The amount used in cosmetics is generally from 1% to 10%. The sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate has very low viscosity, does not have the heavy sticky feeling of other humectants such as glycerin, has very good safety, does not irritate eye conjunctiva at high concentration, and is very safe to skin. In cosmetics, sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate is mainly used as a moisturizing agent, a conditioning agent and a softening agent for skin and hair, and can make skin wet, soft and elastic and make hair glossy and antistatic.
Amino-modified siloxane:
the amino modified siloxane comprises amino modified siloxane emulsion and/or large-particle-size amino modified siloxane; the weight of the amino-modified silicone of the present invention is 0.1% to 10% of the total weight of the hair care composition, such as: 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.4%, 0.5%, 0.6%, 0.65%, 0.8%, 1%, 1.5%, 2%, 3%, 5%, 7%, 8%, 9%, 10%, or a range between any two of these values, preferably 1% to 8%, more preferably 0.5% to 5%; the molecular weight of the amino-modified siloxane of the present invention is 200-1000000, such as: 200. 350, 500, 700, 1000, 5000, 10000, 50000, 100000, 300000, 400000, 700000, 1000000 or a range between any two of these, preferably 500-400000.
The amine number of the amino-modified silicone is 0.05 to 0.8, such as: 0.05, 0.08, 0.1, 0.2, 0.4, 0.5, 0.8 or a range between any two of these values, preferably 0.1 to 0.5, it being noted that: the amine number is the number of milligrams of perchloric acid and equivalent sodium hydroxide required to neutralize 1 gram of basic amine. Because of the low amine value, moderate molecular weight and low volatile siloxane molecular weight of the amino modified siloxane, the amino modified siloxane can not be excessively deposited on the hair after long-term use, and the hair can not become more greasy and easy to dirty.
The amino modified siloxane has low surface tension, strong polarity of amino on a side chain and positive charge, can interact with the hair surface with negative charge, and is very firmly adsorbed on the hair surface, so that the friction coefficient between hairs is reduced, and the hairs are endowed with good smoothness, flexibility and washability; and the exposed oily groups make the hair hydrophobic and easy to dry, can increase the gloss and the antistatic property of the hair, thereby having the function of improving and repairing the hair quality, and the siloxane compound can provide smooth feeling and softness on the dry hair.
Volatile siloxane:
volatile silicones include cyclic volatile low molecular weight polydimethylsiloxanes, preferably polydimethylcyclosiloxanes having an average of about 4 to 5 repeat units per molecule, such as: one or more of octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, decamethylcyclopentasiloxane and dodecamethylcyclohexasiloxane. Boiling at about 35-250 ℃ under atmospheric pressure. From 0.01% to 20%, preferably from 0.01% to 10%, more preferably from 0.5% to 10%,
volatile silicones are generally colorless, transparent, thin liquids, low molecular weight, and volatile. The hair shampoo has the advantages of easy emulsification, no toxicity, no irritation, good compatibility, accelerated hair dryness, and easy combing and luster increase.
An aqueous carrier:
the aqueous carrier used in the present invention is selected from the group consisting of those which do not damage hair, do not adversely affect hair, and do not irritate the skin, and is used in the daily chemical field, and is commonly used in hair care compositions, and includes solvents (water), other carriers, or other carrier ingredients commonly used in hair care compositions.
The aqueous carrier is preferably present in an amount of from 20% to 90%, such as from 20%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 80%, 90% or a range between any two of these, preferably from 50% to 90%, by weight of the total hair care composition.
The solvent of the aqueous carrier is preferably deionized water, which does not irritate the skin and introduce other impurities.
The aqueous carrier used in the present invention further comprises a cationic surfactant and a fatty compound;
the content of the cationic surfactant is preferably 1% -8% of the total weight of the hair care composition, such as: 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, 5%, 6%, 7%, 8%, or a range between any two values therein; the cationic surfactant is selected from quaternary ammonium salts including alkylammonium chlorides, the alkyl group containing from 12 to 22 carbon atoms, such as: one or more of behenyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, stearyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, and stearyl tertiary ammonium cation.
Wherein the aliphatic compound is selected from saturated straight-chain alcohol or saturated branched-chain alcohol containing 8-22 carbon atoms, and/or fatty acid containing 8-22 carbon atoms, and/or derivatives of any one of saturated branched-chain alcohol, saturated branched-chain alcohol and fatty acid, wherein the saturated straight-chain alcohol or derivatives thereof comprise: one or more of cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, ceteareth-6, PPG-15 stearyl alcohol ether, said saturated branched alcohols and derivatives thereof including: lanolin alcohol, isostearyl alcohol, pentaerythritol tetraol, tridecyl alcohol polyether-6, and one or more of myristic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, monostearate, isopropyl isostearate, and olive oil ester.
The aqueous carrier contains, in addition to the cationic surfactant and the fatty compound, a cationic polymer comprising: one or more of cationic guar gum, cellulose ether and polyquaternium (such as polyquaternium-4 and polyquaternium-10), wherein the cationic guar gum, the polyquaternium and the cellulose ether are water-soluble high molecular compounds.
It should be noted that the present invention herein refers to cationic guar gum, polyquaternium, cellulose ether as cationic polymers, and the references herein to polymers shall include materials resulting from the polymerization of one monomer, materials resulting from the polymerization of two monomers, or materials resulting from the polymerization of multiple monomers, as well as naturally occurring polymers.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the hair care composition, which comprises the following steps:
step 101, respectively weighing lactate, pyrrolidone carboxylate, amino modified siloxane, volatile siloxane and a water-containing carrier according to parts by weight;
102, preparing an aqueous carrier according to a set mode;
the setting method may be a method for preparing an aqueous carrier in various conventional hair care compositions (conditioners).
103, adding lactate at the temperature of 60-75 ℃ and mixing;
104, adding amino modified siloxane at the temperature of 60-75 ℃ and mixing;
105, adding sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate at the temperature of 40-50 ℃ and mixing;
step 106, adding volatile siloxane and mixing at a temperature of 40 ℃ to 50 ℃.
Wherein, the order of step 103 and step 104 can be exchanged; the order of steps 105 and 106 may be reversed.
The aqueous carrier preferably comprises: a water-soluble polymer compound, a cationic surfactant, and an aliphatic compound; then, said preparing an aqueous carrier in a set manner preferably comprises: putting the water-soluble high molecular compound into water and mixing; adding a cationic surfactant and mixing at the temperature of 75-90 ℃; adding an aliphatic compound and mixing at a temperature of 75-90 ℃, wherein the water-soluble high molecular compound comprises: one or more of cationic guar gum, polyquaternium, cellulose ether;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
after the adding and mixing of the sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate at the temperature of 40 ℃ to 50 ℃ and after the adding and mixing of the volatile siloxane at the temperature of 40 ℃ to 50 ℃, the preparation method preferably further comprises: adding antiseptic and essence at 40-50 deg.C, and mixing.
Next, the present invention will be described in detail by way of a specific example 1 for the preparation of the hair care composition of the present invention:
step 201, respectively weighing lactate, pyrrolidone carboxylate, amino modified siloxane, volatile siloxane and a water-containing carrier according to parts by weight;
wherein the lactate is present in an amount of 0.01% to 10%, preferably 0.1% to 10%, more preferably 0.1% to 5%, especially 0.1% to 2% by weight of the total hair care composition. Wherein the lactate comprises L- (+) -lactate or D- (-) -lactate or a mixture of both; preferably Na including lactic acid+、K+、Cu2+、Fe2+、Fe3+One or more metal ion salts or triethanolamine salt of lactic acid, especially sodium lactate, with molecular formula C3H5NaO3
The pyrrolidone carboxylic acid salt is present in an amount of from 0.01% to 10%, preferably from 0.1% to 10%, more preferably from 0.1% to 5%, especially from 0.1% to 2% by weight of the total hair care composition. Wherein the pyrrolidone carboxylic acid salt is selected from L- (+) -pyrrolidone carboxylic acid salt (i.e. levorotatory pyrrolidone carboxylic acid salt) or D- (-) -pyrrolidone carboxylic acid salt (i.e. dextrorotatory pyrrolidone carboxylic acid salt) or their mixture, preferably Na of pyrrolidone carboxylic acid+、K+、Cu2+、Fe2+、Fe3+One or more metal ion salts of pyrrolidone carboxylic acid or triethanolamine salt of pyrrolidone carboxylic acid, more preferably monovalent metal ion salts of pyrrolidone carboxylic acid salt, especially sodium pyrrolidone carboxylic acid.
The content of the amino-modified siloxane is 0.1-10%, preferably 0.5-5% of the total weight of the hair care composition, the amino-modified siloxane comprises amino-modified siloxane emulsion and/or amino-modified siloxane with large particle size, the molecular weight of the amino-modified siloxane is about 200-1000000, preferably 500-400000, and the amine value of the amino-modified siloxane is 0.05-0.8, preferably 0.1-0.5.
Volatile silicones are present in amounts of 0.01% to 20%, preferably 0.01% to 10%, more preferably 0.5% to 10% by weight of the total hair care composition, and include cyclic volatile low molecular weight polydimethylsiloxanes, preferably polydimethylcyclosiloxanes having an average of about 4 to 5 repeating units per molecule, such as: one or more of octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, decamethylcyclopentasiloxane and dodecamethylcyclohexasiloxane.
The aqueous carrier is 20% to 90%, preferably 50% to 90% of the total weight of the hair care composition.
The solvent in the aqueous carrier is preferably deionized water, non-irritating, and does not introduce other impurities, and is present in an amount of 20% to 90%, preferably 50% to 90%, by weight of the hair care composition. The cationic surfactant is preferably present in the aqueous carrier in an amount of from 1% to 8% by weight of the total hair care composition and is selected from quaternary ammonium salts, such as behenyltrimethylammonium chloride, octadecyltrimethylammonium chloride, octadecyltriethylammonium cations, and the like. The aliphatic compound in the aqueous carrier is selected from saturated linear or branched alcohols containing 8 to 22 carbon atoms, and/or fatty acids containing 8 to 22 carbon atoms, and/or derivatives thereof, wherein the saturated linear alcohols or derivatives thereof include: one or more of cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, ceteareth-6, PPG-15 stearyl alcohol ether, said saturated branched alcohols and derivatives thereof including: lanolin alcohol, isostearyl alcohol, pentaerythritol tetraol, tridecyl alcohol polyether-6, and one or more of myristic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, monostearate, isopropyl isostearate, and olive oil ester. The aqueous carrier also contains a cationic polymer comprising: one or more of cationic guar gum, polyquaternium (such as polyquaternium-4 and polyquaternium-10) and cellulose ether.
Step 202, adding a water-soluble high molecular compound in a water-containing carrier into deionized water, stirring and mixing;
the water-soluble high molecular compound and the deionized water are fully mixed, and the mixing speed is increased.
The water-soluble high molecular compound comprises various high molecular compounds with good water solubility in an aqueous carrier, wherein the water-soluble high molecular compounds comprise one or more of cationic guar gum, polyquaternium and cellulose ether.
Step 203, heating to 75-90 ℃, adding the behenyl trimethyl ammonium chloride cationic surfactant at a constant temperature, stirring and mixing;
since the cationic surfactant has the best solubility and the best performance at a temperature of 75 ℃ to 90 ℃, it is necessary to first raise the temperature and then add the cationic surfactant at a desired temperature.
The temperature is preferably 83 DEG C
Step 204, adding the hexadecanol/octadecanol aliphatic compound at the constant temperature of 75-90 ℃, stirring and mixing;
since the aliphatic compound has the best solubility and the best performance at a temperature of 75 ℃ to 90 ℃, it is necessary to first raise the temperature and then add the aliphatic compound at a desired temperature.
The temperature is preferably 83 DEG C
Wherein, the addition of the cationic surfactant or the aliphatic compound at the temperature of 60-75 ℃ does not affect the care effect of the hair care composition, and the sequence of the step 203 and the step 204 can be changed.
Step 205, stirring at a constant temperature of 75-90 ℃ for about 30 minutes;
stirring at constant temperature can promote the dissolution and sufficient emulsification of the cationic surfactant, the aliphatic compound and the water-soluble high molecular compound in the deionized water.
Step 206, cooling to 60-75 ℃, adding sodium lactate at constant temperature, stirring and mixing;
since sodium lactate exhibits the best solubility and performance at a temperature of 60 ℃ to 75 ℃, it is necessary to first lower the temperature and then add sodium lactate at the desired temperature.
Step 207, adding amino modified siloxane at the constant temperature of 60-75 ℃, stirring and mixing;
since the amino-modified silicone has the best solubility and the best performance at a temperature of 60 ℃ to 75 ℃, the temperature needs to be reduced first, and then the amino-modified silicone is added at a required temperature.
Wherein step 206 and step 207 can be reversed since neither the addition of sodium lactate first nor the addition of the amino-modified silicone first at a temperature of 60 ℃ to 75 ℃ affects the conditioning effect of the hair care composition.
Step 208, continuously cooling to 40-50 ℃, adding the sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate at constant temperature, stirring and mixing;
since the solubility of sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate is best and the performance is best at a temperature of 40 ℃ to 50 ℃, it is necessary to first lower the temperature and then add sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate at a desired temperature.
The temperature is preferably 50 ℃.
Step 209, adding volatile siloxane at the constant temperature of 40-50 ℃, stirring and mixing;
since the solubility of the volatile siloxane is best and the performance is best at temperatures between 40 ℃ and 50 ℃, it is necessary to first cool and then add the volatile siloxane at the desired temperature.
The temperature is preferably 50 ℃.
Wherein, the addition of the sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate or the volatile siloxane at the temperature of 50-60 ℃ does not affect the care effect of the hair care composition, so that the steps 208 and 209 can be exchanged.
Step 210, cooling to 40-50 ℃, adding a preservative at a constant temperature, stirring and mixing;
the preservative is a preservative commonly used in the field of daily chemicals, and the invention is not further limited.
The temperature is preferably 40 ℃.
Step 211, adding essence at the constant temperature of 40-50 ℃, stirring and mixing;
the variety of fragrances added depends on the particular variety of hair care compositions, including: essence capable of emitting various plant fragrances.
The temperature is preferably 40 ℃.
And 212, discharging.
To this end, the hair care composition is prepared through steps 201 to 212.
The method of use of the present invention is that the present invention may be in the form of a leave-on or wash-off conditioner. To use the rinse-off conditioner of the present invention, the hair is rinsed by wetting and then the water and conditioner are applied to the hair simultaneously.
Conditioning of the hair can be carried out on wet or dry hair separately from shampooing. The present invention may be a leave-on conditioner, typically applied to the hair with the fingers. Mainly comprises the following steps:

The hair conditioning efficacy evaluation of examples 2 to 7 was conducted by a human sensory evaluation method, and the hair was tested for dry and wet combing properties, softness and moisture retention, respectively. The prepared hair care compositions were individually distributed to test populations (50 individuals each) for comparative use. When a tester uses the samples, the hair is washed according to the same method, each sample is used for two weeks, the tester combines the daily hair care composition experience and scores according to the own feeling, the scoring standard adopts 5 grades, the higher the score is, the better the dry and wet hair combing property, the softness and the moisture retention are, the larger the proportion of each section evaluating person to the total person number is, and the more objective the evaluating conclusion is. The sensory evaluation test results are shown in the following table.

In the table, it is understood that the use effect of example 2 is inferior to that of example 3 because the volatile silicone oil is added to example 3; in example 5, the amino modified silicone oil 2 is added, so that the wet hair combing property, the dry hair softness, the moisture retention and the like are obviously better than those in example 4; compared with example 6, example 5 adds 1% more sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate, so that the advantage in the moisture retention test is remarkable.

The moisturizing performance of a single raw material is several times that of the traditional glycerin and propylene glycol moisturizers, the moisturizing effect is better than that of the conventional moisturizers represented by glycerin, the moisturizing effect on hair is achieved, the irritation of a cationic surfactant to scalp can be reduced, the phenomena of itching and scurf can be reduced, a good conditioning effect can be achieved on hair, and the softness and glossiness of damaged hair can be improved, which cannot be achieved by the traditional glycerin and propylene glycol moisturizers. The amino modified siloxane and the volatile siloxane are compounded with two types of conditioners with different molecular weights, so that damaged hair is conditioned, and the dryness, wet combing property, glossiness and softness of the hair are improved, so that the damaged hair is more effectively repaired. The hair care composition can be effectively deposited on hair, has good film forming property, good hand feeling after washing, smooth feeling when wetting hair, flexibility and moistening feeling when drying hair, and better moisture retention, conditioning and combing properties when drying hair and wetting hair.
The various embodiments provided by the invention can be combined with each other in any way according to the needs, and the technical solution obtained by the combination is also within the scope of the invention.

1. A hair care composition comprising a lactate salt, pyrrolidone carboxylate, an amino-modified silicone, a volatile silicone, an aqueous carrier, a fragrance, a preservative;
the weight of the lactate accounts for 0.1-2% of the total weight of the hair care composition;
the weight of the pyrrolidone carboxylic acid salt accounts for 0.1-2% of the total weight of the hair care composition;
the weight of the amino modified siloxane accounts for 0.1-3% of the total weight of the hair care composition;
the weight of the volatile siloxane accounts for 0.5-10% of the total weight of the hair care composition;
the weight of the aqueous carrier accounts for 80-90% of the total weight of the hair care composition;
the lactate is one or two metal ion salts of Na + and K + of lactic acid;
the pyrrolidone carboxylate is one or two metal ion salts of Na + and K + of the pyrrolidone carboxylic acid or triethanol ammonium salt of the pyrrolidone carboxylic acid;
the amine value of the amino modified siloxane is 0.05-0.4;
the volatile siloxane includes: one or two of decamethylcyclopentasiloxane and dodecamethylcyclohexasiloxane;
the aqueous carrier includes: water-soluble high molecular compound, cationic surfactant, aliphatic compound and deionized water.

the pyrrolidone carboxylic acid salt comprises L- (+) -pyrrolidone carboxylic acid salt or D- (-) -pyrrolidone carboxylic acid salt or a mixture of the two.
5. The hair care composition of claim 4, wherein the salt of pyrrolidone carboxylic acid is sodium pyrrolidone carboxylic acid.
6. The hair care composition of claim 1,
the molecular weight of the amino modified siloxane is 10000-300000;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the amine value of the amino modified siloxane is 0.05-0.2.
7. A hair care composition according to any of claims 1 to 6,
the cationic surfactant comprises quaternary ammonium salt containing 12-22 carbon atoms;
the aliphatic compound includes a saturated straight-chain alcohol or a saturated branched-chain alcohol having 8 to 22 carbon atoms, and/or a fatty acid having 8 to 22 carbon atoms.
8. The hair care composition of claim 7,
the cationic surfactant comprises alkyl ammonium chloride containing 12-22 carbon atoms;
the saturated linear alcohol or derivative thereof includes: one or more of cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, ceteareth-6, PPG-15 stearyl alcohol ether, said saturated branched alcohols and derivatives thereof including: one or more of lanolin alcohol, isostearyl alcohol, pentaerythritol tetraester and tridecyl polyether-6, and the fatty acid and the derivative thereof comprise one or more of myristic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, isopropyl isostearate and olive oil ester.
9. The hair care composition of claim 8,
the cationic surfactant comprises one or more of behenyl trimethyl ammonium chloride and octadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride.
10. The hair care composition of claim 7,
the weight of the cationic surfactant accounts for 0.1-8% of the total weight of the hair care composition; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the weight of the aliphatic compound accounts for 0.1-10% of the total weight of the hair care composition; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the aqueous carrier further comprises: one or more of cationic guar gum, polyquaternium and cellulose ether, wherein the cationic guar gum, the polyquaternium and the cellulose ether are water-soluble high molecular compounds.

12. A process for the preparation of a hair care composition according to any of claims 1 to 11 comprising the steps of:
respectively weighing lactate, pyrrolidone carboxylate, amino modified siloxane, volatile siloxane and a water-containing carrier according to parts by weight;
preparing an aqueous carrier according to a set mode;
adding lactate at 60-75 deg.C and mixing;
adding amino modified siloxane at the temperature of 60-75 ℃ and mixing;
adding sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate at 40-50 deg.C and mixing;
adding volatile siloxane at 40-50 deg.C and mixing;
adding preservative and essence at 40-50 deg.C, and mixing;
the preparation of the aqueous carrier according to the set mode comprises the following steps: putting the water-soluble high molecular compound into water and mixing; adding a cationic surfactant and mixing at the temperature of 75-90 ℃; adding an aliphatic compound and mixing at a temperature of 75-90 ℃, wherein the water-soluble high molecular compound comprises: one or more of cationic guar gum, polyquaternium and cellulose ether.
