Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of daily washing and caring products, in particular to scalp cleaning and smoothening emulsion and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Shampoo is one of the daily cleaning products for cleaning and caring hair. Before the appearance of shampoo, people usually wash hair and scalp with soap, perfumed soap or natural soap, etc., but the shampoo effect is not satisfactory, for example, the hair is bonded and not easy to comb, or unpleasant odor is emitted. However, the tourmaline full-purpose shampoo often causes selective obstruction to consumers.
Generally, the main components of the existing shampoo are composed of a surfactant, a foam stabilizer, a thickener, a preservative and essence. During shampooing, the shampoo is rubbed to foam and then adhere to the hair for cleaning. However, these shampoos have only the effect of cleaning the hair, do not clean the scalp hair follicles, and damage the scalp hair follicles during the cleaning process.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defect that the shampoo in the prior art cannot clean scalp hair follicles and can cause damage to scalp hair follicles, and provides scalp cleaning emulsion which can clean the internal and external environments of scalp hair follicles, open scalp nutrition conveying channels, nourish hair roots and truly protect hair and scalp health.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the scalp cleaning and smoothening emulsion comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
33-45% of rice fermentation liquor, 0.5-1% of radix aucklandiae powder, 0.5-5% of nutgrass galingale rhizome powder, 5-10% of magnolia officinalis powder, 5-10% of orange peel powder, 3-8% of fennel powder, 2-5% of lime fruit extract, 5-10% of cinnamon powder, 10-15% of notopterygium root powder, 1-5% of tree peony root bark powder, 3-8% of bighead atractylodes rhizome powder, 5-10% of rhizoma polygonati powder, 5-10% of semen cuscutae powder and 1-5% of thickening agent.
Preferably, the scalp cleaning and smoothening emulsion comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
38-42% of rice fermentation liquor, 0.5-1% of radix aucklandiae powder, 1-3% of rhizoma cyperi powder, 5-8% of magnolia officinalis powder, 5-8% of citrus peel powder, 3-5% of fennel powder, 5-5% of lime fruit extract, 5-8% of cinnamon powder, 10-12% of notopterygium root powder, 3-5% of tree peony root bark powder, 3-8% of bighead atractylodes rhizome powder, 5-8% of rhizoma polygonati powder, 5-10% of semen cuscutae powder, 2-4% of rhizoma atractylodis powder and 2-3% of thickening agent.
Preferably, the scalp cleaning and smoothening emulsion comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
42% of rice fermentation liquor, 1% of radix aucklandiae powder, 1% of nutgrass galingale rhizome powder, 6% of magnolia officinalis powder, 8% of citrus peel powder, 3% of fennel powder, 2% of lime fruit extract, 5% of cinnamon powder, 10% of notopterygium root powder, 3% of tree peony root bark powder, 3% of bighead atractylodes rhizome powder, 6% of rhizoma polygonati powder, 5% of semen cuscutae powder, 2% of rhizoma atractylodis powder and 3% of thickening agent.
Preferably, in the scalp cleansing emulsion formula of the present invention, the thickener is one or more of xanthan gum, gelatin, seaweed gel, carboxymethyl cellulose, methyl cellulose, gellan gum, and propanol alginate.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for preparing the scalp cleansing emulsion, comprising the steps of:
and (3) rice fermentation: cleaning glutinous rice, and soaking the glutinous rice in normal-temperature clean water for 10-12 hours; draining water, and steaming with strong fire on a steamer; cooling to room temperature, adding distiller's yeast, stirring, and fermenting in sealed jar; fermenting for 12-15 d at normal temperature; unsealing after fermentation, and taking filtrate after filter pressing to obtain rice fermentation liquor for later use;
the traditional Chinese medicine powder fermentation step: adding the costustoot powder, the nutgrass galingale rhizome powder, the magnolia officinalis powder, the citrus peel powder, the fennel powder, the lime fruit extract, the cinnamon powder, the notopterygium root powder, the peony root bark powder, the bighead atractylodes rhizome powder, the rhizoma polygonati powder and the semen cuscutae powder into rice fermentation liquor according to the formula amount, and fermenting for 10-15 days at normal temperature to obtain traditional Chinese medicine fermentation liquor;
and (3) thickening: heating the Chinese medicine fermentation liquor to 45-50 ℃, then adding a thickening agent, uniformly stirring, and cooling to below 38 ℃.
Preferably, in the preparation method of the scalp-cleaning milk, the step of fermenting the traditional Chinese medicine powder is also added with the rhizoma atractylodis powder.
Preferably, in the preparation method of the scalp-cleaning milk, 300-400 g distiller's yeast is added per 100 jin of rice in the rice fermentation step.
Preferably, in the preparation method of the scalp-cleansing emulsion, the thickening agent is added in the thickening step and stirred, and the stirring speed is 2500-3000 rpm after the thickening agent is put in for 10-20 min.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. after the scalp cleaning and smoothening emulsion is used, not only can the hair be cleaned, but also the scalp hair follicles can be cleaned, and the internal and external environments of the scalp hair follicles can be purified, and meanwhile, the hair and the scalp hair follicles can not be damaged.
2. When the scalp cleaning and smoothening emulsion is used, the scalp can be slightly heated, the blood circulation of the whole head is accelerated, the scalp nutrition conveying channel is opened, and the traditional Chinese medicine fermentation components in the scalp cleaning and smoothening emulsion can play a role in adjusting, so that the internal and external environments of scalp hair follicles are purified. Unlike available technology, which uses foaming agent to clean hair and hair follicle, the scalp cleaning emulsion of the present invention has the scalp nourishing conveying passage opened after heating to make the skin conditioning component act on the hair follicle to prevent alopecia and make the scalp hair healthier.
3. The scalp cleaning and smoothing emulsion is prepared by fermenting traditional Chinese medicines, does not contain chemical materials such as a surfactant, a foaming agent and the like, does not release components affecting the health of a human body, does not damage scalp and hair after long-term use, and can relieve itching and prevent hair from falling off.
