuh-seng root extract, 0.05-0.6% of fructus forsythiae extract, 0.05-0.6% of radix gentianae extract and 0.05-0.6% of fructus cnidii extract; the balance being water.
8. The method of preparing the anti-hair loss washing and care product of claim 7, comprising the steps of:
s1, sequentially putting the component A into a stirring pot, stirring at a low speed for homogenization, and starting to heat up until the temperature is 80-85 ℃ after homogenization;
s2, sequentially putting the component B into a stirring pot, homogenizing at high speed for 1-2 minutes, preserving heat for 10-20 minutes, and stirring uniformly;
s3, when the temperature is reduced to 60 ℃, the materials of the component C are sequentially added and stirred uniformly;
s4, continuously stirring and cooling to 45 ℃, adding the component D material, and uniformly stirring;
and S5, sequentially putting the component E materials into a stirring pot, homogenizing at a low speed for 1-2 minutes, cooling to 38 ℃ after uniformly stirring, filtering and discharging.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein in step S5, the discharge is filtered through a 150 mesh filter cloth.
