③: boiling: putting crushed cacumen biotae, citronella, rhizoma polygonati, glossy privet fruit, polygonum multiflorum, fucus vesiculosus and mulberry leaves into a gauze bag, sealing, putting into a ceramic decocting tank, adding 500ml of mountain spring water, heating to 95-100 ℃, heating for 0.5-1h, then adding gleditsia sinensis lam powder, heating to 80-90 ℃, decocting for 1-2h with slow fire until the paste becomes sticky paste, and stirring at constant speed by using a stirrer in the decocting process, wherein the rotating speed of the electric stirrer is 20-30r/min, and the model is a temperature-controlled electric stirrer of KH 05-JJ-3;
fourthly, the method comprises the following steps: and (3) filtering: taking out the gauze bag obtained in the step (iii), and sieving the viscous paste obtained in the step (iii) through a 5-10-mesh sieving barrel;

s5, stirring and mixing: putting the mixture of the coconut oil and the tea oil obtained in the step S2 into a glass container, adding the thick paste obtained by decocting the cacumen biotae, the citronella, the rhizoma polygonati, the glossy privet fruit, the polygonum multiflorum, the sea oak, the mulberry leaves and the gleditsia sinensis pod powder obtained in the step S3 into the glass container, uniformly stirring for 20-30min by using a temperature-controlled electric stirrer with the rotation speed of 20-25r/min and the model of KH05-JJ-3, and uniformly adding the tea seed fine filtrate obtained in the step S4, 10-20 parts of sea salt, 40-60 parts of rice fermentation broth, 10-20 parts of yeast fermentation broth and 8-12 parts of red rice vinegar until the paste is in a non-Newtonian liquid state, thereby obtaining the strong root and health hair washing liquid.
