Description

Deer fetus extract and composition for preventing alopecia, nourishing and growing hair, and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of daily cosmetic processing, in particular to a deer fetus extract with functions of preventing alopecia, nourishing and growing hair, a composition, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Alopecia is a common disease in dermatology, with the development of society, the pressure of life and work of people is greater, the phenomena of alopecia and hair loss are more serious, and the signs of youthfulness gradually appear. Clinical medicine explains the cause of alopecia in many ways, and the reason is that the hair is not grown any more due to atrophy and degeneration of hair follicles. From this point of view, various drugs have been used to induce the growth of the degenerated hair follicle and to extend its anagen phase. The most commonly used drugs for treating alopecia at present include minoxidil and finasteride, etc., which have side effects although they are effective. The treatment effect of the minoxidil is not achieved at once, obvious hair growth can be realized only by long-term adherence during use, and the phenomenon of alopecia rebounds after the medicine is stopped for several months; moreover, drug anaphylaxis may occur in the using process of minoxidil, so that local pruritus, redness and swelling and the like are caused. The side effects of finasteride include gynecomastia, breast enlargement, breast tenderness, erectile dysfunction, testicular pain, abnormal ejaculation, etc., and the administration of a large dose for a long time can weaken the strength of muscles to cause osteoporosis, and the administration of finasteride for women in lactation and pregnancy is prohibited; meanwhile, the efficacy of finasteride for treating alopecia is reversible, patients need to take the medicine for life, and once the medicine is stopped, the hair of the patients can continue to even aggravate the falling within 12 months.
The traditional Chinese medicine holds that the alopecia is related to liver and kidney deficiency, spleen deficiency and excessive dampness, qi and blood deficiency and qi and blood stasis, and the traditional Chinese medicines with the functions of securing essence and tonifying the kidney, promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, tonifying qi and nourishing blood and tonifying the liver and kidney are mostly adopted to treat the alopecia, for example, the fructus psoraleae can nourish blood and yin, secure the kidney and blacken the hair; radix Polygoni Multiflori Preparata has effects of arresting seminal emission, invigorating kidney, promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, nourishing blood, and nourishing liver and kidney. Compared with western medicines, the traditional Chinese medicine has small side effect and high safety, but has relatively slow effect, and can have obvious effect after being used for a long time.
The deer products such as pilose antler, deer horn, deer skin, deer fetus and the like are recorded in ancient books such as Shennong's herbal classic, ben Cao gang mu and Ben Jing Yuan, and detailed record and explanation are made on the preparation method, the function and the main treatment of the deer products. The deer placenta has the efficacies of tonifying kidney and yang, tonifying deficiency and producing sperm in traditional Chinese medicine, and is also widely used as a tonic in folk. Modern medical research shows that the deer placenta has the effects of regulating immunity, resisting oxidation, delaying senility, benefiting qi, nourishing blood, warming channel, dispelling cold and the like. Chinese patent CN 102872266A discloses a deer fetus compound medicinal preparation which has the function of improving the immunity activity. Chinese patent CN1799590A discloses a deer fetus soft capsule which has the functions of nourishing, health care, body building and body strengthening. At present, no report about the application of the deer fetus extract in cosmetics or external medicines with the functions of preventing alopecia and promoting hair growth exists.
