Description

Amino acid shampoo with functions of inhibiting bacteria, relieving itching and protecting hair and repairing
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of daily chemicals, and particularly relates to an amino acid shampoo with functions of inhibiting bacteria, relieving itching and protecting and repairing hair.
Background
The Chinese shampoo market is one of the earliest and fastest personal care markets, and shampoo production and sales account for the first world. The shampoo is a product which is mainly compounded by taking a surfactant as a main body and has the functions of cleaning the scalp and hair of a human and keeping the beauty of the scalp and hair. Most of shampoo in the market at present uses sulfate surfactants, although the shampoo has strong cleaning power, the residual quantity of the sulfate surfactants on the scalp and the hair is high, the shampoo has relatively high irritation to the scalp, and certain damage effect on hair scales. With the improvement of living standard of people, mild and safe products are more and more favored by people, and shampoo products taking amino acid surfactants as main surfactants gradually appear. The low-irritation amino acid surfactant replaces the traditional sulfate surfactant, so that the irritation and the degreasing power of the shampoo to the scalp are greatly reduced, and the problems of inflammation of sensitive scalp and the like are avoided. Most amino acid surfactants have mild cleaning power, so that the washed hair is soft and smooth, but the foam is not easy to rinse, the hair repairing effect is not ideal enough, and the bacteriostatic and antipruritic effects cannot be achieved, so that the core problem is to seek the hair repairing effect, the bacteriostatic and antipruritic effects and easiness in rinsing the foam.
The root of Saxifraga nigra is root and stem of Kadsuracoccine (Lem.) A.C.Smith in Latin science, also known as caulis Endadae Phaseoloidis, ZUANDIFENG, etc., and is mainly distributed in Jiangxi, Hunan, Fujian, Guangxi, Sichuan, Yunnan, etc. of China. The fruit with the herb is pungent, slightly bitter and warm in nature. Has effects of activating qi-flowing, relieving pain, removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals, and is mainly used for treating rheumatalgia, traumatic injury, gastropathy and gynecological diseases. Modern medical research shows that the black tiger has the functions of resisting oxidation, tumor, virus, hepatic fibrosis and the like. In recent years, with the progress of research on chemical components, pharmacological activity and the like, the active ingredients are found to be rich, and the compound has important potential medicinal values in the aspects of tumor resistance, virus resistance and the like. The chemical components mainly comprise lignans and triterpenes, and the chemical components also comprise monoterpenes, sesquiterpenes, steroids, amino acids and the like. Has excellent antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects.
Chinese patent 201810899189.0 discloses a traditional Chinese medicine shampoo for hair strengthening and hair growth, which contains the following traditional Chinese medicine components: the shampoo is prepared from rehmannia glutinosa, rhizoma polygonati, black beans, black rice, sesame, angelica sinensis, ligusticum wallichii, salvia miltiorrhiza, ginseng, angelica dahurica, mulberry leaves, wormwood, ricepaperplant pith, cistanche deserticola, mulberry seeds, lycium ruthenicum, gallnut, rosemary, chenopodium album, purslane, senecio scandens, eclipta alba, herba siegesbeckiae, fructus cnidii, feather cockscomb seeds, broadleaf holly leaves, pine needles, tea bran, beautiful sweetgum fruits, Chinese honeylocust fruits, cacumen biotae, black tiger roots, mulberry leaves, alpinia japonica, lycopodium clavatum and polygonum multiflorum. Therefore, the black tiger root can be applied to shampoo and has certain hair care effect. However, the root of kadsura coccinea is compounded with a plurality of traditional Chinese medicine components, the action mechanism is unclear, the hair repairing effect is not ideal enough, and the continuous research of technicians in the field is needed.

The shampoos prepared in examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-3 were tested using ketoconazole as a positive control.
2. Test index
Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC)
It is currently believed that dandruff production is associated with hyperproliferation and proliferation of pityrosporum orbiculare (malassezia) on the scalp. The desquamation effect can be evaluated by determining and comparing the inhibition effect and the action intensity of the pityrosporum orbiculare in vitro. In vitro drug sensitivity tests were performed on malassezia furfur (m.furfurfurcbs 1878, dutch collection of microorganisms) with reference to yeast microdilution in the protocol M27-a by the american national committee for standardization of clinical laboratories (NCCLS).
3. Results of the experiment
The results of the in vitro culture strain inhibition experiments are shown in table 1:
TABLE 1
Sample name Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC)
Example 1 38μg/ml
Example 2 34μg/ml
Example 3 21μg/ml
Comparative example 1 71μg/ml
Comparative example 2 67μg/ml
Comparative example 3 64μg/ml
Ketoconazole 0.05μg/ml
Note: the active concentration of Malassezia furfur (M.furfurfurCBS1878) bacterial solution is about 5.0 × 105cfu/ml。
According to test data, the shampoos in examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-3 have certain antibacterial effect, and the antibacterial effect of the shampoos in comparative examples 1-3 is lower than that of the shampoos in examples 1-3.

From the experimental effect, the effect of the embodiment is more than that of the control example and that of the blank control example. Thus, the shampoos prepared in examples 1-3 are effective in relieving itching and removing dandruff, especially in example 3.
Testing of repair Effect
The principle is as follows: the glossiness of the hair is an important index for testing the hair care and repair effects of the shampoo. Healthy hair has uniform natural color, is black and bright, and gives people a sense of beauty full of sunlight and vitality. If the hair appears dry and yellow, it is an indication of more severe damage and immediate repair and care is required. The hair can be observed because it is a fine cylindrical or elliptical cylinder that reflects diffuse light when incident light is applied thereto.
The evaluation method comprises the following steps: 30 volunteers with similar damaged hair degrees are selected, shampoo products prepared in examples 1-3 of the invention and comparative examples 1-3 and shampoo with hair care and restoration functions of certain brand of known products sold in the market are respectively used for 3 weeks, and after the shampoo products are washed in the same way, the hair restoration degree is measured by the following measuring method: the hair tresses cleaned by the same amount of shampoo are respectively and evenly spread on a horizontal table top. After observing the respective glossiness levels of the hair strands irradiated with light, the hair strands were scored by a 6-point scale, and the higher the glossiness level was. The hair tresses were randomized and the experiment was repeated. If the results of the two times have no obvious difference, the experimental results are not accidental. The test scoring results are shown in table 3.
TABLE 3
Figure BDA0002161777380000101
As can be seen from Table 3, the shampoos prepared in examples 1-3 of the present invention have significant effects of repairing and caring damaged hair, which are significantly higher than the shampoos prepared in comparative examples 1-3.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and they should be construed as being included in the following claims and description.
