① Silk protein liquid

The invention adopts the latest biochemical technology, controls the hydrolysis degree of silk by hydrolase, disorderly twines the protein bundles of the silk, cuts the protein bundles into proteins with different grades and molecular weights, and combines the proteins to obtain the silk protein liquid. The protein molecule has surface activity, can increase the foam stability of a system, prolong the foam retention time of a compound system, and simultaneously can reduce the irritation of other surfactants. ② rhizoma Zingiberis recens extractive solution
The ginger extract is an effective component extracted from high-quality ginger, contains volatile oil, gingerol, zingerone and a plurality of amino acids, has the effects of stimulating skin, promoting blood circulation and the like, and can prevent and treat dandruff and promote hair growth. When applied externally to the scalp, ginger can engorge the scalp and promote blood circulation, and blood is one of the key factors for hair growth. Therefore, the blood circulation stimulating effect of the congestion can improve the growth of hair to a certain extent, and the effect is very obvious especially for people suffering from psychogenic alopecia and kidney deficiency alopecia.

The sodium laureth sulfate in the phase A component is mainly used as a main surfactant and mainly plays a role in cleaning, decontaminating and foaming. ④ B phase component

The traditional Chinese medicine extract in the embodiment of the invention adopts traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution which is an optional component, wherein the arborvitae extract mainly has the effects of growing and blackening hair and improving the production environment of scalp so as to prevent and cure hair, the polygonum multiflorum extracting solution mainly has the effect of benefiting essence and blood and can play a role of blackening and brightening hair in shampoo, the south dodder extract mainly has an inhibiting effect on 5 α -reductase, the artemisia vulgaris extract can promote hair growth, the privet extract can promote melanin synthesis, the sophora flavescens extract has the effects of sterilization and inflammation diminishing, the ligusticum wallichii extract can expand head capillaries and promote blood circulation to increase the nutrition supply of hair, the kaempferia galanga root extract has an antioxidation effect, and the extracts of liquorice extract, citrus peel extract, zanthoxylum bungeanum fruit and the like can nourish hair roots, so that the effect of activating hair follicle mother cells can be achieved, alopecia can be effectively prevented, and hair growth can be accelerated.
By means of the technical scheme, the invention has the following advantages and beneficial technical effects:

Detailed Description
The shampoo composition disclosed by the invention contains a silk protein liquid component, mainly consists of small and medium-sized protein molecules with the molecular weight of 2-20 ten thousand Da, is rich in silk protein, peptide, amino acid and the like, and has the functions of nourishing and repairing hair, scalp and hair roots.
The invention discloses a hair-strengthening and hair-loss-preventing shampoo composition containing fibroin and a preparation method thereof. The shampoo composition comprises the following raw material components:
deionized water; sodium laureth sulfate; ethylene glycol distearate; cocoamide methyl MEA; soapberry extract; water; guar hydroxypropyltrimonium chloride; EDTA-2 Na; allantoin; polyquaternium-47; polydimethylsiloxane/laureth-23/sodium laureth sulfate; dimethiconol/triethanolamine dodecylbenzene sulfonate; cocamidopropyl betaine; silk protein liquid; a ginger extract; tea tree oil 0.1-1.0%; citric acid; proper amount of preservative.
The invention rebuilds and protects the scalp and scalp microecology by silk protein liquid, ginger extract, soapberry extract and the like, thereby achieving the purposes of hair growth and hair fixation; meanwhile, the toughness of the hair can be enhanced.
The specific process of the silk protein liquid is as follows:
the fibroin solution is prepared by fresh cut cocoons by adopting the latest O-discharge double-circulation biochemical hydrolysis technology, controlling the hydrolysis degree of silk through hydrolytic enzyme, disorderly winding protein bundles of the silk, cutting the protein bundles into proteins with different grades and molecular weights, and combining the proteins to obtain the fibroin solution. The method specifically comprises the following process steps:
1) 0.4 to 6 mass percent of Na is used2CO2Or NaHCO3The aqueous solution is used as degumming agent for degumming silkworm cocoons under the conditions that the pH value is 8-11, the hydrolysis temperature is 50-80 ℃ and the time is 2-4 hours; filtering after the degumming is finished to obtain degumming hydrolysate and silk fibroin fibers;
2) removing salt in the degumming hydrolysate through electrodialysis, obtaining sericin hydrolysate and dialysis ion solution from the degumming hydrolysate, retaining the sericin hydrolysate, and transferring the dialysis ion solution to next preparation of the sericin hydrolysate for use;
3) dissolving the silk fibroin fibers obtained by filtering in the step 1) in CaCl with the mass percent of 30-60% at the temperature of 60-100 DEG C2、CaCl2-H2O、CaCl2-2H2Hydrolyzing in neutral salt solution of O or LiBr to obtain silk fibroin solution;
4) performing electrodialysis on the hydrolyzed silk fibroin solution obtained in the step 3) to remove ions in the solution, and circulating the solution until the conductivity of the solution reaches 10-500us/cm to obtain a light yellow silk fibroin pure solution, wherein the ion solution after electrodialysis can be circularly used as a neutral salt solution in the step 4);
5) uniformly mixing the sericin hydrolysate obtained in the step 2) and the fibroin pure solution obtained in the step 4) to obtain fibroin liquid; by controlling the hydrolysis end point, the molecular weight of the fibroin of the obtained final product is controlled within the range of 2-20 ten thousand daltons, and the molecular weight is mainly centralized within the range of 10-20 ten thousand daltons.
In the silk hydrolysate disclosed by the invention, small molecular peptides and amino acids can be partially absorbed and utilized by the scalp, and have nourishing and nourishing effects on the scalp and hair. The macromolecular sericin and keratin can form a cell adhesion substance like 'mud' on the surfaces of the scalp and the hair, and the cell adhesion substance can repair epidermal cells to be peeled off and delay the shedding of the scalp. The invention mainly adopts fibroin liquid, is added into a hair washing and protecting formula to prepare a product containing fibroin with the functions of fixing hair, preventing hair loss and growing hair, and describes the process operation of the product formula.

2) adding the material B after the phase A is completely dissolved, stirring and completely dissolving, and keeping the temperature at 50-60 ℃; preserving the heat for half an hour;
3) and after the temperature is reduced to about 40-50 ℃, sequentially adding the phase C into the material body, and uniformly stirring and mixing to obtain the material.

The anti-hair loss and hair-fixing shampoo composition containing fibroin of the above examples 3-4 is prepared by the following process steps:
1) the phase A component is stirred, mixed and dissolved completely at the temperature of about 80-85 ℃, stirred for about half an hour under the condition of heat preservation, excessive foam is avoided as much as possible, and vacuumizing stirring can be carried out.
2) And adding the phase B component after the phase A component is completely dissolved, stirring and completely dissolving, and keeping the temperature at 50-60 ℃. The temperature was maintained for half an hour.
3) And after the temperature is reduced to about 40-50 ℃, sequentially adding the C-phase components into the material body, and uniformly stirring and mixing to obtain the material.
The following are contents of the effect test examples.
Effect experiment example 1
The application process and the principle of the anti-hair loss and hair-fixing shampoo composition product containing the fibroin are as follows:
firstly, when the product is used, the shampoo needs to be washed twice for one time, the dosage of the shampoo for the first time can be a little less, and the shampoo is primarily cleaned; the second dose may be slightly more than necessary for intensive care. When the product is used, the hair is wetted, the shampoo is poured into the palm, then the recommended dosage is about 5-10ml, and then the hair is kneaded, the scalp is massaged, and the shampoo is washed clean after a few minutes.
Besides being used as a basic formula of shampoo, the product of the invention is mainly added with fibroin liquid. The silk protein liquid is rich in silk protein, peptide, amino acid and the like, has the functions of nourishing and repairing hair, scalp and hair root and can reconstruct and protect the scalp and scalp microecology, thereby achieving the purposes of growing hair and fixing hair; meanwhile, the toughness of the hair can be enhanced. Certainly, a plurality of traditional Chinese medicine components are added in the formula for synergistic interaction, and the traditional Chinese medicine components can deeply nourish hair roots, can achieve the effect of activating hair follicle blasts, effectively prevent alopecia and can accelerate hair growth.
As shown in fig. 1(a) and 1(b), in the above formula, it can be seen that the main functional raw materials for promoting hair growth, strengthening hair and preventing hair loss are only 12 kinds of Chinese medicinal extract raw materials such as the silk protein liquid component of the present invention and ginger extract, and the total addition amount of the Chinese medicinal raw materials such as the ginger extract is only about 3%, and the addition amount of the silk protein liquid component of the present invention is 4.0%. The aims of hair growth, hair-fixing and hair loss prevention can be achieved.
The use effect of the product can be seen in fig. 1(a) and 1 (b); the graph is a comparison graph of the effect of the shampoo product before and after use, and the hair amount on the top of the head and on both sides of the forehead is obviously increased after the shampoo product is used for 22 days.
Effect test example 2
Then, we have also made relevant tests for the efficacy certification of our main ingredient fibroin solution, and we have made studies on the immune barrier in terms of the microecological reconstruction of the scalp and scalp by fibroin solution, and the results are shown in tables 1 and 2 below.

The results of FIGS. 2-3 and tables 1-2 above show that: the fibroin solutions of the examples of the present invention produced some inhibition of IL-1a and IL-6 cytokine release from macrophages induced by LPS at three concentrations tested, 0.012mg/mL, 0.06mg/mL, 0.3mg/mL, and tended to increase with concentration.

Meanwhile, experiments show that the reasonable matching of the components has important influence on the exertion of the efficacy, and the synergistic effect can be generated only by the reasonable matching of the components, so that the efficacy of preventing hair loss and fixing hair of the invention is achieved.
It can be found by comparison of experimental examples that the specific combination and addition of the amount of the composition of the present invention within the scope of the claims has unique and distinct effects on preventing hair loss and promoting hair growth, which is different from any product and technical scheme disclosed in the prior art.

0.1 to 0.3 percent of guar hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride; EDTA-2Na 0.01-0.5%; 0.01-0.1% of allantoin; polyquaternium-470.3-2.0%; 1.0-3.0% of polydimethylsiloxane/lauryl ether polyether-23/sodium lauryl polyether sulfate; 1.0-3.0% of dimethiconol/dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid triethanolamine salt; cocamidopropyl betaine 2.0-5.0%;
silk protein liquid 3.0-5.0%; ginger extract 0.10-1.0%; tea tree oil 0.10-1.0%; 0-10% of traditional Chinese medicine extract; 0.03-1.0% of citric acid; proper amount of preservative and the balance of deionized water.
2. The fibroin-containing hair loss prevention and hair solidification shampoo composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the content range of the traditional Chinese medicine extract is 0.1-10%; the preferred range is 1.0-5.0%.
3. The fibroin-containing hair loss prevention and hair-fixing shampoo composition as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the Chinese medicinal extract is selected from:
0.1-1.0% of Chinese arborvitae extract, 0.1-1.0% of polygonum multiflorum extract, 0.1-1.0% of south dodder seed extract, 0.1-1.0% of wormwood extract, 0.1-1.0% of privet extract, 0.1-1.0% of sophora flavescens extract, 0.1-1.0% of ligusticum wallichii extract, 0.1-1.0% of rhizoma kaempferiae root extract, 0.1-1.0% of liquorice extract, 0.1-1.0% of citrus peel extract and 0.1-1.0% of zanthoxylum bungeanum fruit extract or a mixture of the above.

The fibroin-containing hair loss prevention and hair solidification shampoo composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the fibroin solution is prepared by fresh cut cocoons by adopting the latest O-discharge double-circulation biochemical hydrolysis technology, controlling the hydrolysis degree of silk through hydrolytic enzyme, disorderly winding protein bundles of the silk, cutting the protein bundles into proteins with different grades and molecular weights, and combining the proteins to obtain the fibroin solution.

0.1% of guar hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride; EDTA-2Na 0.05%; 0.05% of allantoin; polyquaternium-470.3%; 1.0 percent of polydimethylsiloxane/lauryl ether polyether-23/sodium lauryl polyether sulfate; 1.0 percent of dimethiconol/dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid triethanolamine salt; cocamidopropyl betaine 2.0%;
3.0% of silk protein liquid; ginger extract 0.1%; tea tree oil 0.10%; 0.03 percent of citric acid; proper amount of preservative.
7. The fibroin-containing hair loss prevention and hair solidification shampoo composition as claimed in claim 2, which is prepared from the following raw material components in parts by weight:
56.3 percent of deionized water; sodium laureth sulfate 18%; ethylene glycol distearate 1.0%; 2.0% of cocamide methyl MEA; 0.2% of soapberry extract;
0.2% of guar hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride; EDTA-2Na 0.05%; 0.1 percent of allantoin; polyquaternium-471.0%; 2.0 percent of polydimethylsiloxane/lauryl ether polyether-23/sodium lauryl polyether sulfate; 1.0 percent of dimethiconol/dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid triethanolamine salt; cocamidopropyl betaine 2.0%;
4.0% of silk protein liquid; 1.0% of arborvitae extract; 1.0% of polygonum multiflorum extract; south dodder seed extract 1.0%; 1.0% of artemisia scoparia extract; 1.0% of privet extract; 1.0% of sophora flavescens extract; 1.0% of ligusticum wallichii extract; kaempferia root extract 1.0%; 1.0% of liquorice extract; 1.0% of citrus peel extract; 1.0% of zanthoxylum bungeanum fruit extract; 1.0% of ginger extract; tea tree oil 0.10%; 0.03 percent of citric acid; proper amount of preservative.
8. A process for preparing a fibroin-containing anti-hair loss and hair-fixing shampoo composition as defined in any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:
1) firstly, stirring, mixing and dissolving deionized water, sodium laureth sulfate, ethylene glycol distearate, cocoamidomethyl MEA (methyl MEA) and guar gum hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride completely at the temperature of about 80-85 ℃ to avoid excessive foam as much as possible, and vacuumizing and stirring; keeping the temperature of the mixture body A for half an hour;
2) after the mixed material A in the step 1) is completely dissolved, sequentially adding EDTA-2Na, allantoin, polyquaternium-47, polydimethylsiloxane/laureth-23/laureth sodium sulfate, dimethiconol/laureth triethanolamine salt and cocamidopropyl betaine, stirring and completely dissolving to prepare a mixed material B at the temperature of about 60-70 ℃;

c phase component: 0.2% of soapberry extract; 4.0% of silk protein liquid; 1.0% of ginger extract; 0.1% of arborvitae extract; 0.1% of polygonum multiflorum extract; 0.1% of south dodder seed extract; 0.1% of Artemisia princeps Pampanini extract; 0.1% of privet extract; 0.1% of sophora flavescens extract; 0.1% of ligusticum wallichii extract; rhizoma Kaempferiae extract 0.1%; 0.1% of licorice extract; citrus peel extract 0.1%; 0.1% of zanthoxylum bungeanum fruit extract; tea tree oil 0.10%; 0.03 percent of citric acid; a proper amount of preservative;
the preparation method of the anti-hair loss and hair-fixing shampoo composition containing the fibroin comprises the following steps;
1) firstly, stirring, mixing and dissolving the phase A completely at the temperature of about 80-85 ℃, avoiding excessive foam generation as much as possible, and vacuumizing and stirring; preserving the heat for half an hour;
