Description

Organic silicon shampoo and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to an organic silicon shampoo and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Modern researches have shown that the cuticle of hair, which is composed of scales, plays a role in protection, and the inside is a hydrophilic lipid layer with the purpose of keeping moisture and elasticity of hair. However, the cuticle is very fragile, and the main purpose is to remove excessive dust and grease in the ordinary hair washing process, but the anionic surfactant in the hair washing water easily causes the hair scales to lift, so that the hair is rough and easy to agglomerate, and the hair scales are further damaged due to the increase of friction force during combing, so that a mild and low-irritation washing and protecting product is always sought as an important subject. Along with the continuous improvement of the living standard of people in recent years, the demand of low-stimulation hair washing, nourishing and protecting products is increasing, and the demand is higher and higher.
In the early days, people combed hair with vegetable oils, using the lubricating effect of grease, thereby reducing the damage generated when combing hair. At present, silicone oil has the best softening effect on hair, and cannot be perfectly replaced by other types of grease, and the organic silicon compounds which are generally used in hair washing and caring products on the market mainly comprise polydimethylsiloxane, amino-terminated polydimethylsiloxane and dimethiconol. However, because silicone oil is insoluble in water and is easy to remain on the scalp, and if personal hygiene is not well cleaned, living and eating habits are irregular, so that the hormone level of a body is disordered, excessive accumulation of sebum is likely to be caused, pores are easy to block over time, and a mild hair washing and nourishing product needs to be developed.

evaluation of efficacy
The test name is: dry combing and Wet combing test of Hair
Test objects: several deoiled tresses, 45cm in length, weighed about 15 g.
The test method comprises the following steps: (1) firstly, carrying out dry combing test on hair bundles as a dry combing test result before washing; (2) then, a wet combing test is carried out by applying shampoo, and the wet combing result after washing is taken as a wet combing result. The specific method comprises the following steps: using each example product to wash 3 groups of hair strands respectively, taking an average value of test results, firstly wetting the hair, uniformly coating shampoo on the hair strands, rubbing for 100 seconds, fixing the water speed, washing for 100 seconds, and testing the wet combing property after the washing is finished; (3) as a contrast, the hair comb is washed by water, and the specific steps are carried out by using shampoo as well, so that the hair comb is used as a wet combing result before washing; (4) fixing the wind speed and the temperature by using a blower, drying the hair bundle, and performing a dry combing test as a dry combing result after washing.
Grading standard: by using a sensory evaluation method, the full score is 10 points, the 10 points are that the hair is easy to comb, the 1 point effect is the worst, and the hair is seriously tangled, dry and harsh during combing. In order to ensure the accuracy of the experimental results, the wet combing performance of the hair bundle after being cleaned is required to be tested within 10 seconds.
TABLE 1 Dry combing and Wet combing before and after shampoo application (mean) for each group of subjects
Figure BDA0002594888030000121
Figure BDA0002594888030000131
The results are shown in table 1, the wet combing effect of examples 5 and 6 is best and significantly better than the commercial product, and the dry combing effect of example 5 is best and significantly better than the commercial product; the use of examples 1 to 8 can effectively improve wet combing performance, wherein in examples 1 to 5, combing performance is significantly improved with the increase of the content of the dimethiconol emulsion with the nano particle size, and in examples 5 to 8, dry combing performance of hair can be significantly improved. Therefore, the organic silicon shampoo has excellent dry-wet combing performance and wide applicable population, the technical scheme utilizes the nano silicone oil emulsion as the main raw material to increase the hydrophilicity of the silicone oil, so that the nano silicone oil emulsion can be effectively attached to the hydrophilic layer of the hair, smooth damaged hair scales, play a role in moisturizing, solve the problem that hydrophobic silicone oil in the existing shampoo product is gathered on the scalp, achieve the beneficial effect of low aggregation of the nano silicone oil emulsion on the scalp, further reduce the risk of pore blockage, and simultaneously bring about the effects of smooth hair quality, full gloss, good combing performance and difficult breakage; and a protective film can be formed by utilizing the sealing property of the grease to keep the stable moisture content in the hair, thereby achieving the effects of nourishing and protecting the hair.
The foregoing is for the purpose of illustrating the invention only and various simple changes and modifications within the spirit of the invention made by those skilled in the art should fall within the scope of the invention.
