Abstract
The invention relates to a preparation method of polypeptide hair-nourishing shampoo, which belongs to the technical field of washing and caring products and comprises the following steps: a1, adding a surfactant and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose into deionized water, heating to 65-80 ℃ and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution; a2, when the mixed solution is cooled to 40-45 ℃, adding the polypeptide, the plant extract, the bacillus fermentation product, the schizophyllan, the chitosan quaternary ammonium salt, the preservative, the pH regulator and the viscosity regulator in sequence, and stirring uniformly to obtain the polypeptide hair nourishing shampoo. Wherein the polypeptide comprises sh-pentapeptide-1 and myristoyl pentapeptide-4; the plant extracts include Ganoderma extract, rhizoma Zingiberis recens extract, polygoni Multiflori radix extract, folium Platycladi extract, rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong extract, radix Sophorae Flavescentis extract and Aloe vera leaf extract. According to the technical scheme, the prepared polypeptide shampoo is mild, does not irritate scalp, has long antibacterial time, and has various effects of long-acting anti-dandruff, hair loss prevention, hair tonic and the like.

Background

The scalp of human body is distributed with a plurality of microorganisms mainly comprising staphylococcus, propionibacteria and malassezia, the health problem of the scalp is related to unbalance of strains on the scalp, the colonization of the malassezia is an important cause for dandruff, the large-scale breeding of the malassezia can cause the increase of dandruff, the damage of scalp hair follicles or the blockage of hair follicles, and the alopecia can be caused in serious cases. The existing common anti-dandruff agent is selenium disulfide, but the selenium disulfide is used as a chemical anti-dandruff agent, has high irritation, is easy to cause anti-dandruff dependence on scalp, is unfavorable for scalp health after long-term use, and has unsatisfactory effect. Therefore, it is required to develop a shampoo which has little irritation and high safety, and can remove dandruff and nourish hair for a long time.

The invention aims to provide a preparation method of polypeptide hair-nourishing shampoo, which is characterized in that bacillus fermentation products, chitosan quaternary ammonium salt, cacumen biotae extract, radix sophorae flavescentis extract and aloe vera leaf extract are added into the shampoo, so that the water-oil balance of scalp can be better regulated, the anti-dandruff effect is obviously improved, the antibacterial time is long, the long-acting anti-dandruff effect is achieved, and compared with chemical anti-dandruff components, the anti-dandruff shampoo is milder and does not irritate the scalp. The sh-pentapeptide-1, the myristoyl pentapeptide-4 and the schizophyllan are matched in a proper proportion for use, so that the proliferation of hair follicle cells can be promoted, the aging of hair follicle can be delayed, further the hair growth can be promoted, and the ginger extract and the ligusticum chuanxiong hort extract are added for further preventing alopecia, so that the ganoderma sinensis extract and the polygonum multiflorum extract can nourish hair, maintain hair health, promote melanin growth and achieve the effect of blackening hair. The invention achieves the aim of nourishing and protecting hair through the synergistic effect of the components.
The invention aims to solve the technical problems: the existing common anti-dandruff agent is selenium disulfide, but the selenium disulfide is used as a chemical anti-dandruff agent, has high irritation, is easy to cause anti-dandruff dependence on scalp, is unfavorable for scalp health after long-term use, and has unsatisfactory effect.

The positive charges carried by the chitosan quaternary ammonium salt and skin or hair can generate electrostatic adsorption force to coat the surface of the skin or hair, the chitosan quaternary ammonium salt also contains amino or hydroxyl, and can form hydrogen bonds with components containing hydrogen bond groups in the polypeptide hair care shampoo, so that the residence time of other components on the surface of the scalp or hair is improved, and the long-acting protection effect is achieved. In addition, the chitosan quaternary ammonium salt also has the effects of resisting bacteria and relieving itching.
The biota orientalis leaf extract is from biota orientalis leaves, has the effects of diminishing inflammation, sterilizing, nourishing blood and promoting blood circulation, can promote proliferation of human dermal papilla cells, prolongs the growing period of hair follicles, and has good alopecia preventing effect.
The radix Sophorae Flavescentis extract is an alkaloid extracted from radix Sophorae Flavescentis, including matrine, oxymatrine, hydroxy matrine, and anaJi alkali, and has effects of balancing oil secretion, relieving skin pruritus, resisting bacteria, and relieving inflammation.
The aloe vera leaf extract contains polysaccharides, anthraquinone compounds, proteins, vitamins, minerals, etc. Has effects in regulating immunity, keeping skin moisture, relieving inflammation, resisting virus, killing bacteria, resisting tumor, and resisting blood coagulation.
By adding bacillus fermentation products, chitosan quaternary ammonium salt, cacumen biotae extract, radix sophorae flavescentis extract and aloe vera leaf extract into shampoo, the water-oil balance of scalp can be better regulated, the anti-dandruff effect is obviously improved, the antibacterial time is long, the long-acting anti-dandruff effect is achieved, and compared with chemical anti-dandruff components, the anti-dandruff shampoo is milder and does not irritate the scalp.
The sh-pentapeptide-1 in the polypeptide is an amino acid small molecule, can be directly absorbed and utilized by cells, can effectively activate hair follicles, strengthen an intercellular information path and promote proliferation of hair follicle cells, thereby promoting hair growth; myristoyl pentapeptide-4 can activate cells, promote proliferation of hair follicle cells, tighten skin at hair follicle parts, and delay aging of hair follicle.
Schizophyllan is a biological polysaccharide with a complete triple helix three-dimensional structure, can be identified by receptors on hair follicle immune cells and can be rapidly absorbed by the hair follicle immune cells, so that the self-repairing function of damaged hair follicles is activated, and hair regeneration is promoted.
The ginger extract has the function of inhibiting reductase, and the shampoo prepared by the ginger extract has a certain effect of preventing alopecia.
The rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong extract has antioxidant effect, can inhibit free radical generation, effectively scavenge oxygen free radical, is skin-activating antiaging agent, and can also effectively prevent alopecia.
The antibacterial and bacteriostatic component bacillus fermentation product, chitosan quaternary ammonium salt, cacumen biotae extract, radix sophorae flavescentis extract and aloe vera leaf extract are added into the shampoo, so that the microecology of the scalp can be regulated, the scalp health can be kept, the alopecia can be delayed to a certain extent, but the shampoo cannot play a decisive role in inhibiting the alopecia and promoting the hair growth. The rhizoma Zingiberis recens extract and rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong extract can assist sh-pentapeptide-1, myristoyl pentapeptide-4 and schizophyllan, and prevent alopecia.
The Chinese ganoderma lucidum extract contains ganoderan, ganoderic acid, adenosine alkaloid and the like, wherein the ganoderan can improve the immunity of organisms, accelerate the blood microcirculation and improve the oxygen supply capacity of blood; ganoderic acid is a triterpene substance with tranquilizing, histamine release inhibiting, and tumor cell poisoning effects. Adenosine is an active substance with nucleoside and purine as basic structures, and has effects of improving oxygen supply capacity of blood, accelerating blood microcirculation, absorbing the above active ingredients by hair, penetrating into horny layer, and making hair lustrous.
The polygonum multiflorum extract is rich in anthraquinone, stilbene, phospholipids, flavonoid and phenolic compounds, and can obviously stimulate the growth of melanin in B16 cells, so that the hair blacking effect is achieved.
The invention also adds the Chinese ganoderma lucidum extract and the polygonum multiflorum extract into the shampoo, which can nourish hair, maintain hair health, promote melanin growth and achieve the effect of blackening hair.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) According to the technical scheme, the bacillus fermentation product, the chitosan quaternary ammonium salt, the biota orientalis leaf extract, the radix sophorae flavescentis extract and the aloe vera leaf extract are added into the shampoo, so that the water-oil balance of the scalp can be better regulated, the anti-dandruff effect is obviously improved, the antibacterial time is long, the long-acting anti-dandruff effect is achieved, and compared with chemical anti-dandruff components, the anti-dandruff shampoo is milder and does not irritate the scalp.
(2) According to the technical scheme, the components capable of promoting hair follicle cell proliferation and delaying hair follicle aging are added into the shampoo, and the sh-pentapeptide-1, the myristoyl pentapeptide-4 and the schizophyllan are matched in a proper proportion for use, so that a synergistic effect is generated, alopecia is effectively prevented, and hair regrowth is promoted. The rhizoma Zingiberis recens extract and rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong extract can assist sh-pentapeptide-1, myristoyl pentapeptide-4 and schizophyllan, and prevent alopecia.
(3) According to the technical scheme, the Chinese ganoderma lucidum extract and the polygonum multiflorum extract are also added into the shampoo, so that the hair can be nourished, the hair health can be maintained, and meanwhile, the melanin growth can be promoted, and the hair blacking effect can be achieved.
(4) According to the technical scheme, the antibacterial and bacteriostatic component bacillus fermentation product, chitosan quaternary ammonium salt, cacumen biotae extract, radix sophorae flavescentis extract and aloe vera leaf extract are added to regulate scalp microecology, so that scalp health is maintained, and alopecia can be delayed to a certain extent; then sh-pentapeptide-1, myristoyl pentapeptide-4 and schizophyllan are utilized to promote the proliferation of hair follicle cells, promote the hair growth, and then ginger extract and ligusticum wallichii extract are used for further preventing alopecia; finally, adding the Chinese ganoderma lucidum extract and the polygonum multiflorum extract to further nourish the hairline. Every other day, the composition is used for 2 months continuously, and the two indexes of dandruff and scalp itching are taken as investigation basis, and the tested volunteers are scored according to a four-level assessment standard of '1=no improvement, 2=slightly improved, 3=obviously improved and 4=completely improved';
(3) Hair growth effect test: 100 mice are selected, the average of the mice is divided into 10 groups at random, mao Tichu on the backs of the mice are weighed, shampoos prepared in examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-5 are respectively smeared on the dehairing areas once a day, the continuous smearing is carried out for 14 days, after 14 days, the situation that the positions of the smeared samples of the mice grow hair is recorded by an image analyzer, and the average value of each group is taken.

From the data in Table 1, it can be seen that the polypeptide shampoos prepared in examples 1 to 5 of the present invention have excellent antibacterial properties, anti-dandruff antipruritic effects and anti-hair loss properties. As can be seen from the data of comparative example 3 and comparative examples 1 to 3, the addition of sh-pentapeptide-1, myristoyl pentapeptide-4 and schizophyllan to shampoos significantly promoted hair growth. The data of comparative example 3 and comparative examples 4-5 show that when the bacillus fermentation product and the chitosan quaternary ammonium salt are not added, the antibacterial rate and the anti-dandruff and antipruritic effects of the shampoo are obviously reduced, which indicates that the bacillus fermentation product and the chitosan quaternary ammonium salt can obviously improve the anti-dandruff effect, and the antibacterial time is long, so that the long-acting anti-dandruff effect is achieved; when the bacillus fermentation product and the chitosan quaternary ammonium salt are not added, the anti-alopecia performance of the shampoo is reduced, which indicates that the bacillus fermentation product and the chitosan quaternary ammonium salt can promote hair growth and delay alopecia to a certain extent.

a1, adding a surfactant and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose into deionized water, heating and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution;
a2, after the mixed solution is cooled, adding polypeptide, plant extract, bacillus fermentation product, schizophyllan, chitosan quaternary ammonium salt, preservative, pH regulator and viscosity regulator in sequence, and uniformly stirring to obtain the polypeptide hair-nourishing shampoo;
in the step A2, polypeptides comprise sh-pentapeptide-1 and myristoyl pentapeptide-4;
in the step A2, the plant extracts comprise Ganoderma extract, rhizoma Zingiberis recens extract, polygoni Multiflori radix extract, folium Platycladi extract, rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong extract, radix Sophorae Flavescentis extract and Aloe vera leaf extract.
